The Chapter and Verse
Alignment:
Chaotic Neutral
The ultimate free spirits, or just lunatics? It can go either way. Chaotic Neutral characters are all about freedom, and don't care so much about morality. Sometimes they're just amoral nutjobs, and sometimes they're generally good people with a wild streak that sometimes leads them into bad things. Often used by players in Tabletop Games to excuse doing anything they feel like (in the case of a Game Master who disables evil alignments - see Neutral Evil, below), and often prohibited by the sort of Game Master who also prohibits outright evil characters. Like Lawful Neutral, however, how "good" they ultimately end up seeming depends on which side of Order Versus Chaos the plot tends toward. The toadlike slaad ("I didn't know what he was talking about, so I ate him."), inhabitants of Limbo, are Chaotic Neutral.

Personality:
Athletic & Acrobatic
The athletic frame that is Goemon's body is not only for show, but it is often put to good functional use. The teen has a high ability to use a variety of motor abilities (strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, stability, balance, etc.) to effectively and efficiently perform a wide variety of sporting actions and acrobatics. Except his movements are less typical and are more free form and animalistic.
Emotional
The Inuzuka is a very passionate individual and has no issue in displaying a range of emotions. One minute the youth can be hot-blooded, then the next hysterical, followed by being sensitive, and onto easily becoming disturbed. The inky headed youth is a pandora's box and benevolence in the same breath.
Intelligence & Instincts
Stemming from his undomesticated appearance many of the individual's Goemon meets question his intellect. The doubt only exponentially increases when those mortal's experience his unbalanced behavior and persona. This path of thinking frequently leads to the majority downplaying his comprehension. However the wild boy is more resourceful than one may presume. In the end though, he is nonetheless very unpremeditated and more than half the time he reflexively reacts to situations, be it in a physical or non-physical sense.
Driven to be tough
No one wants to be identified as a weakling, especially in the world of the ninja. As a matter of fact weaklings don't even wish they were in that predicament. The Inuzuka goes to the limits and beyond to stretch his strength, his might and his worth. He knows that he may not be the toughest S.O.B. around, but that doesn't bar his mind or will from carrying the aura.
Fearsome & Violent
From a initial deep glance into Goemon's optics one can see a intense savageness. A male who despite his age commands a formidable presence. Additionally when the Inuzuka fights he aims to be menacing, ferocious, and flat out bestial. He is the type that doesn't demonstrate mercy and the reasoning behind this logic is largely due to him not expecting any on the battlefield from his opponents.
Arrogant & Humble
The meek shall inherit the earth, but the confident can seize the universe. The savage feels arrogance in small doses is not poison and humility no matter who you think you are is a necessary trait. There is a balance, and does Goemon get it correct every time? No, but no one's perfect so who gives a f$&?.
Lionhearted & Reckless
Is the black haired youth completely fearless? He'll say so, although no man is in reality. Nevertheless he is a very valiant individual feeling with willpower he can either permanently or temporarily overcome deep rooted or surface fears. Simultaneously this can make the teen a bit of a daredevil. As he time and again pushes the boundaries of what's smart and what's not.
Energetic & Lycanthropy
Goemon lives with a adventurous attitude. He is always ready to go and can be described accurately as a ball of fire. Now there are some who run from their internal natures, however the Inuzuka is a specimen who embraces his synergy with canines and his uncultivated beastlike heart.
Friendly & Loyal
If an individual earns it Goemon can be loyal like a dog, no pun intended. He believes he is one of the rare few besides his family in this day and age that still respect the concept. Naturally the kusa-nin is outgoing and neighborly. Yet it's a mistake to get it confused with being too trusting. A mistake that could result in a snake's death.
Self-made G
Through his own actions he wants to achieve success. Through his own will he wants to achieve a high pinnacle of power. Through his own efforts he wants to achieve becoming a legacy in the world of the shinobi and be a self made G.

Background:
Part I
Goemon's roots are not exclusively tied directly to Kusa no Kuni. The kusa-nin ancestry actually begins in the fire country where his father Inuzuka Senda was birthed. Senda was more or less a wild entity who had attained the rank of special jounin during his shinobi tenure. It is said he was a hell of a tracker-nin for the hidden leaf village and labeled as one of the best.
It was during a mission in Kusa no Kuni did Senda meet a interesting local woman who was a Kusa-chunnin named Tamami Nimiya. From the first time Goemon's father laid eyes on her he knew she was his, but the feeling wasn't mutual and she was actually turned off by his untamed nature and behavior. Whenever Senda had a break he would visit the woman trying to win over her affection. Eventually after numerous failed attempts the headstrong women would crack and thus begun a beautiful relationship. Over the years and constant visits the two would have three children, despite having the responsibility of a family Senda pushed forward with his shinobi career. Of course this decision put strain on not only his relationship with Nimiya, but also his children. So when the first opportunity for him to retire had came about he didn't hesitate in doing so. Upon Senda retiring he would relocate to Kusagakure. Shortly after shifting his location a fourth child would be born ...Inuzuka Goemon.
From birth Goemon was different, but in a wild way. Even as a baby Goemon exhibited untamed behavior as he cried maniacally. When he was able to crawl he quickly became a nuisance for not only his parents but also for his siblings and their canine companions. When he was capable of walking this mischief would only worsen.
After years of growing pains would pass by and at the ripe age of eight Goemon would be entered into the academy. But a week before his first day of the academy Goemon was introduced to his best friend till this date, Kuroimaru, a gray wolf pup that was completely covered in black fur. The two had hit it off perfectly and although he struggled with ninjutsu and genjutsu, the youth excelled in taijutsu as he would mercilessly pummel his classmates. Ultimately at the age of twelve the Inuzuka would graduate to genin-hood nearly at the top of his class.
Something intriguing would also take place in that same year of his ascension to ninja-hood. Till this point Kusa no Kuni was home to those who appreciated it, but to the surrounding countries it was just a mere battlefield and it's citizens were peasant in the way of war. Kusagakure was weak, however soon they would receive aid from the many countries that trampled it so carelessly and a Kusakage would be instated ...a women, a women that simply goes by Blanche. Goemon held pride prior to a Kusakage coming into power, yet now the Inuzuka felt that pride intensify and so his legacy would begin, he to someday would eventually be kage.

Canine Companion
Name: Kuroimaru
Sex: Male
Rank: D
Type of Canine: Gray Wolf
Description: Kuroimaru is a unique canine in the sense of his all black fur coloration. Other than that he is the average size of a pup his age. He is 16 inches in length and 12 inches in shoulder height, with a tail 2/3rd the length of his head and body. Personality wise the canine is riotous, bullheaded, predatory, and surprisingly observant. The mongrel's intelligent some say is on par, if not better than a humans. In conclusion the tail-wagger may have an uncanny intellect and may seem tamed, but one should never forget he is at heart a slaughterous wolf.
