Team DOSHABURI

This hut is none other than Grassforge itself: Ujiyasu's would be crafting shop. Simple, unassuming and routinely attracts customers who generally want something made to assist in construction and maintenance, something repaired or even arrange for Ujiyasu to go to a site and help out with building and crafting. Weapons and protectorates are generally on offer, but lately he simply hasn't had the time to make anything new.


Entering the store/home, one gets the impression that it's rather simple and mundane. This is generally the area where Ujiyasu would display the general wares and make transactions. There are some doors that line edge of the walls, which lead to a restroom, bedroom, wardrobe, kitchen... rooms typically associated with a home.

Should one find the lever under the front counter and, by pressing a button on the grip, push it to the left (not back and forward, like the rails would lead you to believe, one would find themselves descending to the forge itself where Ujiyasu would create weapons, protectorates, various items... most of which would only be seen by fellow shinobi.

The hut in general is laden with a number of security measures, not the least of which are audio-based alarms that would alert nearby villagers that someone is breaking in, kunai and shuriken "launchers" that would fire when triggered (I.e. pulling the lever in the wrong direction for instance) and aim at the offending hand or leg. These are basic anti-theft measures that Ujiyasu employs for his store. Now that it also acts as a meeting place for the team, he would fortify it further in time.

As it is also Ujiyasu's home, he has made several pathways that lead to a few locations in the surrounding area. All of these are accessed via the forge, which lead to the Market district, close to the Hospital (for ease of travel in case of an emergency), close to the Atrium and close to the village gates. In addition there are a few rooms that are hidden both in case people don't want the heat of the smelting pool to assault them and in case some undesirables find their way into the forge. As well as another kitchen with long-life food and drink, restroom and some bedrooms.

Despite being a simple hut, this is an ideal place for a team to meet and feel secure within their own village.

Ujiyasu left the restroom after freshening up from a rather tiresome day yesterday. He completed a number of requests from the villagers and figured today would be a good enough day to take a breather, also to meet his new team. He sent them each a letter, after he saw the Genin he would be able to lead.

If you received this letter, then you have been picked to join the new Squad that is forming in Kusagakure's Shinobi Forces: Team Doshaburi.

Please come to Grassforge in the Market District around midday for a meet and greet, as well as a possible test.

The wild, dirty blond haired Chuunin took a seat by the desk where he'd serve customers... but also to stand guard over the lever that gave access to the forge itself. And his own private getaway. A safe retreat for his new team.

Kasumi Sansei had received the letter notifying her about Team Doshaburi only the day before. It had come as something of a surprise, actually, seeing as she had just talked her parents down from a metaphorical ledge after telling them she had passed the Academy and was moving on in the ninja world. She knew full well that they didn't want for her to be in any situation that could quantify as dangerous or risky, but she had spent her whole life training to be a ninja. She wouldn't be satisfied with life if she was barred from the career that they had effectively prepared her for.

She rounded a bend and came to look at an open field that possessed various trees, bushes -- and a hut. "This must be the Grassforge," she said, her long red locks rising along with a gentle breeze. As she continued walking, the quiet that surrounded her became somewhat deafening, and being ever-so-slightly paranoid, she couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. Hands came to chest level and a single handseal was formed. Her legs stopped moving, her eyes closed tightly, and almost instantly she felt connected to the world -- as if she were an extension of it.

She directed her attention to the area around the hut, as well as inside of it, searching for any trace of life. She was curious about whether the man who owned the building was present, and even more curious about whether or not her team's leader had arrived. With but a brief moment of searching, her mind came to rest on a single Chakra Signature inside of the structure. With further snooping into the person, she was able to determine that they seemed quite strong. She could also feel what elements were at his command: Water, Wind and Ice.

"Ice," she muttered to herself. "I hate the cold." Her forehead scrunched together and her shoulders slouched a bit as she cut her Chakra off and began walking again. She was close to the Grassforge when she had activated her Sensor abilities, so it took only several minutes to come to the entrance and enter it, where she spotted the man whose Chakra she had felt just moments before. She looked him up and down very subtly before she allowed herself to speak, taking in his presence and appearance.

"Well, I should probably tell you that I hate cold weather and snow, but you're pretty cute so I guess your abilities won't bother me too much," she said with a wink, grinning a small grin at him from the entryway. Though her way of flirting seemed natural to her, it was sometimes hard for the members of the opposite sex to pick up on it -- unbeknownst to her. As she stood there smiling, she waited for what would happen next.

[The Lazy One]

Taidana was a curious young creature; though she was the single most lazy person to have ever been born. Even beating the commonly seen as lazy creature known as the Turtle, Bears, and most other layabout creatures that happened to populate the world. Above the little shop, just a few feet from its central palace she was there. Leaping amongst the branches of the nearby trees of various kinds. Though she was moving at a pace that rarely represented a Shinobi of any kind of experience and simply showed how undetermined she happened to have been.

Slowly she bellowed in on the location, and as quickly as she had been moving towards the location. She seemingly lea- slammed into the side of the building. A loud thud echoing throughout the small hut made forge. Taidana had managed to drop right into the side of the building. Anyone that saw it happen would simply avert their eyes, walk away and laugh at the idiot they had seen. Even the young female had begun to snicker but not at the incident but at how much work she had managed to make herself do just today. She did just come to this location due to a letter....that was inspiring.

"O-o-owe...," she managed to finally speak out; the young female slowly dropping down, and off of the side of the hut. Landing in a clump of dirt, dust, and mud. Man....she just let out another little snicker before turning her eyes, and forcing herself to stand up from the puddle of earth. Pushing off the ground with the two-visible arms that she had left unhidden, and wrapped around her body with bandages. Moving around the main of the shop before simply stepping into the door as the rest of the normal-folk had done.

Hair a mess, eyes half-locked, and her focus just generally wandering around the room. "Taidana," she simply spoke out before turning her gaze to the nearest chair or seating arrangement, and in moments or well in the blink of an eye she had apparently vanished from view, and laid herself out on whatever she managed to find....thus the counter where most sells were made, and deals done.

OOC: Posting to get things moving along a bit while we wait for Stephan.

The first to arrive was a rather pretty kunoichi, who ended up startling him by her remark about the cold. Today was actually rather pleasant, and he didn't recall working with her at any point, so she couldn't have known about his ability to manipulate the cold. Not normally anyway. Hmmm... A doujutsu? Sensor?

He took a look into her eyes as he spoke back, seeing if he could discern the general abnormalities associated with Doujutsu.

"You're quite pretty yourself so your bold approach doesn't surprise me. It does intrigue me though."

He said this with a smirk as he then looked at her properly, after he was unable to pick out any possible Doujutsu. He couldn't be much older than her, and as he was reaching adulthood himself, flirting and hot girls do strike him mentally. Course right now, it's more of a business occasion. That and he is to teach her as well as lead her through both the casual situations, the mundane and the downright terrifying and life-threatening situations. Such a responsibility can quash what the hormones could be screaming at him about.

"Though considering that I'll be guiding you and two others through the illustrious path of becoming Shinobi, I'd rather keep things more of a mentor-student deal. Death's not very pleasant."

He said this almost nonchalantly, as if it were a passing comment, but his undertone suggested that he was very serious about that last part. He did after all, experience both sides of that spectrum.

"I take it you're a sensor? Quite impressive! Not many take up that path... it's great to see someone's willing to take up that role and help Kusagakure however they work best."

He flashed her a warm smile as the hut shuddered lightly with a thud. The hell was that? Moments later, another kunoichi entered the building, somewhat groggy and vaguely introduced herself with one word. Hmm, so she's Taidana... so the other must be Kasumi. Guess we're waiting on... "Aramilyis".

The other, who was reported to be a male, held a rather odd name... but then, it's really not so unusual for people to be named odd or bizarre names. Each parent was different.

Suddenly, Taidana laid across his service counter, curled up as if she planned to sleep there. No... not planned... she pretty much fell asleep.

A flirt and a sleepy Genin?

"Interesting team so far..."

The compliment summoned a smile to her face and sparked a twinkle in her eyes. While it was true she was complimented often, the remarks were usually tossed carelessly and came from random passersby. This man, however, was supposed to and hopefully would become a trusted friend and ally, so it meant that much more to the kunoichi.

"Thank you for the compliment," she said, retaining her smile. At his comment about intrigue, her head cocked slightly to the right and a mischievous chuckle sounded from her throat. "Intrigue is... Good," she said with an air of mystery. She moved to a nearby wall and leaned her body against it, her arms gently crossing over her chest, hands resting in the inner part of her elbows. Something about his grin interested her as well.

While it was true that he was meant to lead, guide and teach her, she knew a great deal about the ninja life from having lived it from the age of six. That isn't to say she didn't have much to learn, as she most definitely did. "Mentor-student relationship it is. Who knows though, maybe that'll change over time," she said coolly, though the last bit of his dialogue caught her somewhat off guard. 'As if I don't know that,' she thought. 'Death is one of the worst things to experience, even if you're simply a witness to it.'

"I am," she responded to his question. "I've been able to sense Chakra Signatures for most of my life. I'm probably only as good as I am because -- ." She stopped herself quickly, her tongue contained behind her closed lips. Kasumi realized that she had been about to say something she would have regretted, something her family had urged her not to tell since she was a child. It had been drilled into her head that it was far too risky to reveal their past to just anyone. "I've had a lot of practice," she finally managed to murmur, her mood drastically changed. Where a warm and flirtatious young woman had been now stood a somewhat cold and closed off little girl.

The thud against the hut shook her out of her own head, startling her and putting her body on edge. A rush of anxiety and uncertainty fueled the movement of her hand to one of the item pouches on the back of her obi. "What was that?" she rushed to ask. When but a moment later, a young woman entered and introduced herself, Kasumi's heartbeat managed to slow to a normal pace. However, when she laid herself across the counter, confusion overcame her, followed by an expression that signified her bewildered state. She had fallen asleep.

"Uuuhhhh huh? Is she on the team too?" Kasumi asked. She pushed herself from the wall and moved her legs in the direction of the sleeping girl, tapping her shoulder when she finally came within reach. "Um, hi. I'm Kasumi," she said, introducing herself both to her and, with a quick glance upon realizing that she hadn't given him her name already, to Ujiyasu. "Are you ok?"

[bg=Black] Aramylis glanced up from the beetle suspended between his respective palms of working grace, peace and their own unfortunate antithesis. The hapless insect was promptly snuffed out, the fascination that had danced beneath the flat, hard irises vanished. His gaze was currently preoccupied by the recent arrival at the end of his allocated habitual space, the new entity departing as quickly as it had arrived. Only leaving a small token of his visit. Padding forwards, his centre of gravity slightly shifted so that it prosecuted the more commonplace fashion of sedate locomotion. Halting his forward motion with the application of gravity and a removal of intent, he instead bent downwards, his hand darting forwards to pull the small enclosed correspondence from the tiled floor of his housing facility. Beaconing the communication from within it's casing with the practised movements of destroying the adhesive applied to either side of the paper, before discarding the stationary- it's purpose having been fulfilled as it entered his keeping. To the Kusa Genin who received this letter. If you received this letter, then you have been picked to join the new Squad that is forming in Kusagakure's Shinobi Forces: Team Doshaburi. Sincerely Ujiyasu Nakamura A series of creases formed in his brow, the usually unmarred surface becoming progressively more and more warped as his orbs scrolled down the inscribed message. To what end did they do this? Why burden a newly formed team with someone who was known to be troublesome with social interaction? His recommendation from the Acadmey Report had been low. Troublemakingly low. And as he was not expressively aware of the of the author of the note beyond being the newly appointed Chunin from the Exams, there was little or nothing noteworthy that Aramylis could call to the forefront of his cognition at that moment. It was puzzling. Which was reason enough for the boy to depart immediately. In any case, he rather liked tests of any kind. The middle aged teen male approached the encompassing area of the Grassforge, reputed to be the area of creation for one of Kusgakure's most promising minds. While Aramylis liked his arms, he wasn't terribly inclined to remain below the bell curve in his use of weapons and would gladly purchase a more enthusiasticly endeavoured mouth piece of his hand-to-hand combat, something he didn't engage in terribly often, but was an aspect of traditional combat that played a larger part in the engagement of wit, will and power then was often expected. His entrance to the facility was not heralded by nervous footsteps outside, or hesitation of any kind. Why should there be? If he was incorrect in his location, that it was doubtful that he would see the people within the hut that many times more during his life time, and if they annoyed him. Well. There was always 'that' option wasn't there? Espionage was something of his speciality, and a particular field he excelled in within that was to frame murders as suicides. As his eyes took in the scene unfolding in front of him, Aramylis cocked his head to one side and took in the positions of the people in the working space. A girl on the ground, either sleep or...unconsciousness. Another girl leaning over her, Aramylis having entered too late to pick up on her spoken question. "Am I....interrupting anything?" Of course, the tiling tone and uplifted corner of his mouth might have indicated that he had indeed heard the conscious female's question, and was merely ignoring it in favour of a more memorable introduction.

Watching Kasumi look at Taidana, Ujiyasu had wondered about how this team was going to work out. At this point another person entered the hut, with a question that... was pretty much rightfully asked, given the scene unfolding.

"Aramilyis I believe?"

He did fit the description that the brief on each prospective team member had, and if he were an intruder in disguise, Ujiyasu had little reason to be too concerned. He did enter his territory after all.

"Alright! Everyone's here, so now we can begin. I am Ujiyasu Nakamura, and I will be your mentor and leader for this team. Soon after this meeting, we'll be taking part in missions as a team, while we also practise our skills and improve on them. I'm to try and guide you three on the path of being a ninja, and see you all become Chuunin and hopefully further than that."

Ujiyasu then waved his right arm slowly to the area beside him.

"Before all of that, I'd like for you all to step behind the counter, then tell me who you are and what your hopes, dreams and ambitions are."

While he already knew their names, he felt that making a sort of "declaration" when speaking about their path or their dreams would possibly motivate them a bit. That and he can see what they want, and how determined they are to get it.

"In case you're all wondering, we're going to be going for a short trip to your new hideaway."

Little did any of them realise, that Ujiyasu had already begun his test.

With the appearance of a third person -- likely the final member of their team -- Kasumi turned her attention away from Taidana and onto the new arrival. According to Ujiyasu, his name was Aramilyis. 'That's an... Odd name,' Kasumi thought quietly to herself. She'd certainly never heard a name like that before, and even though she knew that different families and different lames probably had different types of names, she'd traveled through many countries and lands before, and had never heard anything like this boy's name. It was peculiar, to say the least.

After a little bit of a speech, their leader waved his arm for them to gather behind the counter and told them that he wanted for them to introduce themselves and reveal their personal hopes, dreams and ambitions. Kasumi did as asked and moved behind the counter, but she wasn't exactly up to sharing at that moment in time. She barely knew any of these people, and she wasn't comfortable enough to make them privy to her personal thoughts just yet. When he made mention of some secret hideaway soon after, she felt even less compelled to do so.

"I'm Kasumi Sansei, and that's really all I feel like sharing at the moment. No offense, but you guys are practically strangers, and your talk of some secret hideaway has me a little bit on edge in all honesty," she said, her words quick and to the point. She looked at the others, wondering what kinds of things they might say, and in particular, how they would say them.

The day was young, the crowd was new, and this was a fine day for a snooze but yet they didn't seem to want to let her do it in peace. For a moment of time she thought the other female would touch her, and interrupt her slumber but it was thankfully cut short by the entrance of a new person, a young male. Now two men, and two women were all that stood in this room. One lazy, one uppity, one in control or so we think, and one that seemed a bit...snobby. She grinned in her sleeping-wake, and simply kept still despite being asked to shift behind the counter. She didn't want to move nor would she do so by choice. She simply chuckled a bit in her sleep, rolled to her side, and snuggled into a small ball of flesh, and clothing upon the small counter though careful not to fall over or drop off.

"Dreams? Hopes? Haha.....mmmm I do love dreaming....," she seemed to span out what she said, low-pitched, and in a bit of a slumbered daze. It turns out that she happened to have actually fallen asleep in what seemed like a single second of time. She happily nuzzled into her little spot.

"My dream is so simply...but so difficult to find....I want the Ultimate Pillow...something soft...warm...and mmm..," with that small bit she had dropped back down, and slipped back into a slumbered-state but perhaps it was a ply? or could she really be that darn lazy.

[bg=Black] At the elder males question/comment, Aramylis nodded, his head inclined itself slightly, acompanied by a slight bend in the waist to make the overall motion seem deeper. "At your service," Came the amused reply, his lips maintaining that slight upwards inclination as his lips came back into view his orbs glinting with a particular emotion, that could be hard to define, depending on your experience with it. It was a mixed sensation of hormonal modification, somewhere between glee, happiness and mischievousness. If you had something in the way of prior meetings with Aramylis, it could be defined as his 'pleasant face' and indeed, it was not an ugly expression, but nor was it unduly beautiful. At the command of his superior officer, Aramylis fell into a gait, carrying him directly towards the indicated location, his feet responsibly removing himself from direction collision with anything that might cause harm to him and the others who were also making their pilgrimage to the designated locale of the shop. Unlike the two who had proceeded him, Aramylis felt to qualms whatsoever about barring his soul to compete strangers, however unfortunately, he couldn't recall ever having any sort of sensible dream. So his expression shifted into thoughtfulness before deciding on his plan of action. "Salutations, I'm Aramylis Sigmund. And my dream is to surpass the limits of this coil and become a god." Unfortunately it wasn't over yet. "But before that I want to claim a Village, have an important monument named after me, taste all the sample dishes from each Village and get laid." If the glittering sparkles within his eyes weren't those of a Two-Eyed Joker, then they were tears of mirth. The troublesome thing was being something of a humours narcissist was that you tended to laugh at your own jokes. Hopefully they'd pick up the on the fact he was kidding, but if they didn't, well- that was there fault for reading social cues wrongly wasn't it?

The response to his two instructions was... underwhelming.

His second instruction, he was fine with people not actually following, or being serious with. After all, it was something he'd like to know, so that he could possibly guide them toward it, or away from it is necessary. The first instruction he gave was critical however.

Ujiyasu placed a hand on his forehead and slightly shook his head at the scene that unfolded.

"Hoo boy... I may not be some tyrant who demands total obedience, but as a Shinobi if you don't follow instructions the result usually doesn't end well for people involved."

He used the word "usually" as he knew full well that there are times where not following a cetain instruction could work better than expected. This however, wasn't one of those times.

After performing a string of handseals, Ujiyasu tapped into his chakra supply and sent it to the air behind Taidana. From there the chakra gathered the moisture in the air, then solidified it into a humanoid form before the chakra and the light adjusted the exterior to resemble Ujiyasu. The Clone slid his arms under the prone Genin and lifted her up before walking toward the area Ujiyasu indicated earlier.

"Honestly, I'd say you all failed this test already, and I didn't even get to show you it. But I suppose I should give you three a shot at the actual test I had planned, rather than send you on your way."

The clone placed Taidana on the ground near Kasumi and Aram before dispersing into small ice shards that disintegrated with the warm air. Ujiyasu gripped the lever and pressed the button he fitted onto, before he tilted the mechanical object to the left. The rail slid open effortlessly, allowing the lever to lean and activate the mechanism below the four Kusa Ninja.

"Fail this test though, and the three of you will have to brush up on your teamwork before we can really do anything."

The wooden planks that surrounded the four of them parted slightly as the wooden platform began its descent underground. Wooden planks then moved to cover the gap once the platform reached a few metres down, closing the hole up, and making it less conspicuous to the onlooker. Not that there would be.

Lanterns seemed to move up through the indents in the holes of the surrounding wall, providing light for the prospecting team on the way down. After a couple of minutes, the lift stopped with a slight thud, revealing a rather cavernous room, with all the hallmarks of a well kept forge. The heat of the flames washed over the Genin and their leader, before Ujiyasu stepped off the platform and onto the hideaway.

"This is the forge, where I make things. Pretty warm but there are other areas in here that can take the edge off this heat, and the bedrooms are cooler." Looking at Taidana he smiled a little. "Yes, you each have a room in case you need to lay low or hide. Or if you felt like getting away from everything for a while. You'll likely explore the whole area for yourselves as you take part in this test."

Ujiyasu walked a little further into the forge as he continued explaining the hideout to his charges.

"There's a restroom, a kitchen, although there's no fresh food in here, only preserved and long life food. This is designed to last for possible sieges, or if you need to stay hidden for a long time. Fresh food is amazing, but it simply cannot last, and I haven't managed to make a device that freezes things yet, despite my affinity for the cold."

The dirty-blond hair wavered a little as Ujiyasu chuckled a little privately, before he turned to face the three Genin.

"Now... for your test. I have hidden nine Kunai throughout the hideout, and in areas that you can reach via the tunnels. Each Kunai will have a name on it. By the end of this test, you should each have three Kunai with your name etched onto it in your possession. If someone finds a kunai for another person and doesn't find them and give it to them before the test ends, then all of you will have failed. You're going to be working as a team, so you will be experiencing success and failure as a team."

"There will be traps to watch out for, but they won't be riddled all throughout this place. Be mindful of where you go nonetheless. Getting a shuriken to the leg isn't a pleasant experience, and getting taking you to the hospital with a kunai in your chest isn't something I am keen to do today. An example of a trigger to look out for would be the lever I pulled to get here. The level was linked to a launcher that would throw shuriken or kunai at the person if they messed up."

"I think that about covers everything, except that you have three hours to find all nine Kunai and hand the correct ones to your team members... oh right! I wouldn't bother trying to make a counterfeit either. I made the kunai you'll be finding, and I know my own "writing". I can tell the difference quite easily."

With that, Ujiyasu made his way to the kitchen, where he would go and grab a glass of water. He waved to the three Genin as he did so.

"Alright! Have fun, and I'll see you all here in three hours."

Yuki Bunshin no Jutsu (Ice Clone Technique)

Yuki Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Ice Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates a perfect clone of themselves made of ice. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Yuki Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, as it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Yuki Bunshin is injured, the clone will explode in a mass of ice spikes that launch out up to 1 meter in every direction.

Note: This clone has a High x2 cap of chakra. It is limited to Ice-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling, including simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing, but not more advanced techniques such as Hien.

Alright! Using the description of the hideout area, all three of you are to search for the kunai. I'll send you PMs and tell you if you'd find one, and who it belongs to. The areas that the underground tunnels connect to can be RPed at here for the sole purpose of finding the Kunai only. I'll make IC posts at times indicating how much time has elapsed, traps are triggered, or if any of you three want to interact with Ujiyasu, who's currently going to the kitchen area. Feel free to describe the rooms how you like, so long as it fits with the whole underground theme.

Make sure you each have your designated kunai when time's up!

The other girl -- the one that had instantly fallen asleep and seemed to be at least half asleep at all times -- struck Kasumi as strange and lazy. She enjoyed relaxing as much as the next person, but she thought that something lost its value if you did it or had it at all times. The further thought of what might happen when it came down to a battle struck her as well. Would she be just as unreliable she appeared to be? Or would a serious situation set fire underneath her? It appeared that only time would tell, so for the time, she remained quiet where it concerned Taidana.

The younger boy, however, was a different thing entirely. She couldn't help but get the feeling that he wasn't a normal kid. His eyes had made it clear to her, and when he answered the question posed by Ujiyasu, her feeling only grew stronger. Not only his first name was unusual to her, so was his last name, perhaps even more so than the first. In one word, he appeared to be a megalomaniac. Power, fame, sex. Surely it was hormonal and his response was a result of his young age, and where it might have been better to let it slide, Kasumi could help but squeeze a thought in. "You're like, twelve," she said, her tone somewhere between incredulous and endearing. She wasn't exactly sure how she was supposed to sound, but in the end it seemed that he had only been joking, serving to further confuse her attempt at understanding him.

At Ujiyasu's mention of them failing a test, her lips screwed into a smile behind which she was trying to subdue laughter. After she managed to control herself, she asked, "That was a test?" If a single question such as that constituted a test, then Kasumi figured that the instructors at the Academy had tried too hard. But only moments later, they were sinking into the floor, causing the hair on the back of her neck to stand on end so straight that they could have left scratch marks in the tunnel. "What the hell is going on!?" she demanded to know, her paranoia rising to the surface, tensing each part of her body to be ready to react to anything.

As they settled on the ground and Ujiyasu began to explain what the place was, her body seemed to relax ever so slightly, and her hair settled slowly. It seemed that he too shared some hint of paranoia. He was prepared for the worst to happen and had constructed a place that could act not only as his work place, but as a hideout, all seemingly underground beneath the village. "Huh," she remarked more to herself than to the others. Being honest with herself, she was surprised. He'd seemed more... Clean before. Knowing he had a secret hideaway made her second guess her first assumption.

And then his second mention of a test drained all sense of appreciation for his forge from her body. Though she was good at finding things, it didn't mean she enjoyed searching for them. Generally, she just sensed them out, but for finding kunai that simply wouldn't be an option. After he finished explaining, she stood in her spot for a moment and sighed, not looking forward to searching through what now appeared to her to be a dank, decrepit hell hole rather than a gloriously crafted secret location. "I'll go down this way, I guess," she said, walking down one of the tunnels that was closest to where she stood.
