Overall he is able to move around easily even though it may appears he's weighed down by the seemingly heavy fabrics of his garb (legs). This is only meant to trick potential enemies into thinking hes not as fast as he looks. ◎ appearance ◎ His satiny brown hair (usually unkempt) flutters about with it expanding down no further than his lower neck. His eyes bear the same color frequency as a pure bright gold, a color of malevolence. His skin is fairly smooth and contains not even a single bodily impurity, lucky s.o.b wouldn't you thiink? His anatomical structure is that of a average shinobi at beast, Yuuza is still young and has much to learn, and is willing to learn, from both the inexperienced and the wise. Due to his Takigakure nature is has been noted to be light on his feet due to him bearing rather strong legs. ◤ COGNITION ⊿ ◎ personality ◎ Yuuza is a rather simple person when first met, speaking in a respectful manner and rarely raising his voice, and has a calm demeanor more often than not. Whenever speaking to someone who has become his enemy, he forgoes the usual standards of insulting them and berating them in order to make them lose focus; instead, Yuuza doesn't even change how he speaks, though he drops the honorific from the end of their name as a way of showing they have lost his respect. Despite his generally kind nature, though, the man still fights without compassion and has no issues with killing his opponent when needed, though he has a 'bad habit' of just incapacitating them and letting them live. Yuuza acts as if he considers no life to be sacred, being willing to sacrifice anyone if takes to further his own goals, and has a pessimistic view on friendship and allies due to the numerous jobs he has taken, claiming that Money and Family are the real things that tie people together. Due to this belief, as well as the criminal nature of those he often works with, Yuuza is very distrustful of others, never letting down his guard when around them. Yuuza 'Way of the Ninja' is more of a personal goal rather than a code that he lives by. It is quite simple: "Do whatever is necessary to pay off the debt, then save my clansmen when they predictably betray me and raise the debt by claiming an Interest Rate was included in the deal." Once he has completed his goal, he plans to bring together all nuke and create his own village. Description: Suigai looks like an oversized elegant cleaver, it has no tsuba and no proper hilt; making the user hold the cloth-wrapped tang. Suigai is 1.75 meters in total length, and has a black blade with a silver edge. Cost: Free {from promotion, never used my free B ranked weapon} Kirikatta {Lit: Watter Cutter} Rank: B + B Type: Offesnive Range: 10 meters Chakra consumption: High Special: Kirikatta travels 10 meters, plus another 10 after being retrained. Description: Kirikatta draws from the wielders Suiton chakra, molding it into a pressurized arc of highly condensed water. The outcome of such is a slash attack being released that flies forward in only a linear fashion. This slash takes the form of a wave and is so sharp that it can easily slice through boulders. Each time the users fires Kirikatta, B rank chakra is consumed. Kirikatta moves at a speed equal to that of a thrown kunai x3. Domain: Suiton Ardemus Rank: A Type: Primary/Ninjutsu/Melee Special: A one-handed sword imbued with Suiton chakra. Used as a catalyst and source for suiton chakra as long as chakra equivalent to the technique being used. Description: Ardemus is an ancient blade forged by the great grandfather of Yuuza Kenshiro and passed down through generations. It was now Kenshiro's turn to wield this mighty Yuuza blade. It bears the appearance of a standard short sword, however, lacks a proper hilt and the blade itself radiates with a watery blue, signifying its suiton nature. The secret behind this blades power is that it acts as a catalyst and source for suiton jutsu, making up for the constant demand of hand seals and source. With a simple charge of chakra it allows the wielder to perform a specific list of suiton jutsu equivalent to the highest level of Poseidon's dominion known and lower without seals or a outside source. However, because of its power, it causes all suiton techs used to increase on tier in consumption. Also Ardemus can only perform suiton jutsu that the user knows, so it varies from user to user. Range is equivalent to whatever jutsu is being used. Description: Held with one hands, the user comes to control the powers of suiton in a way like never before, though sealless the user must use both hands. The effects of jutsu used are not augmented in any way except for the cost doubling. Its execution is simple - the ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log, and upon activation, the note is set and begins either a slow countdown burn, which eventually results in a large explosion, or the explosion in itself upon command. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. Takes up two 'pack' slots. Kunai springs out twice as fast as a kunai travelling through the air, to be used as a melee weapon or for defence. Cost: 10,000 Ryo Battle Gear Rank: B Type: Torso & Shoulders Limit: Taijutsu Secondaries Description: Stronger than a simple flack jacket, this Battle Gear serves like an exoskeleton that covers the user's torso and shoulders well, keeping them safe while not slowing their movement down. Standard issue is all black, but users may alternate the color to their liking. Cost: 10,000 Ryo Hooded Robe Rank: B Type: Neck Limit: Taijutsu Secondaries Description: A full length robe with a hood that can cover the entire shinobi. It is made from an extremely thick material that can provide ample protection in battle. A bit better than wraps, this not only protects the neck against blows, but can also be used to protect the user from harsh weather and conditions. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility. Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard. Domain: Suiton. ◎ Mizurappa (Violent Water Wave) Rank: C, C, C {150) Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Special: Each time retrained, blast extends 5 more meters. Knock-back equals half of the user's maximum range. Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders. Domain: Suiton. ◎ Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue) Rank: C, C, C [150] Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Clone speed matches that of the user. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters. For every 4 clones simultaneously detonated over an opponent, the effects of 'Water Prison' can be achieved without needing physical contact. Same 'Prison' effects apply. Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, physical strikes fixed on a point within their body will force it to break up into a puddle and join the mass below, able to avoid danger and regenerate anywhere the water exists. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of water that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the water envelops the victim whole, drowning them in the user's cursed water and setting up more attacks of the same nature. Domain: Suiton. ◎ Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall) [175] Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Defensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: Self Chakra: D: Low; C, B: Mid; A, S: High Special: Water barrier blocks attacks of equal rank. Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier. Domain: Suiton. ◎ Mizuame Nabara (Starch Syrup Capture Field) [100] Rank: C + C Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 10 meters Chakra: Mid Special: Glue freezes opponent in place for 1/2 a turn, plus 1/2 more each time retrained. Victims can only break free by providing a chakra burst equal to double that of the syrup cost, including retraining for extra turns. If the user does not coat their feet in special chakra, they can be stuck by this as well. Description: Mizuame Nabara is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will quickly expel a sticky liquid from their mouths. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the user focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the caster or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well, as long as they keep the chakra to their feet steady. Domain: Suiton. ◎Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Rank: C Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source. Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage. Domain: Suiton. ◎ Suitenhoufutsu (Sky and Water Convergence) Rank: B Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Chakra: Mid Special: Only one person can be trapped at a time. However, every time this jutsu is learned again, the user gains the ability to imprison one extra person with an additional prison. Water comes forth from the ground right below the user and moves fast, without warning. If target is running across a surface of water, the prison moves twice as fast. Same effects as Water Prison apply. Description: Suitenhoufutsu is a suiton ninjutsu technique which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target, like Water Prison, yet without requiring the user to keep it steady by keeping hand contact. After the user does a string of hand seals, they summon the water, and can then use this water to drown his target, keep them imprisoned, or even torture. Dmain: Suiton. Must know Water Prison Technique. ◎Mizu Kamikiri (Rising Water Cutter) Rank: B, B Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 10 meters Special: Pierces through hard surfaces such as wood and stone. Current travels at twice the speed of a kunai. Travels 10 meters in a straight line, plus 10 more each time retrained. Description: Mizu Kamikiri is a dangerous ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the necessary handseals, the user will then slam their foot hard onto to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet, moving at frightening speeds. This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time. Domain: Suiton. ◎Rikiddo Yari Doshaburi(Liquid Javelin Rain) [100] Custom Link Rank: B Type: Offensive/Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 40 Meters Chakra/Stamina: Mid Special: Javelins travel up to 40 meters in a straight line at twice the speed of a Kunai. Up to 3 javelins can be made and launched per usage, plus one more each time retrained. The Javelins can stay afloat anywhere around 5 meters of the user as long as the chakra upkeep his held. Javelins can pierce B rank barriers/walls/defenses and can only be destroyed by attacks of B rank and higher. Requires a source of water. A one hand seal must be held as long as any number of Javelins exist. Description: In a similar fashion to Mizu Kamikiri the user performs the necessary string of hand seals and summons Javelins from a source of water. At whim the user will fire off the razor sharp water javelins one at a time or all at once in a straight line, all meant to impale. Javelins are able to easily pierce and cut through earth, thus can result in serious injuries or even death if not avoided. Domain: Yuuza Kenshiro | Suiton ◎ Goshokuzame (Five Sharks Eating Skill) Rank: B Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Sharks move at double that of its victims, unless the opponents carry a particular bloodline that favors water/underwater life. Due to the pressure of the attacks, they can only be destroyed by ‘A’ ranked attacks and above. Sharks can travel wherever there is water, and exist until they are defeated or run out of water. The user cannot create more batches of sharks until the original five are defeated. The sharks do not distinguish between friend or foe. Requires a water source. Description: Goshokuzame is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the power of Suiton, and although slightly unconventional due to its environmental prerequisites, nonetheless powerful and deadly. After the user forms the needed hand seals, they will place their hands on the surface of the water in order to transfer their chakra. From here, a shark of condensed water will emerge from each of the user’s fingertips, ordered only for one thing – to attack, maim and kill all opponents who reside in the water below. Domain: Suiton. ◎Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves) Rank: B Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 40 meters Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and as a result, amounts are measured by height, width and length. Quarter turn spill: 10m x 10m x 10m Half turn spill: 20m x 20m x 20m Full turn spill: 40m x 40m x 40m Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing. Domain: Suiton. ◎Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique) [150] Rank: A Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 40 meters Chakra: High Special: Due to the nature of the attack, the dragon can strike available aerial targets as well. If the dragon’s head is severed from its body, the lost appendage reverts to its natural water state and the remaining severed stub attached to the water source can re-grow once more. Only focusing a strong attack on the head will defeat it for sure. Description: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is one of Suiton’s strongest ninjutsu, mainly because of its impact force and its ability to attack enemies in the air and on the ground. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike at their target. Upon striking its target and ensnaring it in its aquatic maw, the dragon explodes with great force, flooding all nearby and providing an ample amount of water for more Suiton techs, should any enemies remain standing… Domain: Suiton. ◎Mizu Kawarimi (Water Replacement) [300] Rank: A + A Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Chakra: High Special: Handseals needed only when activating jutsu. If the user executes this while in direct contact with water, the chakra cost for this technique is lowered by two tiers. Can be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Description: Though Kawarimi itself is a rather simple technique, it’s Suiton twin is complex in nature but highly, highly effective. After preparing the jutsu, they can freely transform their body into liquid upon the sight of danger. This form allows the user avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks. Domain: Suiton. ◎Suiryuuben (Water Dragon Whip) Rank: A Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 30 meters Special: Sphere exists as long as the user is willing to put chakra into it. Sphere measures 15 meters and floats just above the user's head. Up to 10 whips can emerge at once and attack anything within the user's eyesight on command, 360 degrees; retraining adds 10 more tentacles each time. Description: Suiryuuben is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton which will allow the user to generate a whirling sphere of water capable of both defending from attacks and carrying out its own strikes. After forming the necessary handseals, a large sphere of water forms above the user’s head. This sphere can then emit whips of water, razor sharp at the tips, which can seek out and impale their assigned targets. The whips move slightly faster than the user’s current build allows them to, and can swat away incoming attacks, reform if their limbs are cut off, and impale anyone that comes near. Domain: Suiton. Chakra I, II, III, IV & V Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

Re-training this jutsu adds 1 additional needle each time. For every 10 needles the user can make, consumption goes up one rank. Description: Though basic, Fukumi Hari is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by novice and expert shinobi alike due to its practicality. After briefly and quickly molding chakra to one's mouth, the user is able to call forth chakra needles in order to spit them out at their opponent with great accuracy, as well as with the element of surprise in their favor. Domain: Universal Ninjutsu. ◎ Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: D + D + D + D + D + D [150] Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 10 meters Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. Domain: Shunshin - Universal Ninjutsu. Shunshin-Kakezori (Retracting Flicker) Rank: B Type: Passive / Ninjutsu Range: Shunshin Special: Gives the user the option to perform Shunshin backwards. Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion towards the direction the user is facing, with enough training, the user is able to move perfectly opposite to wherever it is they are looking - that is, a backwards Body Flicker. Its usefulness is limitless, and carry the same rules as the parent technique. Domain: Shunshin. ◎ Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) Rank: E, E, E, E, E [20] Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained. Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. Domain: Academy Student Ninjutsu. Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) Rank: E Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Special: Switch is near-instantaneous.
