Some sunlight peeked from behind the mountains near Kumogakure no Sato. Christmas was not too far away and a part of the city needed help with some reconstruction.
This was were the female came into the picture. She had taken on this mission to help out those who were in need.

'I remember doing this with senpai for about eight years ago. At least I can be of greater help this time compared to when I was 10-11' thought Yukiko. She landed at a nearby roof before she scouted the area. Her eyes then spotted a construction site that was only two or three blocks away. A grin formed at her face and she jumped towards the site.

There were a couple of people gathered around one of the carts that had wood on it. She decided to ask two of the men who were drinking coffee.
"Excuse me, where is Hajime Fujiyama? I was asked to contact him about a mission" inquired the young woman. "He's over there at the cement mixer...look for the guy with red overalls" replied a man with reddish-brown hair.

"Thanks" answered the Chuunin before she headed towards the cement mixer. It was fairly easy to spot the guy she looked for. He was the only one in red overalls there.
She went towards him and poked him at the shoulder. The guy turned around; he had short black hair plus a pair of amber eyes.

"Hello. I'm Yukiko Fuyumori. You hired me for a mission about the construction" told the female with a semi-polite voice.
"Nice to meet ya Yukiko-san. I'm Hajime Fujiyama, I'm one of the engineers here" greeted Hajime.

'Engineer? Hm...he looks to be maybe 10-15 years older than me tops' thought the brunette.
"We need someone to check the supply we got in earlier today. All ya have to do is to look at the list and see if everything is there. Afterwards, we need some help over at the area where they're building the new house" instructed the man.

"Lemme see. Here's the list. You only have to count the bags, not the total number of planks or bricks" said the engineer.
"Gotcha. I'll start right away Fujiyama-san" replied the young woman before she headed over to the large stable of items they had gotten in that morning.

[Yuki-chan]

'WHAT THE-!' thought the female when she saw the stable of material that had to be counted. There were STACKS with planks, bricks plus all of the stuff you needed to build a house. 'I had no idea it would be this much! What are these guys planning to build? A frickin mansion!?' thought Yukiko with a slight look of disbelief in her eyes.

She shook her head before she looked down at the list that the older male had given to her a little earlier. 'I need to cound the bricks as well as the planks for starter. Then I need to count how much cement there is before I round it off with the shingles' thought the young woman.
She headed over to the planks first since that was the largest stable there. '1...2...3...4...5...' counted the Chuunin while she wrote down the number on the sheet.

Five minutes later, all of the plank stables had been counted twice. 'There are 26 of these stables in total. Better move on to the bricks then' decided the female as she walked over to the bricks.
Her eyes darted across the stables of bricks while she tried to make sure she did not miscounted anything. It would be completely embarrasing if a Chuunin counted wrong...especially one who had attended the knowledge center for so many years.

'32 bags of bricks. They are more but the backs look smaller than the planks' thought the young woman as she wrote down the number. She then counted up the shingles, which was fewer in number than the other two items.
'Let's see...23 bags of shingles. Wonder how much cement they have ordered' pondered the brunette as she half-skipped towards the small tower of cement bags at the end.

There was quite a lot of cement there. It was probably enough to fill a three story house from the bottom to the top. 'Crap...they have not even stacked the bags properly!' thought the female in slight frustration.
This would not only make it harder to unload but it would be more difficult to count as well. But this was the last post on the list though.

'23...24...25...26...27...28. 28 bags of cement' concluded Yukiko before she wrote down the number at her paper. She then walked over to Hajime so she could start on her next task.
"I have counted up all you asked me to count at least twice. This was what I came up with in the end" informed the young woman as she handed him the list.

Deep brown optics went back and forth as they checked the numbers that the female had written up at the list. "Looks like the numbers are correct since this was what we ordered. I would like you to go over at the area over there.
Your next task will be over at the area over there where they're making the roof on a new house. They need a petite person to help them lay the shingles since parts of the roof can't take a lot of weight" told Hajime.

He pointed towards a house that was nearly finished. "Koji-kun is the one in charge there. He's an elderly guy wearing a gray overall. Pretty sure he has a moustache too" informed the man. "Roger" replied Yukiko before she jogged over at the area where she was supposed to help out with the next task.

She found Koji quite quickly; he was currently sorting some shingles by colour at the west end of the house. "Hello. Fujiyama-san sent me over here to help you guys with the roof" greeted the young woman with a small smile.
The man turned around with a small smile on his face. "I'm glad you're here...we need someone to deliver shingles all over the roof" informed the roof worker.

"You will find the shingles in a box standing right next to the chimney up there. Tell me if you're empty and send the box down with that rope. There is a ladder right over there" told the elderly man.
"Right" replied the Chuunin before she went up the ladder. "I need some slate shingles over here!" yelled someone at the south end once she had gotten up.

'Slate shingles huh...' thought the female while she looked at the box. She found some slate coloured once and jogged over to where the voice had comed from. A guy with green hair appeared to be the one who needed them.
"Here's five slate shingles" stated the brunette as she handed them to her. "Thanks" answered the guy before another person yelled at her.

"I need about ten black shingles here!" called a voice from the south-west end at the roof. The female jogged across the roof while taking care not to stumble into anything. She had noticed that there were parts of the roof that had small holes in them.
Her hands started to remove shingles from the boxes while hoping she was strong enough to carry them. Good thing that the person who yelled was not too far away.

"I'm coming!" yelled Yukiko as she walked across the roof with the shingles in her hands. Her eyes looked for the person who was in need of more shingles. It appeared to be a woman with medium-length brown hair and purple overalls.
"Thanks girl! I think they may need a couple shingles over there; they dropped some by mistake a minute ago" informed the female.

She then pointed towards two guys at her age who were in red overalls. "Thanks for the tip" muttered the young woman before she went over to the duo. "I saw you dropped some shingles a couple minutes ago...do you need any more?" inquired the Chuunin.
"No thanks. But can you please hold these for a moment?" asked one of the guys while he held out a screwdriver plus a hammer.

Her eyes then saw that his tool belt was about to drop off. "Sure" replied the female as she grabbed the tools. He shot her a grateful look while he adjusted the belt to its right size.
"Hoy! Can someone please fetch me three shingles!?" shouted a male voice from the north-west part of the house.

'Duty calls again it seems' thought the brunette before she jogged over to the bag with shingles again. There were only three left, so she decided to hoist them down to Koji. She took the three shingles and sent the box back to the ground right afterwards.
Her feet then went as quick as possible over to the north-west corner were a bluenette was on all fours. "Here's the shingles you asked for" informed the young woman before she laid them in front of him.

"Huh...first time I meet a Chuunin on a construction site" muttered the man. "There's a first for everything" said Yukiko with a polite voice. "Yukiko-san, we need you down here!" yelled Hajime.
"I'll be down in a moment" replied the female while she tried to find a good place to get down. She then went to the south-east corner and jumped down to the ground again.

[Yuki-chan]

"What do you need me for?" inquired the female while she looked at her supervisor. "Do you know any raiton jutsus?" asked the male. She nodded in reply, wondering what they needed raiton jutsus for.
"A couple of our tools are connected to a battery but it just went flat. I'll show you" told Hajime while they went towards a reparation area.

A large cube-like thing stood under a plastic tent of some sort. It had a couple wires connected to it that provided a couple tools with electric energy. "I thought perhaps a raiton jutsu could be used to charge up the battery since it's of the chargable type. Could you please give it a go Yukiko-san?" inquired the man.

"Sure...but I don't know what strength of the jutsu I should use. I think I can start with a "C"-rank first. Stand back please" told Yukiko while she prepared her chakra.
The engineer gave her a wire that she could use before he stepped back. She then muttered: "Raiton! Danpen izunama!".

Her right hand hold onto the wire while the left one started to send small lightning bolts right into the large battery. Some small lights started to blink orange, which was a good sign. 'Keep it gradual Yukiko...' thought the young woman while she tried to concentrate.
She kept it going for a minute or two until the chakra ran out. "Not bad, very good Yukiko-san" stated the male with a satisfied look.

"Thanks Fujiyama-san. I have more than enough chakra for a more powerful jutsu if you need" told the Chuunin. "Are you sure?" inquired Hajime.
"Yup. Just stand back for a minute or two and I can charge the battery right back up again!" exclaimed the female with a grin.

Her hands launched a couple handseals before she muttered: "Raiton! Karasuhebi!". A snake made out of lightning energy appeared from her right hand.
'I want you to charge the battery with my chakra, but don't overload it. Do it gradually' ordered the brunette before the snake 'attacked' the wire in her hand.

It did not take long until the orange lights lit up again together with a green one. She bit her lower lip in concentration while trying to not overload the machine. "Excellent job there Yukiko-san! I'll sign this so you can collect your reward at the Raikage tower" informed the man as he signed a slip. "Thanks and have a nice day!" told the young woman as she left the construction site with the slip in her hands.

Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Karasuhebi no jutsu (Shocking snake technique).

Type: Offensive.

Chakra consumption: High.
Description: Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.
Note: Upon latching onto the victim, the snake can deliver shocks rendering the captured area numb for the entire time the snake is caught on. The duration this snake is "usable" is two posts.
