Persona:
Nemuru has a variety of unique qualities that separate him from the average shinobi. At first impression, he appears to be humble. He respects his superiors, and follows the orders that are given to him. It may seem like he agrees with the system, but that is not true. This façade is used to distract the world from his real intentions. After his parents were killed, his purpose had been lost. He abandoned hope, and realized he no longer wanted to be anybody.
Nemuru dedicated his life to the intrinsic pleasures given to him. He wanted to know the feeling of pure ecstasy. If he had one wish, it would be to keep himself happy. Those around him are only pawns for his game. When faced against him, they could never be players. He is in charge, and makes the moves. All he cares about is what will benefit him. He loves who he is, and is not willing to change that for nobody. Friendships are for the weak.
Nemuru is the analytical type, examining every situation. Knowledge is probably the most important goal of his. He wants to know everything. During his off time, he travels to learn about the world around him. To make money under the table, he frequents bounty stations, looking for people to kill. He is merciless, and does not mind hurting others. There is not an ounce of remorse within his heart. If something has to be done, then he will do it.
Visage:
Nemuru stands tall, yet weighs small. His hair is a blondish yellow tint, being slightly faded. It is kept tied together by a purple bandana that he wears around his head. A blue stretchy also ties the left side into a ponytail. They match his eyes, which share the same color. He has a red line painted down his nose, and red teardrops falling from his eyes. Due to him wearing a mask, most of these features are not usually seen.
Nemuru wears a multi-colored kimono. It has a mixture of blues, and many patterns, including flowers and oceans. He keeps it tied together with an obi sash. It is crimson, and gold, having flames. For extra protection, a red rope is also tied around his waist. A medallion hangs in the center of it, but it is not a part of the clothing. The arms of the outfit have yellow and blue circles, and are outlined by purple and green stripes. Under his kimono, he wears hakama for pants.
Nemuru keeps all of his weapons concealed on him. He makes great use of scrolls. The sharp objects, aside from his wrist blades, are sealed away. Every piece of his clothing is tagged with explosive notes. If he had to kill himself to prevent secrets from being stolen, he would do it. He has the rest of his stuff put away in a giant box. Regardless, the two most important parts of his inventory, his pipe and his sword, are, respectively, holstered to his left and right.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.

Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a universal sight Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw projectiles such as kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Multiple targets may see multiple things, and the wider sly mind effect, the more believable it will be to the victim.
Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a simple yet effective Genjutsu technique which allows the user to play a nasty visual truck on their opponents, causing them to travel around an area lost, in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. Most effective in enclosed areas such as forests or jungle.

Special: Allows the user to project their mind in order to take over other people. Although the user can be moving while this is fired off, the trajectory of the blast can only be in a straight line from where it was fired. If a capture is successful, the user's body goes limp and lifeless while they take over the victim. Control lasts as long as the user can keep up with the consumption, or until the victim musters enough enough chakra and willpower to break free. During possession, if the victim's body suffers damage, so does the users'. Additionally, victim's body moves at whatever potential it has, but keep in mind no jutsu can be cast. Highest rank known determines the speed of the spirit, the range it can cover, and the spirit's strength overall.BREAKING FREE FROM SHINTENSHIN!
Only a sudden presence of incredible energy, such as the Gates or a Bijuu, will break hold of the 'Shintenshin’ near-instantly. Otherwise, victims can only break free if they exert a wave of chakra one rank higher than the consumption of the technique's rank.

Description: Shintenshin no Jutsu is a specialized secret ninjutsu technique originally used for spying, and serves as the base for all Yamanka related capture. The ninja forms the needed handseals and then projects their spirit out of their body into another ninja or an animal. Unfortunately, the spirit flies in a straight line at a slow speeds; if the target moves and avoids the incoming spirit, the ninjas body falls lifeless until the spirit can find its way back to the body several minutes later. Because of the risk involved, the ninja must be very careful. While inhabiting the body of their opponent, the target still remains in their mind but their mental processes are forced aside as the ninja takes control. However if the target has strong mental fortitude, they can overpower the intruder and force them out of their body. Finally, while in the body of their target, if the ninja takes sudden physical damage, their original body will be hurt as well.

Special: Vials are designed to hold blood, and carry a one-time use needle which springs out of the bottom and lets it be filled; once the vial is filled, the flow automatically stops and the vial and the needle detach. Each vial can hold roughly 5% of a human body's entire current blood supply. Without this, blood belonging to a Player Character can only last the thread in which the victim died before it loses its effectiveness for transplanting purposes. Blood in a vial lasts a total of 25 consecutive IC posts, starting right after the part is secured in the vial, before it begins to decay and loses its integrity. Each vial takes up half (1/2) an accessory slot.
Description: A metallic and glass vial approximately 5 inches long, it protects a crystalline test tube ideal for holding small body parts, such as eyes, ears, noses, fingers, etc. Once secured, the capsule auto-fills with a small preservation fluid, keeping whatever is within in mint condition until it is ready for its use. Used primarily to hold a specific amount of blood for certain medical procedures.

It takes a whole turn/post of being outside of the water in order for the apparatus to recharge. Additionally, mask is designed to keep out aerial objects that may harm the user, such as generic poisons and micro-fragments, equal to one rank lower than the rank of the mask. However, in order to receive full protection, one must accept the fact they will be fully deaf while wearing them. Finally, athough it takes a simple action to take them on or off, it takes a second delay before the chakra can seal the plugs across the ear in order to block out sound. Each pair of plugs take up one (1) accessory slot.
Description: Though appearing insignificant at first, these specially modified ear plugs allow the user to block out more than just regular sound. Though it cannot fully stop chakra induced sounds, it does an excellent job of keeping most of them out!
