Body Appearance
Okahiki’s appearance is quite rough and worn despite his rather young age of twenty two years. A rough growth of hair covers the lower half of his face, wretchedly shaven and terribly kept. The hair are not entirely even, specifically on the chin and right cheek, where the length is greater than the rest of his face. The black hairs on his head are in no better shape – wild, uncombed, with a curved hairline. With a simple glance it is quite easy to determine that he has taken little time to better his appearance.

Further worsening his appearance is a rather small nose with a slight bulge on the bridge, apparently it had been broken at one point or another. Heavy bags sit beneath his hazel eyes, signs of stress that had reached an incredibly high level in times past. His cheeks are quite round, quite a contrast to his angular chin. His eyes are set rather deeply into his face, providing for a rather bizarre appearance – a gauntness that is distracted from only slightly by the cheeks.

At six feet and one inch, he stands quite high, but despite the height he does not carry much weight. At only one hundred and sixty pounds, he is quite light and lithe for a man of his size. Showing few well developed, toned muscles, he gives of a rather harmless, unintimidating vibe. When bare-chested, the lack of weight becomes even more apparent due to his revealed ribbons , making it seem as if he had hungered quite often.

A piece of clothing that he wears rather often is a light-brown, heavy, oversized coat. Covered in grime and dirt, it has rarely been cleaned. Tunics and trousers often change, but he prefers to don clothing dyed similarly to the coat. Further, he carries a finely crafted wooden pipe constantly, along with tobacco of varying flavor. Okahiki has grown rather fond of the pipe, even more so than the coat.

Okahiki had grown to be rather bitter and resentful, quite quick to denounce anything grandiose that had occurred. That bitterness became intertwined with a growing cynicism, hence he can be quite mistrusting and even occasionally hostile. While he does not prefer solitude – paradoxically so, as it would be expected for one with such a trait to hate the company of others- Otahiki can be quite crude and downright unpleasant towards others. While the man has no difficulty keeping wretched opinions to himself, he often states them due to his sheer, extensive cynicism.

The man prefers to find truths, hence he often drifts into a mindset common for a detective – and he considers himself an amateur investigator. While he considers truth a vital aspect of every life, the reasoning behind nor the moral position interests him much – the cause nor effect of a mystery are unimportant. The truth behind the mystery is all that matters to him. Okahiki refuses to accept that such a mindset is rather juvenile, but slowly, in more recent times, he drifted towards desiring to look into the causes of each and every action.

The most prominent of Okahiki’s vices is his love for the tobacco pipe, unaware of the harm it causes to him. Nigh constantly it is ablaze, regardless of where he finds him, unbothered whether or not the smoke irritates those nearby. Further, he cares little for the personal space of others and refuses to accept rights of any other than his own. Therefore, due to a combination of unpleasant traits, Otahiki is almost entirely despicable, doing little to put himself in a better light.[/ul]

When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by the equivalent weight rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, another cannot be performed until the user re-equips the weights for double the amount of turns used to charge the previous boost - i.e. if the user has it on the first time for 3 turns and took it off, then they can only boost again in the same thread if the user now wears it for 6 turns. The recounter is restarted once the user leaves the thread.
Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

Special: Clones can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at faster speeds than the user due to their light weight, and can perform any Shikigami jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform before being defeated. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained. Paper clones, like Kage Bunshin, share the user's chakra reserves.
Description: With a sufficient amount of paper, the user forms a single seal and calls them together in order to form a perfect clone of themselves. Unlike regular bunshin, the paper clone has substance, can move at improved speeds, and best of all, scatters when struck for re-use. Although the clone is not spawned with the user's inventory, they will attain whatever main weaponry the user has at the time, if any. When struck by concentrated blows from bladed/blunt weaponry or even a bare fist, the clone disperses into a tuff of paper that can either reform or be used for other clan jutsu. However, widespread, area-of-effect attacks can defeat the paper clones instantly.

Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon or limb, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon/arm. Once it strikes the user, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

Each shot will be expelled simultaneously, leaving but a second to adjust for aiming purposes. The shots will travel at twice the speed, but do the same amount of damage as thrown projectiles. Piercing through clothing, to cut the flesh beneath.

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

They focus on hitting hard and fast using efficient maneuvers. However, their training does not only cover offense; their bodies are extremely enduring and efficient.
