standing at an exact six feet and six inches, sebastian works hard to keep his body weight distributed evenly, as such he weighs in at a clean, lean, and slightly cut/toned two hundred pounds. with this he also has sharp, pointed, shark-like teeth, which most liekly stims to his relations of kirigakure. attire wise he chooses to wear simple, nigh common shinobi clothes of a village's jounin. though he has been known to walk around shirtless, showing the battle scars that cover his upper body from, well previous battles/events. though his most note worthy apparel is probably the various masks/helmets that he wears, which appear to be a mixture of scuba gear to respirators.

an individual first and foremost, sebastian always holds himself in high regard, a aura of evil smugness surrounding him at all times. only when attempting to manipulate others would he act otherwise, though even then he rarely considers him lesser than the one he's trying to manipulate. with his favorite hobby being killing/murdering and fighting a secondary it's clear to see that sebastian is a brutal egotistic monster. though he has trained himself from his younger years to control his lust so not to be a mindless beast, he is known for unleashing his blood lust during battles and fights. though something worth stating is that lately he has been attempting to shake the majority of his blood lust has he attempts to mold himself into a sophisticated shinobi, reaching out to make contacts/allies, but he can snap should someone push him.

A sound disruptor is not something like a passing wind or a sneeze, but something unnatural, like an explosion or the growl of a huge beast. Upon hitting the 'S' rank, the user no longer needs to close their eyes to perceive the sound. Finally, highest rank also determines the delay between the sonar's first pulse and the information it brings back.

Acting like a radar, it allows all sound-users to truly have an edge in combat! It's only downfall? Too much noise, making the radar hard to read.

Description: As the name would imply, the sound bullet technique allows the user to shoot small pockets of sound at their target from any source of sound they create. After forming a few small hand seals, the user will produce a quick intense sound, such as clapping, screaming, or anything that can power the bullets. This whistle is the creation and expulsion of the bullet(s), with the number varying on the rank of the technique.

Description: Isseppaku is quite a powerful technique created by the masters of the Sound Element, allowing advanced control over their vocal distribution. Upon completing the necessary handseals, the user collects chakra within their vocal cords, allowing the pressure to build. Once enough chakra is sustained, the user screams forth in a specific direction, releasing pressurized sound waves to blast into the distance, knocking any unfortunate beings within the technique's range off their feet and thrown meters behind. The size of the sound wave is a mere meter-by-meter diameter.
