Masahiko wears the standard Kumo ninja garb, jet black pants that terminate neatly in after coming over the calf muscles. with various holsters scattered neatly on his thigh. His feet adorn something even less unique, a generic brand of jet black shinobi sandals. Although many would agree it'd be ideal to scrap them for a new pair, Masahiko disagrees, and in his mind they are simply comfy and broken in. He wears a Kumogakure shinobi vest he snagged through some rather gruesome circumstances, that is the same familar green most people are accustomed to. Finally, under the vest is a long sleeve jet black jacket that matches well with his black shoes, pants and headband. The headband lay on his forehead, slightly tilted to his missing right eye. Occasionallly, he is seen with a fashionable trench coat that is predominately black, but has spurts of white throughout it in different designs

Many, too many too count infact. The main one is a cross like configuration under his eyepatch, along with a large scar running from his left shoulder blades end to the midpoint of his right forearm.

COGNITION[/u]

• Personality
  "Fuck it"; Masahiko's equivalent to Naruto's "Believe It". Just by this, you can get an idea just how crude he really is. A viciously mean kid, he's not afraid to tell it how it is, and if he doesn't like you, you better damn prepared for him to tell you. Boisterous and loud are two good ways to explain this mean little mother... He's as hard headed as a ram, and getting him to back out of something isn't usually the option. Following orders isn't a problem, however, he's gunna be following them the way he sees fit. A free spirit in EVERY sense of the word, tying him down would be one incredible feat.
  
  Masa is extremely loyal to those he deems worthy. He shows an enormous aptitude for serving his country any way he can. Because of this, he's had the time to breed some spitefulness towards the other villages for their inability to see the SUPREME supremacy of his homeland.
  
  Masa is a fighter, taking them as he gets them, although he isn't bloodthirsty. He's in it for the rush of adrenaline you get in a fight. This causes him to act reckless in an attempt to attain a more "epic" fight. This however does not mean he isn't a competent fighter, as he certainly is. His creative mind allows him to pull on abstract concepts during battle, and although he won't admit it, he's kinda a nerd in terms of studying others while fighting. If he's not fighting, he's probably somewhere observing one.
  
  Since Masa is a fighter, he obviously loses his ability to be a lover. This is the most awkward man alive when he's met with a girl. He often scares them off with his mean attitude, or inadvertenly pisses them the hell off. Masa has never been in a real relationship, partially due to his inability, so to speak, to open his feelings up.

Description: Scrolls remain one of the most important pieces of equipment in a ninja's arsenal. Because of their size, multiple scrolls can be carried into battle in the front pouches of a flak jacket or in a satchel. This will save space and not sacrifice a much needed piece of equipment which may be required later. In the end, the scroll is useful because it allows the ninja to summon creatures, people and items to their aid.

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Special: Allows the user to transform into any person, object or animal of normal/small/miniature size. Transformation can be held for one turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Domain: Universal Ninjutsu.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 -10 meters
Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: Self
Special: Clone speed matches that of the user. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters. For every 4 clones simultaneously detonated over an opponent, the effects of 'Water Prison' can be achieved without needing physical contact. Same 'Prison' effects apply.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, physical strikes fixed on a point within their body will force it to break up into a puddle and join the mass below, able to avoid danger and regenerate anywhere the water exists. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of water that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the water envelops the victim whole, drowning them in the user's cursed water and setting up more attacks of the same nature.

Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall)

Special: Water barrier blocks attacks of equal rank.
Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Teppoudama (Bullet)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 20 meters
Special: Bullets are fired from the mouth, all at once in the form of straight lined stream–like fashion. By default, 5 bullets can be fired at once, plus 5 more each time retrained. Must hold seals while firing. Bullets pierces 'C' ranked barriers and below, and move at the speed of a kunai.
Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Goshokuzame (Five Sharks Eating Skill)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: See special!
Special: Sharks move at double that of its victims, unless the opponents carry a particular bloodline that favors water/underwater life. Due to the pressure of the attacks, they can only be destroyed by ‘A’ ranked attacks and above. Sharks can travel wherever there is water, and exist until they are defeated or run out of water. The user cannot create more batches of sharks until the original five are defeated. The sharks do not distinguish between friend or foe. Requires a water source.
Description: Goshokuzame is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the power of Suiton, and although slightly unconventional due to its environmental prerequisites, nonetheless powerful and deadly. After the user forms the needed hand seals, they will place their hands on the surface of the water in order to transfer their chakra. From here, a shark of condensed water will emerge from each of the user’s fingertips, ordered only for one thing – to attack, maim and kill all opponents who reside in the water below.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 40 meters
Special: The waves are delivered with full force, power and speed for the first turn, and then flood an area twice the wave's range. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles.
Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.
