Secondly, remove the rank damage, we are trying to evade that kind of description from now on; being A-Rank and the composition of the technique itself should be clear enough about how lethal the technique is. Lastly, this technique needs a definitive width if a "beam" is what you're trying to create... although I'm assuming this technique is linear, unlike Laser Circus, the speed of the preparation and technique itself forces me to not allow the width to be anything too ridiculous, as it would then be overpowered. I will accept up to 1/10th of the user's Storm Channeling range, nothing more.


3. This technique is also lacking a description of what exactly the technique does as far as damage... does it explode on contact, pierce, paralyze? Assuming it does explode, this technique also needs an explosion radius... once again, take into consideration the speed of the technique and try to keep the explosive radius fair.

1. This technique seems like nothing more than the first technique, but more damage. If there will be nothing that truly defines a boundary between these two techniques, then an entirely seperate technique is not required... just add to the first technique that with retrains, you can increase the radius of the explosion, then everything will be good.
