Sakkaku (錯覚, Illusion) is an organization composed of elite Genjutsu users from various nations. Each of them is capable sensors as their primary skill is spying and infiltration. Unlike other groups, they are not motivated by what’s “good” and what’s “evil”. All they are searching for is knowledge. It does not matter what kind it is. Everything they learn is shared with the black market for money, allowing them to expand their resources.

Although most of the members are from different countries, each of them pledge their loyalty to Nemuru and the organization upon joining. Nemuru, along with the others, are marked by the Gokumen Fuuin to prevent them from spilling information to the enemy if they are captured and interrogated. They are not above committing the three deadliest sins: lying, cheating, and stealing. Whatever it takes to get what they want, they will do it.

Nemuru communicates with the telepathically when needing to speak, meaning the organization does not gather often. They are able to have a mental conference within their minds. Each member travels in groups of three, with neither of them in particular being the leader. For them, teamwork is encouraged and praised. Gathered as one, they are like a family.

All of them were black hooded robes with the insignia of their group on the back, and a white mask with the kanji for their number on it. Under it is a black body suit, covering the body from head to toe. During missions, the headbands from their origin are removed, which is their way of exhibiting sovereignty. Covering either eye is a chakra sensor, able to detect how much stamina somebody has left before running out.

You could say they want peace, and that one of their long-term goals is acquiring it, but for the most part, they act on their own accord. They tend to end battles quickly without killing their victim, instead opting to neutralize them to probe. If they do not have to kill somebody, they will not do it. Only those who have crossed the organization, such as former members, are tracked down and killed.
