Shurin's hardly the strongest ninja, his frame is small and not made for the pressures of taijutsu, which gave him an effeminate appearance in his younger years, his generally 'weaker' appearance makes him a common target for bullies, leaving him with a few scars.

A lot of them. Some self inflicted through accidents involving seals, or his ranton jutsu, while some are accidental; generic clumsiness and hazardous environments. But the majority are old scars from a time of being bullied and beaten.

Though older now, his body type has, unfortunately, not changed greatly over the years. Shurin's definitely grown into his face though, that which was once girly has become more of a calm elegance to it, with a halo of orange-red hair that practically explodes in the sunlight to give him an almost angelic appearance.

Shurin's clothing is generally civilian. Opting for the very water resistant fabrics of Ame, all that really keeps his wardrobe consistent from day to day is his attraction to hoods, jackets, and the kekkai clan necklace that he wears proudly, even more so than his Amegakure headband; always on him, but always out of sight.

A Lawful Good introvert. Not one to idly engage in conversation, or actively seek out interaction, Shurin spends most of his time alone. He can smile, laugh, and have fun, but rarely does such in public or crowded places, preferring to keep to himself in social situations, not eager at all to make new friends. Shurin seems to exude a constant stream of positive energy, even though he's often silent in public, that makes him an easy person to approach and talk to.

But with family and close friends Shurin's almost annoying. He talks too much about things that people generally don't care about, and once in an area he's fully familiar with, getting him to sit still is a pain in the ass. But he is -almost- annoying after all, meaning when the chips are down, he's an excellent listener, and a wellspring of surprisingly wise and informative advice.

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Special: Distance bolt can travel depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin'. The bolt is about as long as a regular katana, and glows an intense deep blue. Each time retrained, the user can stack extra 'C' ranked shocking damage. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Can be learned a maximum of 8 times.
Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Black Clouds Technique (Kokuun no Jutsu)⁵⁰

Special: Oil automatically adds a full tier of bonus damage to any Katon (Fire), Bakuton (Blast), Shakuton (Scorch), and Raiton (Lightning) creation. Highly combustible, it rains down upon the general area of the target (20 x 20 feet), making it easy to create large fires. Any elemental jutsu previously mentioned will consume all of the oil at once, forcing the user to recast it should they want another power up. Finally, it takes a single turn for the oil to fully gather.
Description: One of the many advantages of Suiton is its ability to assist other elements in their power. In this case, the user summons forth flammable oil so that they can use this in conjunction with other jutsu. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and will rise into the sky. In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Description: The root of all Akadou jutsu, Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu is a special ninjutsu techinque used to quickly extract a victim's chakra for the purpose of using it for oneself . After activitating the technique, the user's hands will glow a neon-blue color, the sign of reverse-flow chakra. As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed to withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

Description: A staple to all seal creation, the user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that, can apply writing of whatever they want to a surface. This is used when a traditional form of writing out the incantation is not available. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control, as they are not only imprinting the letters of the seal, but the chakra needed to power it as well. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is used directly on flesh, it will scar.

Yuukitai Fuuin (Organic/Living Sealing)⁷⁵

Special: In order to produce a seal, one must first be able to write out its incantation and pass it onto a receptor, as well as transfer the chakra needed to power it. However, without proper training, seals places on living objects with their own chakra could backfire. As such, highest rank known establishes the level of seal incantations one can produce and place upon a living entity with its own chakra source.
Description: Because all living objects carry chakra, placing a foreign source of chakra against it will be slightly more challenging than on a non-living object. Regardless, it certainly is not impossible, not with the right training anyways!

Special: This method can only seal an elemental technique of equal or lower rank to the user's known rank of Fuuka Houin. The vapor can travel a distance of 10 meters from the scroll, therefore only a technique that is within 10 meters from it can be sealed inside.
Description: The user unravels a scroll and writes the needed sealing incantation upon it, leaving a space in the center blank. After performing the needed handseals, vapor appears from the scroll and envelops the element that the user is trying to seal, sucking it inside. The kanji for seal (封) appears in the center, certifying the technique's completion. To activate the scroll at a later time, the user imbibes the scroll with a Low amount of chakra and breaks the seal. The sealed element is then released, perfect for circumventing damage from a dangerous enemy.

Fuujutsu Kyuuin (Blocking Absorption Seal)⁷⁵

(If suffering damage from a C ranked technique, using this technique at C rank can heal that injury).
Description: Fuujutsu Kyuuin is a Restoration & Boosting type Fuuinjutsu used to absorb chakra from an incoming attack. A highly advanced sealing technique, it is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique. However, the seal is only as strong as the user employing it - as such, if the user encounters a stronger foe, the absorption will be useless.

One last thing, as one kekkai to the other (lol) I'd strongly advise you specialize in something instead of just slinging around the exp everywhere. Just some friendly advice!
