  Hana is always seen wearing a fashionable yet functional kimono at all times. She has a furisode styled kimono, as the long sleeves are said to be veery popular for those of whom are unmarried; however she wears simply because she found it appealing. It is colored various shades of pink, that change progressively throughout her kimono.It is lavished in an extravagent flower pattern, some say they are cherry blossoms, that are dispersed artfully throughout her kimono. The kimono itself is tailored so that it terminates mid thigh, draping over her genitals. Around her midsection is a light green obi that is graced with the same flower pattern that adorns the rest of her kimono. Her Kanzashi also follows the flower like theme of the rest of her garb. She wears Thigh High socks that are a shade of two different purples, alternating in a sort of striped pattern. Instead of the usual issued shinobi sandals, she instead wears a sturdy set of zori, which lace further around her ankle so they do not flop as much

  "Your neighborhood airhead", a title that is rightfully donned upon this intriuging girl. She willing gives into frivolity, blissfully unaware of what others think of her rather, displeasing giddiness. Whether this naturally naive outlook on life, partially brought on by her upbringing and her lack of real world exposure, is a gift or a curse has yet to actually be figured out, as it is more a matter of opinion rather than cold hard facts. Another excellent word to explain Hana is inquisitive. She is constantly up to learning new things, and is always asking her masters more and more questions and tickering with things she ought to leave alone. Perhaps this persona has been created to take refuge from her many responsibilities, which is somewhat selfish in a sense.
  
  Hana is very kind to those of whom she sees worthy of her aptitude for tolerance and selflessness. She has no problem giving things to those in need and often after doing so, she can feel slightly self righteous. Hana is confident in her and her appearance and personality, an internal conflict that ravages girls of her peer group. She is not easily shaken by anything or anyone and is not one to give up in any circumstance, yet another naive trait.
  
  Her glory days, however are shortening. With the conflicts of her parents now becoming her own, she is being brutally thrust into the new world with little experience. Maturing is now mandatory for her, and throughout the rest of her her days, a stark increase in seriousness is bound to emerge. Burdened by high expectations of both her family and the ones she placed on herself, she will slowly become less kind, less happy and much more stale. She has yet to experience the life changing event that would morph into an adult.
  
  Hana is a competent fighter in her own right, able to take things quickly and efficently. Her attention to detail is unlike any other, and getting things passed her is often a difficult task.
  
  Hana is very trusting of others, often sharing too much personal information with others. As if she didn't have a care in the world, she goes around reaveling secrets that should be left untold, naively assuming their facade is a true front. She also gets very anxious when people do not show the same trust back to her. This annoys her deeply and can even cause her to lose her trust in you.

Description:
Futoi Katana, translating to Fat Blade, is a large sword weilded by Hana. If stood up, it terminates around the middle of her breasts. The weapon however is quite light. The materials used to create it are lighter than most swords, yet just durable if not more so. Other than it's larger than average blade and it's unusual lightness, it does not vary differently from other swords.

Description: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper infused with special chakra, layered over with a special script on it that serves to enable and facilitate its explosive properties. Its execution is simple - the ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log, and upon activation, the note is set and begins either a slow countdown burn, which eventually results in a large explosion, or the explosion in itself upon command.

Can only be removed for a boost once per thread.
Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Special: Allows the user to transform into any person, object or animal of normal/small/miniature size. Transformation can be held for one turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Description: Kakuremino no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja uses a camouflage cloth to cloak themselves in the background.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Domain: Universal Ninjutsu.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.
Domain: Suiton.

Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall)

Special: Water barrier blocks attacks of equal rank.
Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Mokuton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very nature around them and the wood and trees it supplies. 'Wood Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Mokuton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over all wood around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Daijurin no Jutsu no Tate (Great Forest Technique)

Type: Offensive / Ninjutsu / Kekkei Touta

Special: Range of wooden spikes and extra piercing damage depends on the user’s level of 'Wood Dominion'. Approaching wood will split into up to two spikes per use, plus one more each time retrained. Spikes move roughly at the speed of a kunai.
Description: After a few simple seals, the Mokuton user will changes one's own arm into big trees and use it to extend a large mass of spikes towards their target. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. These spikes can act both to impale his target and as a barrier to protect a comrade. Such is the strength of the stakes that it is said to be able to break through walls.

Type: Defensive / Taijutsu / Kenjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Allows the swordsman to deflect basic attacks of equal or lower rank, in conjunction with other, more advanced moves within the style.
Description: A defensive nature of fighting, all Iajutsu practitioners will tend to stand in closed positions, leaving little openings and making sure to make the least amount of wasted movement possible so as to remain solid like a rock. Once the swordsman has understood the basics of fortification, they move on to more complex defensive patterns.

Some concerns here. You say KT and list Mokuton jutsu, so I assume you have the Mokuton KT. However, you'll need to list that next to "KT" so other mods and members know. Second, "Mizugakure" is actually "Kirigakure" -- village hidden in the mist. "Mizu no Kuni" is the water country where the village is located. Third, you haven't listed your rank (genin) and profession (shinobi, sensor, etc.). Please do that.

Please mark in some way (whether it be bold, italic, a larger font size, etc.) which rank of these weights you have. You can only start with 1 C ranked accessory, so that's the rank you'll be marking in this case.

Currently, you have spent 375 EXP on your jutsu. When you get "multi-ranked jutsu" (ones that are like D, C, B, A), you need to learn the D-rank before you can learn the C-rank. This means that to get the C-rank, you're actually spending 75 EXP (25 for D, 50 for C). Just like with your accesory, you need to bold which rank you currently have. I realize that you have them listed per rank in your jutsu sections, but this makes it easier on us mods.

Likewise, you can only start with 1 release unless you pay for it. The short answer here is that, right now, you have both Suiton and Mokuton -- you need to pick one. Apparently Mokuton starts with Suiton and Doton. So list them somewhere in here.
