• Physical Appearance: Reiten is the model of fitness for a shinobi. His body is bulked with toned muscle. A slender figure over takes his form. His skin is slightly more pale than most. His eyes are of an extremely dark blue, unique for those of his clan. They are framed like a hawk, piercing whatever they gaze into. Long dark hair flows down his head, toward the middle of his back. It is often tied into a ponytail at the bottom of his head. His bangs fall past his chin. He lacks any facial hair at all. His nose is thin and lips are small.
  
  
• Clothing: Reiten wears the basic Chuunin uniform. A blue like flak jacket, with the Mist village symbol on the shoulders. Underneath it he wears the black body suit, also basic for Chuunin, is worn. A fishnet tank top and fishnet shorts are worn underneath his clothing. Black arm guards are worn, covering the top of his forearm, and the back of his hand. His kunai pouch is worn on his right leg, and shinobi pouch on his waist. He wears black shinobi sandals, with bandages wrapped around his ankles.

Being that Reiten was brainwashed, and recollects no true memory of his past his entire personality relies on rules and guidelines laid out before him. Whenever either aren't presented, nor if either are applicable with his own feeling and judgment he will simply think of the best solution to the situation. In short, Reiten is very adaptable outside of his given roles. If he is however to follow specific rules he will follow them to the key.

The Shinobi

Given that he feels himself to be a hollow man he is one to uphold his duty and position as a shinobi. He makes sure to do his best job to follow the rules of those above him. He understands the importance of completing a mission, and thus will take ever necessary step in completing it. Even if it means a sacrifice of either himself, or a team member if there is no other option. Reiten feels a sense of pride from completing the tasks given to him by higher ups, as his success breeds the success of his leaders. Given his demeanor he will not hesitate to kill anyone whom is specified as his target.

The Mental

Reiten is often lost in his minds, hoping that he can one day find the memories stolen from him. He is a very intelligent individual, and given his harsh training, and experience in the field he has become something of a battle strategist, capable of not only creating plans and strategies for eliminating target opponents, but also seeing through and countering strategies against him. He lives under something of a constant state of paranoia, which always makes him alert with his surroundings. Reiten is generally peaceful toward his friends, and team mates. He is however easily taken out of this state of mind, when someone contradicts rules. HE believes rules are there to keep balance and help assure men of their survival. Those whom break the rules are no more than trash.

The Bond

Reiten feels himself not to be close to anyone. He often shies away from personal talking of himself. He looks up, or down upon, no one.

The Beliefs

Reiten is not one to even give his attention to religion. He doesn't believe in such forces, and thus is very atheist. He believes only in a man's own strength. In the world he lives in there is always a problem. Though it may not always be an option, nor available at the time Reiten believes that there is a solution to absolutely every problem, be it large or small.

  Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye)

Special: In order to unlock each stage, the user must RP through some sort of induced life-threatening stress that requires staff approval. Users normally will start with a dormant Sharingan; only the most competent, well made, original applications get the 1st Tomoe at the start.
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

Special: Pierces Genjutsu (illusion sensing) and Taijutsu (movement reading) 'C' rank and under. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Special: Up to 5 projectile fireballs can be made at once, plus 5 more each time retrained. Travels as far as the projectile allows.
Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Katon Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Clone Technique)

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user, and can go anywhere the user can. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters.
Description: With this technique, the Katon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid physical attacks pass through the clone, burning instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blast of flame that aims to take over the nearest opponent available in the form of napalm.

Special: Fireball measures 5 meters, and can travel 10 meters in a straight line, plus 10 more each time retrained. Explosion measures 5 meters from impact.
Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Special: Sends the victim or item flying up to 5 meters up in the air, plus 1 more each time retrained.
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user will perform a highly swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon they are wilding, sending either or flying in the air.

Kage Buyo (Shadow of the Dancing Leaf)

Special: If used right after the upper kick, user falls perfectly in the opponent's back blind spot.
Description: A combo technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position

Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi (Spinning Heel Drop)

Special: If kick connects with head, the victim will most likely be stunned for half turn. Normally the user spins once before descending, but each time retrained, an additional spin is added, which adds more power and thus more stunning capabilities - equal to 1/2 a turn of stun added each time.
Description: A very basic but effective taijutsu attack, the Kaiten involves the user's leg in a reverse downward kick. After launching themselves into the air and begin to somersault, the user gains momentum within the chosen striking limb and come spinning down, laying their heels into the target's shoulders and head.

Yo...hold the presses. Actually, you must be Taijutsu primary in order to start with the Chakra Gates. So you have to make the changes or adjust your types accordingly. Just thought I should throw my two cents in thats all.
