He carried with him a strong will and unwavering determination, never truly wanting to give up in anything he does. The moment he sets his eyes upon a goal he feels passionate about, he refuses to give up, going so far as to give his life for said goal. After having watched his master in his final moments, the friends and allies that he makes (or have made) become something akin to his family, obligated to protect them from harm no matter what.

After having his dark soul cleaned by coming face to face with the Death Reaper Seal's Shinigami, he has shown to be a kind and warmhearted individual when no matter who he is around. His mental capacity is guided by a sense of strong sense of seriousness and respect to his home, family, and deceased mentor. After coming to view the world in a way where no lesser man could, the clarity within his mind allows him to deal and converse with even the most sick and twisted minds accordingly, treating them as equals just as he would any other living being. In a nutshell, he's quite genteel, soft-spoken, and maintains a level of intellect that clashes with the wise but still in many ways cannot compare.

[/b] Masuyo has a very restrained appearance and appears to be fairly slim, standing at a meager height of five feet, eleven inches. Before his second case of rapid aging from the training he received from Namyeol and living in Mt. Youbin, his hair grew even longer, albeit a few inches. His hair used to be pulled back Masuyo into a pony tail, whereas now he keeps it spiked and unkempt with a small portion heading down the back of his neck. Although his hair and body had gone through significant changes, twice, his ocean blue eyes remained as they were, radiating with an everlasting desire for peace. Training and living amongst Namyeol and his family of bear's, Masuyo recieve quite a few scars, most notably the one given to him by Dayo that stretches his right cheek and one across the bridge of his nose.


Apparel: The Sennin's attire is quite simple, however, it changed after having obtained knowledge of using nature's wellspring of power for his own and removing himself from the shinobi world. After having requested an entirely new set of clothing via Namyeol, The Sennin completely removed his headband but still managed to keep it on his person at all times. His original head band of Amegakure remained on his person with the mark that reminded him of the destruction he wanted to bestow upon Amegakure, but, also a reminder of his newly found state of peace. He keeps it incessantly clean whenever he decides to wear it, so much so that it reflects rays of light that off of its metal protector at any angle. He cherishes his headband, but only as a reminder of who he must save from their suffering and why. Though he -through the eyes of society- is a criminal from his past actions, he still appreciates his place of origin and everything in-between. The fabrics of his forehead protector mirrors the dark blue, long sleeved cloak that ends just above his shins.

Having removed the overly large belt from his waist, he simply recieved a robe where he could simply button it up to keep it from flying open. The robe itself is buttoned up complete, nearly covering his mouth and covering everything else down to his waist where the robe splits, only parting at his waist. Along his legs are a simple pair of shinobi sweat pants that are tucked within a pair of high, open toe, shinobi sandals. Beneath his actual robe, his torso is cloth-less, the only thing really hidden beneath the robe itself is his Dosu Kinuta which rest' snugly upon his right arm, hidden within the sleeve of his robe. Wrapped around his neck is a silver necklace, and suspended from it is a pendant, given to him by his deceased Master.

Because of this, by moving the swords in large sweeping motions, the user can use the swords to generate both powerful gusts (capable of breaking bones if hit at close range, and destroying a relatively large area [comparable to great breakthrough] in general; they can also turn back all ninjutsu of c-rank and lower) and razor sharp blades of wind chakra (no longer than three feet, and no wider than five inches; only three projectiles can be fired at a time [once per post]) that can easily dice flesh and wooden barriers. If put up against stronger materials, like steel and other iron like structures, the blades can eventually pierce them as well (after ten strikes).

Being wind itself, it goes without saying that these attacks are naturally faster than your average projectiles.[/ul]

They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. Special: This technique allows the user to draw upon the natural living energy of the world around them for a wide variety of different uses. While the user experiences no difference while sage mode is “dormant,” the perks are available to the user the moment that it goes live. Most notably, the user’s chakra pool gains and additional x3 Massive for the entire duration that sage mode is activated (a total of six posts). An extensive chakra reserve is not the only perk; however.

Those who enter sage mode gain a substantial bonus to both their natural strength and speed (comparable to the fourth gate) throughout the duration of sage mode.

Additionally, the user’s senses are pushed to the limits. With the energy of life coursing through their body, the user is capable of sensing a great deal of jutsu, chakra, and movements on the battlefield far higher than even your most skilled shinobi. It should be noted that it takes two full turns of harnessing the natural energy (in which the user must be perfectly still) to access sage mode.
Description: Senjutsu (Sage Arts) is a very unique chakra that contains the energy found in nature, itself. It’s a powerful source of energy, able to grant a ninja far greater feats of strength , as well as enhancing the power of one’s ninjutsus and genjutsus. Sage Chakra is created through the mixing and balancing of one’s physical energy, spiritual energy, as well as the natural energy of the world around them.

Only those with a large chakra capacity can gather the natural energy needed for entering a powerful state called “Sage Mode.” Also, only when a person remains “perfectly still,” no longer disrupting the flow of nature around them, can they properly feel and harness the natural energy. Remaining perfectly still for any period of time takes a great deal of concentration and patience, requiring a highly motivated state of mind. Attempting to use Sage Mode during battle, naturally, comes with some risks. Due to the requirement of needing to be perfectly still, the user is completely exposed to any form of attack.

Addition it acts as the perfect tool for tracking and even pinpointing hidden organisms as long as a scent can be traced.

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)[/u]

However, when a clone is defeated or chooses to disappear, whatever remaining chakra within their bodies, as well as their knowledge, returns to the user. The only exception is 'Bunshin Bakuha', which sacrifices the chakra return for a grand explosion. This technique can only be learned by Jounin ranked shinobi; no exceptions!
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Description: Through the use of their innate ability with advanced cloning, the user will be able to create multiple clones of thrown shuriken. When used in combination with other jutsu, the technique allows the user to quickly overwhelm an enemy since, after performing the seals, multiple copies of the thrown tool seemingly pop out of thin air. The momentum, speed, weight and sharpness is all exactly the same as a regular shuriken.

Bunshin Bakuha (Shadow Clone Explosion)[/u]

Special: This technique can only detonate one clone at any given time. Likewise, it forfeits the knowledge\chakra one would naturally gain when their clone is destroyed.
Description: A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The entire amount of chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations

Please remember that regardless of the amount of clones made, the chakra remaining within the user is still divided evenly amongst all bodies! Due to the excessive amount of clones, chakra cannot be returned to the user, and these Kage Bunshin are unable to be detonated.
Description: Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique, reserved only for those seriously in tune with their chakra networks. Despite the ban it has earned over the toll this jutsu takes on a shinobi's chakra network, it has nt stopped many Jounin level ninja from learning the technique. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created. Like the regular Shadow Clones, the clones themselves can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones.

• Tier 1 -

  Winds of the North & South:

  Fuuton has been praised as being one of the most versatile and useful out of the five basic elemental affinities. Just as quickly as it can be used for offensive measures, the wind release can then be used as an effective defense, as well. The winds of the north and south are known to be somewhat turbulent due to their mountainous domain, often times making more dangerous paths incapable of being traveled upon, less the adventurer risk being thrown off a cliff.
  
  Master Fuuton users of this level have learned to channel this ferocity into their techniques; the fuuton master can, upon contact, choose to "detonate" their Fuuton creation. The force generated from this "explosion" is capable of completely knocking the wind out of a target (if striking them in the torso), all the while sending them three meters back. This detonation can be applied to all fuuton jutsu without a knock back, and stacks with those that do.

[/li][li]Tier 2 - Winds of the East & West:

Beyond the opposition that winds might pose, their abrupt speed is yet another factor giving this element its strength. Going a step further the the turbulent winds of the Northern and Southern regions, there are those who have learned to harness the swiftness of the Eastern and Western winds. Easily capable of stirring a hurricane, and rather abruptly, this level of Fuuton master allows the user to reduce the handseal count of all Fuuton based ninjutsu by two.

[/li][li]Tier 3 - Corner Stones, Master of the Four Winds:

By achieving complete understanding of the four winds and each aspect they bring to the Fuuton element, the user literally harmonizes their chakra reserves with the air around them. In doing this, they are forever incased within a dormant "aura" of wind chakra that extends up to one meter from their body in all directions.

Once every other post (one post cooldown), for one Low increment of chakra, the user can activate this aura to dramatically alter the course of a incoming physical projectile. By using this ability, the Master Fuuton user is all but immune to throw weaponry (no matter how much force is put into it), and incredibly difficult to strike with larger weapons. A sword strike aimed to cleave them in half can be steered completely off course, and with a simplistic pivot, evaded entirely while leaving the aggressor completely open for a counter assault. This aura does not work on chakra-based constructions.

Description: Though powerful, Fuuton can become uncontrollable even in the hands of the experienced, forcing its users to focus first on controlling their power in small areas, and then, over time, expanding.   Special: Can control one projectile per use, plus one more each time retrained up to a maximum of five. Projectiles cannot be altered in flight once thrown. The distance that they can travel depends on the user's Kiroku Gaijuu range.
  Description: One of the simplest Fuuton techniques, this supplementary technique allows the user to take any secondary/projectile weaponry they have on them and coat them in Fuuton chakra. This allows the user to shoot them at high speeds under the wind manipulation, adding rotation and tumbling power to increase the speed of normal weapon attacks, as well as its deadliness.

  Chakra: Mid.
  Special: The explosion is more powerful at the site of detonation and becomes weaker the farther the opponent is from it. Distance at which wind bomb can travel depends on the user's Kiroku Gaijuu range, and range of explosion measures 1 meter. Each time retrained, explosion range goes up by 1 for a maximum of ten. However, after every fifth retraining, the consumption will go up by one.
  Description: The user holds up a hand after performing a short series of handseals. Their chakra is focused into this point, and a small, swirling green ball is created as wind is tightly compacted. The bomb is then thrown, and upon contacting a solid object will detonate. The explosion has roughly the same power as an Exploding Tag.

Description: The user performs a set of handseals, ending with Tiger, and holds it. Chakra is focused into the point at the tip of their fingers; a bullet-sized and shaped ball of green energy begins to form. By aiming at an opponent as if using a gun, they can fire this streamlined pellet. It travels very fast and hits hard. The drawback is that it shoots in a linear path and, like every other object, is pulled down by gravity as it travels. The farther away the target, the less likely it will be to connect.

Fuukire no Jutsu (Wind Slice Technique)

Description: This jutsu is similar to Katon: Karyuu Endan in terms of appearance and effect. The user performs the necessary hand-seals, inhaling a decent amount of oxygen in their lungs. By fusing the chakra with the inhaled air, wind builds in their lungs, before the user expels it in a jet of pressurized wind at the opponent. This rapid stream of wind can pierce through skin and bone easily if not evaded.

Special: At the basic level, this technique allows the user to increase their speed for one post (to roughly x2 that of you regular shinobi). Each time retrained, their speed boost lasts one extra turn. However, after every second retraining, the consumption will go up by one.
Description: Handseals are performed by the shinobi, who concentrates their chakra and releases it into the air around them. This allows them to run swiftly by decreasing air resistance, and even sprint across or run up vertical surfaces by generating a wind current behind themselves to propel them forward. Kakucho Sokudo doubles the user's speed, making them hard to follow with an untrained eye. They are, however, slower than the average Shunshin. The advantage here is the ability to maneuver mid-run instead of having to continue in a linear path.

  Special: Creates a sphere of pressurized wind which can slow the victim-- user included --down considerably (halves their speed). Size of area affected equals to half the user's Kiroku Gaiju. If an opponent should enter any of the Eight Chakra Gates, or something similar in terms of speed enhancement, while under the influence of this technique or move out of the area of effect, the speed reduction will be removed. Sphere can be placed anywhere, with a specific target acting as the epicenter.
  Description: After one has mastered Kakucho Sokudo, they are sufficiently versed in the art of wind resistance to manipulate it even further. A few hand seals are performed, and the user releases their chakra into the air around them. It quickly starts to concentrate around nearby enemies, making it more difficult for them to move and therefore slowing them down until the chakra disperses again.

Description: With the user’s weapon in hand or their limb extended, they will channel chakra across it so that when the weapon or limb is swung, a strong wind current comes forth. This current, although not heavy enough to do any threatening damage, can in fact knock opponents over, as well as severe loose sediment across the ground, bring up dust and whatever else lies on the floor. Useful for creating vision inhibiting storms, knocking people off balance, covering one’s tracks, escaping, and many, many more!

Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon. Once it strikes the opponent, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

Description: To perform Kushu, the user runs through a series of seals and then focuses their chakra on a fist. This is generally the dominant hand for top power. A green aura takes shape, and is quickly replaced by a spherical casing of highly condensed wind. The user simply needs to throw a punch at a target and the wind will continue to travel, lengthening the range of the punch itself. Contact with this high density wind will cause cuts from a distance, but a close-range or contact punch has the ability to cause major internal damage in the afflicted area.

Description: A very deadly Fuuton technique, the Yaiba is as its name implies – a pressurized sword of wind forms at the user’s appendage, long and sharp, able to cut through almost anything. This is because unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.

Special: The user is incapable of controlling the tornado once it touches down; after that point, it is simply a force of nature. The user's Kiroku Gaijuu determines the distance the tornado can travel, as well the length of it. The tornado's width is determine by half the user's Kiroku Gaijuu at the very top, and one fourth of the user's Kiroku Gaijuu at the very bottom. Due to its drastic nature, this can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: One of the most deadly wind-related natural occurrences is a tornado. Fuuton users have been trying to master creating one of these for generations, but only recently have the mechanics behind it been fleshed out. After a long string of handseals, the user directs their naturally wind-nature chakra up into the clouds, changing the pressurization of the area and forming a mesocyclone: an area of organized rotation. A condensation funnel begins to form in the clouds above and quickly descends to the ground. The cyclone grows larger the closer it gets to the clouds. It rotates extremely fast, and is easily capable of ripping buildings off their foundations. Should any person be sucked into the vortex, they will be spun wildly and thrown to the ground at high speeds.

Description: As its name implies, the Godaikaze allows the user to send forth a sudden burst of wind with the swing of their fan. By imbuing their chakra into the wind burst, they are able to reflect or return back any physical attack coming the user's way.

Special: Originally, the user may only glide for one turn per use. Each time this technique is relearned, however, that number raises by one. For every four retrainings the chakra cost to activate goes up by one.
Description: The user combines a refined knowledge of the Fuuton release with the benefits of the Kyodai Sensu: namely, the ability to manipulate wind without the use of seals. The fan is spread out to its fullest extent and gripped at each side. Focusing, they imbibe the weapon with their chakra. The user is then able to leap into the air, controlling the wind currents as they see fit, effectively giving them the ability to fly around for a short while. Other ninjutsu techniques may be combined with Tobitatsu to create a formidable foe. Unfortunately, if the user has not trained sufficiently with this technique they will find it hard to maintain. Once their time limit in the sky has expired they will plummet to the ground, making it a good idea to plan ahead.

Description: The user simply focuses their chakra, envisioning it condensing until it forms a rocket- or bomb-like explosive beneath them. Like a plane dropping a missile, they would then release it upon their opponent. The explosive's path cannot be controlled. The bomb falls quickly, but how long it takes to get to the ground depends on how high up the user is in the air. Upon contact with any solid surface it will detonate, releasing a torrent of wind with power equivalent to two exploding pouches.

Description: Building on the principle of Chakra Kyuuin, the clan member learns to transfer their special chakra into the networks of their opponent's in order to infect them with a virus that causes an imbalance in their victim's chakra control.
