He takes the world in in a concrete and literal fashion, and as such, has little time for philosophy, preferring a more straightforward assessment of the world and his place within it. He will not spout trite platitudes about the nature of existence or re-hash some pedestrian misunderstanding of self-worth or determination, and also places no intrinsic value in positive philosophical concepts such a "honor" or "morality". He does not 'believe' in anything, he either knows something or does not, and without malice or undue hostility, he rejects not only opinions which allow for perceptual ambiguity, but also the people who form them.

Right and wrong are simply additional forms of societal control to Kahime; he will go out of his way to harm another person, and gains personal pleasure from it, and is not bothered by this fact. Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Description: Suitenhoufutsu is a suiton ninjutsu technique which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target, like Water Prison, yet without requiring the user to keep it steady by keeping hand contact. After the user does a string of hand seals, they summon the water, and can then use this water to drown his target, keep them imprisoned, or even torture.

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

Mizu Kamikiri (Rising Water Cutter)

Description: Mizu Kamikiri is a dangerous ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the necessary handseals, the user will then slam their foot hard onto to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet, moving at frightening speeds. This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time.

Description: Suigadan is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. First, the user does a string of hand seals, making sure to keep eye contact with their target as they float over water. Then, when the sequence is complete, the user causes a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill from underneath the user, forming a rapid moving threat that could easily tear opponent’s to shred.

Daibakufu no Jutsu (Grand Waterfall Technique)

Special: Travels as far as its water source allows it. Requires a large water source. Consumes a large amount of chakra, and as range increases, so does the chakra cost.
Description: A very strong and effective water jutsu, after doing the needed hand seals, the user will summon a large column of water from a nearby water source, which will entrap the victim and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the target. Due to the force of the attack, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and will be at its mercy as it pulls them away.

Suishouha (Water Collision Destruction)

Special: Extremely chakra draining. Can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Perhaps the most feared Suiton technique known to the Shinobi World, knowledge of this means the user has succeeded in becoming a water master. After doing a long string of handseals, the user brings forth a insanely large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water usually appears all-around the user though it came be birthed any way they prefer, and amongst other things, it can then be directed at the user’s target with insane speeds, allowing the user with his hands to send forth thousands of gallons of water into their targets at the speed of tsunami, if not more. This particular jutsu is said to have been crafted by a Kage whose name was long lost to the history books. His prowess with Suiton allowed him to summon forth the element from the thin air, and his most prized creation was this grotesque sudden surge of water.
