Much to his ire, and no doubt the unbridled mirth of his peers, Rael's age and appearance are more in line with that of an Academy student instead of a recent graduate, now officially recognized as a shinobi of the Mist. From afar, he is identifiable by the unruly and shockingly white mop of his hair, tousled without appearing unclean. Upon closer inspection however, Rael's best trait by far is the bluish-green hue of his eyes.

For clothing, Rael attires himself in the same ensemble as many Chuunin and Jounin beneath their protective vests, albeit everything is much smaller in size; a long-sleeved black shirt and pants, along with the standard ninja sandals. Instead of a forehead protector, the metal plate depicting Kiri's mark is directly sewn into his left sleeve. He lacks the distinct flak jacket worn by higher-level nin, but has already taken steps to order a customized version for himself. Instead of the traditional uniform, his will resemble a slate-gray version of Konoha's sleeveless jacket, minus the Uzushiogakure swirl on its back.

Though he has yet to breach double digits in age, Rael demonstrates a level of maturity more commonly found in older Genin and newly-established Chuunin. Due to his personal interest in political affairs and economics between the Elemental Nations, he is has a better understanding of the various forces that work to keep the ninja villages running, which in turn gives him a sense of what missions might be issued to higher-level ninjas. Because of his ability to view arguments from multiple perspectives, he is often assigned the role of a group mediator, somewhat to his displeasure. Regardless of whether or not he likes a particular individual, so long as they wear the emblem of Kiri, he is willing to put his life on the line for them.

It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Description: A strategic Kiri secret, the 'Hidden Mist' technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule by obscuring one's battlefield. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and with further training, unheard. The mist can be unsettled by a very strong wind based technique, though if not strong enough, it will eventually return.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique]

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained [max.5]. As elemental clones, they cannot exist outside the user's 'Suiton Ryuuken' range, and can never exit the thread they were made in nor travel unless by their creator's side. Due to their watery nature, water clones can absorb attacks one rank lower than their maximum 'Suiton Ryuuken' rank by altering the density of their water; any attack above that will instantly burst them. When defeated, clone explode in a burst of water. Finally, because they are mentally linked to their creator, water clones can use any C-rank or lower Suiton-based ninjutsu their creator knows.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's Suiton-based techniques either for defensive or offensive means.

Description: One of the simplest Fuuton techniques, this supplementary technique allows the user to take any secondary/projectile weapon they have and coat them in Fuuton chakra. This allows the user to shoot them at high speeds under the wind manipulation, adding rotation and tumbling power to increase the speed and deadliness of normal weapon attacks.

Description: A very deadly Fuuton technique, the Yaiba is as its name implies, a pressurized sword of wind forms at the user's appendage; long and sharp, able to cut through almost anything. This is because unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.

Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Description: A very basic earth technique, it allows the user to dive underground almost instantaneously so that they remain hidden from view in order to ambush their opponent. As long as the opponent is walking across the earth, they will be aware of their presence, and can wait patiently (without fear of asphyxiation) until the right time, where they will emerge and latch onto the opponent’s legs. From here, they can easily suck them down, executing a replacement with them so that the opponent is buried underground up to his neck, while the user emerges unharmed above ground.

Description: An upgrade to 'Shinjuu Zanshu', this variation grants the user movement whilst underground. Additionally, they can also emerge from below with their weapons drawn, allowing them to attack without being seen. After a few short seals, the user merely sinks below, and can remain there for a small amount of time.
