Apparel: Other than his set of clothing, as shown in the picture it is very rare to see Rai in other types of clothing unless its a special occasions and or mission.
Blemishes & Scars: If Rai didn't have any marks to show signs of his hard work it be weird and people would wonder if he's lazy or too good of a shinobi to be hurt and not have marks. The biggest mark was located on his chest which was a burn mark from a fire type jutsu that burned his whole outfit off leaving a burn mark dead center on his chest, other cuts and bruises were from training and fights that still linger from previous years.
COGNITION
There is a saying "Its usually the quite or silent type you should look out for." *probably just said it wrong* But in Rai's case it is very true, even though he is a nice guy that doesn't say nor talk much he still shouldn't be poked or prodded at. If pushed past the point were he is forced to answer against his own will with force, well lets just say YOU won't get the results you hoped for. That aside he is a good guy unless pushed over the edge he also is a very funny and witty guy if you known him since childhood. If not acquainted with you or anyone else he will remain silent, like a ghost you'll never know he exist or is there.
When it comes down to his training Rai is very serious but deep down he enjoys training cause it pushes him to be the best he can be and to protect the people he loves and cares about. When not training he can usually be found in high place watching whatever was below him whether it be people walking by from animals roaming the street, but what he enjoys most is watching the clear blue sky which calms his soul.

As said before he also remains silent unless spoken to or if something catches his interest. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. Special: 'C' ranked version is for Tai Tertiaries; 'B' for Tai Secondaries; finally, 'A' ranked version is for Taijutsu Primaries. When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by the equivalent weight rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, another cannot be performed until the user re-equips the weights for double the amount of turns used to charge the previous boost - i.e. if the user has it on the first time for 3 turns and took it off, then they can only boost again in the same thread if the user now wears it for 6 turns. The recounter is restarted once the user leaves the thread.
Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Description: Doryou Dango is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth affinity. After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using a combination of their immense strength and chakra control, one can lift up the ball and hurl it at their opponent with impressive speeds and accuracy, flattening all in its path.

Special: Stops taijutsu and ninjutsu of equal or lower rank. Boosts user’s taijutsu strength almost twofold, at the cost of slowing down the user's speed by the same amount. Last until broken or canceled, and when used around a plethora of earth, the armor can repair itself near-instantly if damaged.
Description: After forming the necessary handseals, the user will harden their body using the earth around them or through other supplementary techniques. This provides greater defense against many attacks, both taijutsu and ninjutsu, and will also strengthen their limbs in order to increase the striking ability and power. However, like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks.

Description: Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Doton affinity. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. This allows the user to protect themselves from a variety of physical attacks, both ninjutsu and taijutsu. The defense is not perfect though, as a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Special: The indentation created can vary by size, but at a maximum, it can measure no more than half the user's maximum 'Earth Dominion' range. Contents invisible to doujutsu.
Description: A very basic and essential Doton ninjutsu, the user performs a single handseal, and with a bit of chakra, creates a rectangular like opening underground. This indentation resembles a coffin, and is used for just that – burying secrets, human or inanimate, that one does not wish others to find. Coffins established can always be visited at a later time, and can only be activated by the user that made them. If someone is using a form of underground travel, they cannot see the contents within or the box for that matter, and should they travel on its same path, will run into what seems to be an underground block of steel.

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Special: Does not require handseals. User cannot move while underground, but they can detect anyone that walks along the earth above them. Radar radius is circular, and measures equal to the user’s Earth Dominion. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn.
Description: A very basic earth technique, it allows the user to dive underground almost instantaneously so that they remain hidden from view in order to ambush their opponent. As long as the opponent is walking across the earth, they will be aware of their presence, and can wait patiently (without fear of asphyxiation!) until they right time, where they will emerge and latch onto the opponent’s legs. From here, they can easily suck them down, executing a replacement with them so that the opponent is buried underground up to his neck, while the user emerges unharmed above ground.

Acdamey JutsuKawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them. This is just one of many ways, however, that the string can be made useful - as long as the user is in control of their string, they shall be sending special chakra that reinforces it, making it almost unbreakable.

Description: Ninpou: Kagonome is a Ninjutsu technique used in conjunction with the common ninja item, ninja wire, though any kind of wiring will do. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can manipulate their wires into a tight string, which conerges into an interlocking dome for protection. This dome can repel most basic Taijutsu and Ninjutsu attacks. Best of all, the user can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease.

After having their hands come together, the user can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch their opponent, the user will know their position immediately.

Shishi Rendan (Lion Combo)

Special: Due to the nature of the combination, once the first hit connects, the rest usually do. Damage stacks per successful hit.
Description: An effective aerial attack, the user first begins to maneuver to their opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing them, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. First, they will strike as a feint in order to draw their target's attention and defense to one area. Then, a true strike is made towards the most undefended area, proceeded by several more until the user violently begins knocking them down and towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.
