[/font]; is of japanese descent and is a unique variation of the common name "Ichirou" meaning "one son" or "strong" The name has often been shortened to HIRO as a simple nickname instead which means to be "generous". Despite this, his name was given as he was the only child of his parents.[/font][/ul]
SURNAME; Munashi.

[/font] which is his cover surname roughly meaning "empty Asian pear tree". After moving from Hi no Kuni he changed his surname as to start a new identity; this was mainly to cover his true surname - the YAMANAKA (山中一族, Yamanaka Ichizoku) clan. This is a clan infamous for specializing in mind-related techniques that can result in their victim's entire body falling under their control. The members of this clan specialize in mind-centered techniques which makes them experts at intelligence gathering and espionage. They are also known to have displayed keen sensory abilities and their techniques include transferring consciousness, reading minds and communicating telepathically. Overall, members of this clan are strong allies and excellent for support.[/font][/ul]

After returning home from his battle with the Yonbi (Bijuu) he was titled one of the "Heavenly Thunder Trio". As he grew into his kageship and brought in a peaceful and prosperous era the villagers came to call him 'KUMO'S ARCHANGEL', but with the knowledge that the Yonbi was sealed within him becoming public to the village his flawless reputation became tarred. As the higher figures of Kumogakure or close associates show great respect as they now moniker him as 'KOUKUMO - HIGH CLOUD' but the thought of a Tailed-Beast being sealed within their leader scares a portion of Kumogakure - as the nickname "Guin" (Cloud of Suspicion) is whispered by some around the village.[/font][/ul]

COGNITION;

[/b][/font] Above anything else Eiichiro has courage and belief, something all truly special shinobi require. A shinobi can only go so far with their talent and raw skill. There is always that tiny driving force that seems to keep them going even in the most dire situations. It is a force that surpasses all amounts of training and all levels of shinobi prowess. It is an age old power that surges through each and every living thing, but many chose to keep it dormant, and do not reveal it. What then is this powerful force that's power can break through seemingly unbreakable defenses and unending onslaughts? Courage. This is a character trait a great shinobi cannot be without. If one was without courage, many a mission would go incomplete or, undoubtedly, fail.

Eiichiro is a complex person to mentally 'pin-down'. He is an unusual mixture of polar opposite's of ideals and personality traits which allows himself a certain personal mirage when encountering others. Many are unable to predict what he will do or interpret what he is thinking when they are new to meeting him. Egotistic? Maybe. Playful? Damn straight. . His methods are not your usual at all, mostly based on strategy and planning before anything, with a taste for chaos only occasionally. It's said he's not serious unless he has his glasses off, but who knows with this man? Still, that comes from only those people that know him best. The best way to put it would be unpredictable, it is nearly impossible to know what that man would be thinking at any moment in time.

Even with his odd behavior, often swinging around like a monkey and perving on everyone like no tomorrow, Eiichiro's a friendly enough guy, charismatic, too. He'll take a liking to who he takes a liking to, really. It's unpredictable, but even so. He's best friends with those that are loyal to him and that can sort him out, and put him into line. Snark and snark alike, you know? But business is business, and Eiichiro rarely if at all mentions his inner most workings with anyone. He'd rather stand off to the side unless he's needed. But he can be a bit of a worker of words, a smooth talking manipulator who can cause him to be a formidable opponent on the battlefield and in social situation.

Still, despite his flirty and flippant nature, the man's a softie inside. He cares for certain people an unwholesome lot, and he'll never let you know, really. He treats most everyone the same, you want respect, you give it, good sir. And strangely, the often self declared ninja does have a strange way about him, give credit when credit is due and all that. Classical tastes for a new-age sort of guy? a good way to put it. He is a strange one, and that's probably the best way to describe him. He is one in thinking to live life to the fullest and to follow a path of your choosing. He is a firm believer that everyone has the power to create one's own destiny. If he does something wrong to someone he believe's that it will come around to him eventually, a rough belief in karma and fate. He appears laid-back because he understands that there are things in life you can't control, but he also believes that you are fully responsible for the parts you can. Partially hedonistic and liberal he values pleasure as being only intrinsically positive and pain intrinsically negative.

A juxtaposition of his personality is that he his pretty hardworking but also incredibly laid-back, hardheaded but also very forgiving. His secret hobby of being hardworking towards his arts allows him to gain the potential to be all he can be. He rarely shows grudges, and doesn't seem to mind if people do wrong by him to an extent. His friendly, easy-going nature radiates from him and this can give others a sense of comfort-ability round him. He always seems to be very laid-back and easygoing, speaking rather-slowly and occasionally drawing out the last word of his sentences. Even in surprising and unexpected situations, he's rarely ever shocked. Many people see him as aloof or in his "own world" most of the time.

Something that is valued by others in Eiichiro is his perceptiveness. Perhaps due to his hijutsu ninpou around mental abilities, Eiichiro seems to have an uncanny ability to use advanced deductive skills mixed with a knowledge of reason and logic. He is a good analyst. Yeah? of course he is. He was a hunter-nin after all. His ability to blend into his surrounding environment and hide, or to mimic to conform are unprecedented. He is a talented spy. All this while professing his knowledge; he is always quick to use proverbs, most of them cryptic at times and often confuses people. He is very cultured and his use of the game Pai-Sho can be seen as a way of strategy like that of Shikamaru.

Eiichiro is also seen as having a good sense of honor, whether it be to a close ally or a potential rival. This is a stark contrast to many who believe him to have a reputation of that of cruelty. But the battlefield can turn him into a calculated and cold killer. When he is encountered with danger he tends to act not react always trying to stay one step ahead of the enemy. If Eiichiro deems you to be bad then he will not take any mercy on you. But with his power he knows there are boundaries and consequences.

ADDITION; After becoming Raikage and holding the position long enough for the village to accept him, and seat him as the "Sandaime", he has grown and matured into his role and all that encompasses it. With the full support and help from the council Eiichiro has learned and grown into his position. He is highly respected around the village as a capable peaceful leader - following in the footsteps of the previous Lightning Shadows. But, after the council decided to finally make the knowledge of him as a Jinchuuriki public to the village his popularity has dropped slightly with a portion of villagers skeptic about a host being the leader of their village. Determined to prove them wrong, and with new found control, Eiichiro begins the new era with heavy burden off of his back.

[/b] This is the symbiotic relationship between the Jinchuuriki and their Bijuu and its simplest form. In many cases, users may go on not even knowing the power they possess inside of themselves. Despite this, the user's chakra supply is increased by an immense amount. However, even though the Bijuu's chakra rests deep inside their vessel, the actual understanding and ability to use it is limited in this form.

Chakra supply is increased to x4 that of a normal shinobi.

Perfect Host After reaching the rank of Jounin, the Jinchuuriki is capable of utilizing the Yonbi to disrupt his chakra flow in order to end the affects of Genjutsu, regardless of rank. Furthermore, the user is capable of using Mid-cost chakra per turn to steadily and freely manipulate lava already present on the battlefield (though he or she cannot create or expand the lava).

Form 1 This transformation centers around the Jinchuuriki surrounding themselves with a fiery orange coat of chakra. This occurs when the Jinchuuriki begins to tap into a direct supply of volatile chakra that the Bijuu provides its user; it is incredibly dangerous in the sense that this chakra is as alluring as it is addicting, which can lead to the Bijuu overwhelming the user. This form grants the user increased feats of speed on par with the 3rd gate (4th gate in respect to strength only). Entering this state also gives the Jinchuuriki access to the Yonbi's molten lava, awarding him or her mastery over lava itself, as well as further enhancing his or her chakra reserves.
Without proper training, form one lasts for a total of three turns and is the equivalent of using two High-cost jutsus. At the end of three turns, the Jinchuuriki has no choice but to progress into form two, as he or she loses control.

Perfect Host After attaining the rank of Jounin, form one lasts a total of three turns and is the equivalent of using two High-cost jutsus. However, at the end of three turns, the Jinchuuriki may choose to end the transformation, extend it an additional three turns, or progress into form two. Extending or transforming further equates to the usage of a Massive-cost jutsu, and after doing so, the Jinchuuriki can no longer utilize the Bijuu for the remainder of combat.

Form 2 Considered a full transformation, form two occurs when the Jinchuuriki takes on the full characteristics of their Bijuu. This state increases the Jinchuuriki's size, as well as engulfing him or her in the thick, protective layer of the Yonbi's molten chakra which is capable of shielding him from even the most powerful of physical attacks. This form boasts added strength, and often renders any logical judgement useless.

In this form, the Jinchuuriki gains access to the Tailed Beast Ball. The tailed beast ball is a condensed sphere of the Yonbi's youton energy. This can be formed at the cost of 3 x High, yielding truly devastating results for any and all caught in its path.
Untrained shinobi are capable of sustaining this form for a total of two turns, and is comparable to using the 5th gate (in respect to strength only). Upon entering form two, the Jinchuuriki cannot shut it off as his or her own chakra is overwhelmed by the four-tails. As the chakra floods the user's body, additional tails will form; a four tails, the Bijuu's chakra completely consumes the user and the Jinchuuriki is rendered unconscious. In this form, the Jinchuuriki is limited to simple youton manipulation (not jutsu, but active manipulation of existing lava and the creation of lava expelled from their gut), manipulating the coat of chakra, and the Tailed Beast Ball.

Perfect Host The Jinchuuriki enters a state of complete blance between their own chakra and the chakra of the Yonbi. Upon reaching the rank of Jounin, Form 2 becomes a bit of a hybrid form (see image). The user can freely tap into the abilities and strengths offered by form two without the hostile penalties associated with prior use of the Yonbi's invasive chakra. in this state, the tailed beast ball can be utilized. They may also use any variety of jutsu that they possess.

As a perfect host, form two lasts a total of two turns and as is still comparable to using the 7th gate in terms of strength. Form two no longer renders the Jinchuuriki unconscious, but consumes a Massive cost. After utilizing this form (assuming it was not entered after three turns of form one), the Jinchuuriki can revert back to form one or his or her normal form. Furthermore, the Jinchuuriki may create extensions of the Yonbi's chakra freely for combat (for example, tails or limbs). Additionally, the Jinchuuriki gains a heightened sense of awareness (they can "sense" all people fifty feet).

Four-Tails Form The final and most powerful transformation that the Jinchuuriki may undergo. This occurs when the individual is able to tap into the full and natural form of the Yonbi by reaching an unparalleled state of symbiosis with the beast. Instead of tapping into the "chakra mode," the individual can opt to use a two turn duration to take on the full scale and appearance of the Yonbi's natural form. The Jinchuuriki gains substantial strength, well beyond most massive summons and other Bijuu. Its speed, however, is somewhat slower than your other massive creatures. It also gains a much larger and far more destructive version of the Tailed beast Ball (x3 High cost). This form costs 2 x Massive to form.

It should be noted that the maximum amount of turns these forms can be used is six (if only perfect host form one is used) or 5 (if form two, form two perfect host, or Bijuu form is used).

This pill allows the user to fight with a major injury such as loss of limb or internal bleeding for an amount of turns equal to the time from when the user was injured to the time they took the pill. Description: The Blood Increasing Pill (増血丸, Zōketsugan) is a pill used by ninja to speed up the formation and increase of blood in the body. After having lost a significant amount of blood in battle, a ninja can use this pill to replenish the blood, so they can keep on fighting.
