- personality: Arashi is an extremely dark and reserved individual, which stems from his troubled past. His somber, nonchalant nature often gives others the impression that he is apathetic and emotionless, but the Sansutsomu does follow a strong moral code instilled by his father.
Although a devoted village ninja, Arashi does not believe in killing innocence (children, women, elders, etc.) and only initiates violence when provoked or assigned to do so. He would never take on an mission/bounty where his morality is compromised, no matter how big the reward.
Although a rather laid-back individual, Arashi has a deep fascination and love for herbs. If not on a job, he is most likely scouting the lands in search of new, exotic herbs and their unknown effects, hoping to utilize them or toke them away in his handy pipe. - alignment: neutral/ good

Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the clan member forms a deadly lance made of swirling, cutting Winds and Water. Within the lance's head lies a small, but potent, orb of Storm energy and electricity that will burst upon impact with a target. Thus, when struck the target will be injured by the slashing power of the wind within the lance, as well as the electrical shock that lies within the point, amplified by the water. Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) ---5o

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Description: After activating the Three Storm Eye, the user can now extend their own unique chakra through the three elements. This allows the user to create ninjutsu of these elements within a fixated range, dispersing powerful Ranton blasts of compressed Strom energy over a fixated area.

This wall stands tall and resolute, able to defend the clan member from most attacks. A true testament to the immovable stoic nature of the Sansutomu blood limit. Domain: Sansutsomu. Shoissuiboru [Shocking Storm Globe] ---25

Special: Strength and range of burst depends on the user's highest 'Storm Channeling' rank. Globe measures 1 foot all around, and moves at twice the speed of a kunai in a straight line. Each time retrained, an additional 'D' ranked worth of Ranton damage is stacked onto the jutsu. Finally, once launched, if the clan member holds a special seal and establishes eye contact with their target, the orb will go there until the seal and visual contact is broken.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the clan member forms a sphere of electrically charged water in their hands. Morphed quickly into Storm power, the user can either thrust or throw the orb to its intended target. Once reaching the target, or once impeded, the orb will explode with a small amount of concussive force and a minor electrical burst. Domain: Sansutsomu. Advanced Storm Channeling 'D'.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) ---25

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
