“Shit.”

The boy would say to himself as he moved briskly through the trees, the boy had been being pursued by some type of men. He wasn’t sure of exactly who these men were but he knew he didn’t want them to catch up with him, he had been running for a couple of days so he was starting to become tired. Though it didn’t show much because the boy was running of pure adrenaline, but as he was pushing through the trees he had lost his footing on the branch he was trying to jump to. The boy would slip causing him to fall from the trees, as the boy fell he adjusted himself to land in a non-lethal way.

“Why am I running from these goons.”

The boy would say as he took off running once more, Ranshi knew he was capable, better yet more than capable of protecting himself. As that thought crossed the Uchiha’s mind he would halt his movements, a small laugh would be let from the boys stomach. Rnashi would turn to look down the path he had been running along, it had looked as if he had lost the men that were looking for him.

“If they catch up I’ll fight them.”

The boy would say as he turned away and began to walk along the path that he was formerly running along, He had no idea where it was taking him but at the point he was it didn’t really matter. He had been dealing with the choices he made by leaving his village, along with the fact that he had gained a whole new perception of his older brother. Ranshi would remain as alert as possible as his mind wondered over a various amount of things, before his silence was broken.

“HEY YOU KID, IMMA NEED THAT RYO UP OFF YOU.. ALL THIS RUNNING YOU MADE US WASN’T GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH EITHER.”

A group of men had been standing about 10 meters behind him, the boy would turn slowly allowing his eyes to be the first thing seen. His eyes would display a fully matured sharingan, as his eyes met with the largest out of the trio a smile would cross his face.

“Heh, You’ve got to be kidding me.”

[Messatsu!]

With a speedy gait, Ji sifted through Amegakure's moist forestry briskly and effectively as if he lived there for a great many years. He knew not how nor why he felt the way he did, but, for some inexplicable reason, moving through Amegakure's country side just seemed overly natural.

Ten meters above the ground, Ji leapt from one bough to the next as his speed alone proved to be more than enough force to blow away the drops of rain that attempted to cloud his vision. Before long, voices seamlessly coursed through the trees and into Ji's ears. Although they were faint, they were more than audible, even through the light rain.

"That isn't just one voice, I wonder who could those people be, better check it out. . .discreetly."

Coming down into a thick bough with his leading foot, a quick 45^o pivot sent Ji off into the most likely directions in which the voices originated. Before long, Ji came to a stop just above a young lad who hadn't looked to be much older than himself, but something was completely wrong. A group of men seemingly cut him off, men that Ji failed to recognize.

In a flash, Ji dropped down and landed into a low crouch at the young boy's side (3 meters away). Already angered about a group of advancing bandit a ways away, Ji hadn't been in the best of moods. Dipping into the his wellspring of power, Ji funneled chakra to both eyes respectively and caused them to spin and form his intricate Mangekyo sharingan.

"I dunno who you are, but you look like you could use some help!"

“Woah?”

Ranshi would say as he directed his attention to his left flank, His eyebrow would rise slightly as the boy rose from his crouching position. But his mind was put at ease for the moment as the boy spoke, he had offered his help for some reason. Ranshi attention would shift back towards the trio that was confronting him, ‘I hope this isn’t a trap.’ He thought to himself as he swiftly reached his left hand into his satchel gripping one Kunai, as whipped it from his bag he would hold it slightly out in front of him as he slide his right foot forward.

“Yeah you’re right.”

“HAHAHAHAHAHA, another little fuck… Where are they coming from I guess we just ran into some extra ryo right boy’s?”

His men would nod their head as they withdraw their swords from there holders, their swords wouldn’t hold any special properties though both men were seemed to have skilled in the art of Kenjutsu, the larger out of the three men would take a couple steps back as his hands begin to flick through some hands seals.

“Hold’em off boy’s, while I prep this attack they won’t know what hit them!”

At the man’s command the two men would take off towards the two boy’s, one would be headed directly for Ranshi, the other would have his eyes set on the smaller of the two Ji. Both men would be building up a head a steam as they ran towards the opposing duo, they would hold their swords in a manner that they could perform a rising cut as soon as they were within striking distance.

“Umm.”

The boy would say the men withdraw their weapons from their holsters, it had seemed they weren’t scared of the eyes that he possess he would shake his head as the loud mouth men sent his goons into a death trap. As the men took off towards the duo Ranshi himself would take it upon himself to help the man close the distance between them, but little did the man know that he was up against no normal kid. He was up against a Shinobi, as the distance was closed to just under 4 meters Ranshi could see straight through the man’s attack before it had even happen. As the man began to swing his sword the Uchiha quickly swung his own kunai towards the man’s sword interrupting his swing with even more than enough force to cause the bandits blade to change direction as well as throw him off balance. He would swing his free hand with a closed fist towards the bandits nose.

“on to the next one ehh?”

The boy would say in a serious manor as he had hoped his partner had been able to himself in the same manor he did, he would continue on towards the loudest one out of the bunch still flipping through hand seals.

Sharingan III

[Messatsu!]

His men would nod their head as they withdraw their swords from there holders, their swords wouldn’t hold any special properties though both men were seemed to have skilled in the art of Kenjutsu, the larger out of the three men would take a couple steps back as his hands begin to flick through some hands seals.

Murders, offenders, and evil doers, Ji -at that point- decided to not tolerate their presence within his country, and because of that decision, he showed not even a sliver a mercy when dishing out their punishment. Brows furrowed in anger, Ji's right hand dove into the confines of his pouch and retrieved a single, tagged kunai.

That same, aforementioned hand aligned itself with the furthest man who then began performing hand signatures as it flung in an upward arc, releasing the kunai as a result (aimed for the chest). That now free hand -in one single motion from its retraction- merged together with its opposite and formed their own batch of hand-signatures, they very seals that would've decided the furthest man's explosive fate.

Still giving the secondary opponent that bolted towards the duo, he left it up to the other shinobi to handle him as Ji obviously targeted the furthest of the group who, by the looks of things, preferred Ninjutsu over Taijutsu.

“Woah!”

The boy would say to himself as the kunai seemed to dive into the man who was waving the hand seals in the chest, Ranshi would take a couple of leaps back as the man fell back. ‘I hope this i—‘ before the boy could even finish his statement the man body was engulfed in a vicious flame, Ranshi’s eyebrow would raise was more as he directed his attention back to his partner. It was then when the Genin would catch whim of the boy’s eyes, they had looked similar to his own but much different at the same time. Ranshi would quickly dig into his satchel ripping a kunai from his bag, the Uchiha would sling the Kunai to hit the man in the back of his ankle causing him to fall before he got to close.

“What’re you trying to do?”

Ranshi would say as he charged his feet with a bit of Chakra, the boy would leap up into the tree just above the current situation. His eyes would now be on the kid that had arrived at his side just when it looked as if the tides were against him, he had peaked the boy’s interest quite a bit.

Sharingan III

[Messatsu!]

As Ji's kunai pelted the man's chest, his previously woven handseals heralded the summoning of something far greater than any mediocre explosion. With the briefest inhale, Ji's index finger pinched its respective thumb, creating a make shift blower that provided him with pinpoint accuracy when wielding the element of fire. Nevertheless, no more than a second later had Ji leaned forward and released the trapped air from his lungs in the form of an ash cloud, the same ash could that zoomed towards, surrounded, and even blinded the approaching assailant.

Regardless if the man would've stopped of kept running forward, it'd all been too late the moment Ji bit down upon his teeth and sparked that cloud of ash. In doing so, its flammable properties were ignited and evolved into an expanding explosion that dissipated outwardly from Ji's position, leaving him unharmed and his enemies, well, not so much. Covering a 10x10 (circular) area, it went without saying that whatever enemies remained were either sucessfully dispatched or barely alive to move at all.

Adding insult to injury, the billowing smoke generated from the flames would've easily been enough to choke out those who were unfortunate enough to survive. Before long the smoke cleared, leaving nothing more than the pungent smell of burnt corpses and charred earth.

Looking up at the boy that opted to take the higher ground, he inquired about the reasoning of the situation, hoping that he hadn't stopped the wrong person.

"Who are you and what was all that about? I haven't seen someone be chased like that in, well, never actually."

“Ehh.”

Ranshi would make sure he focused a bit of chakra at the bottom of his feet, the boy that had come to his aid had fired of a sizeable fireball towards the assailants. The fireball would rip through the short distance that was between him and the small group, as it proceeded to roast the men that had been caught in line of the Ball of fire. As the flamethrower came to an end the Uchiha would hop forward one branch as the smoke covered the area below him. The smell of charred fleshed flooded the boy’s nose as the smoke cleared. Ranshi wasn’t the type to lose composure when faced with new people; it was something he was groomed to handle.

“Well, I spent a lot of money in a store in a small village not far from here and they’ve been chasing me since. My name is Ranshi Chiatsuki; I’m looking for my own path in life, so I’ve just been wandering for the past couple of months.”

Ranshi would hop from the tree landing in a crouching manor about 5 meters away from the boy, as he rose his sharingan would be locked on the man’s figure watching for any sudden moves. Once he was able to stand completely up he would look towards the boy’s eyes, he would notice the flow of chakra flowing to them it had been quite potent. Something he had never seen before, it would peak the Uchiha curiosity.

“Thanks for the help to and if you don’t mind me asking who are you?”

He would say in light tone of voice.

[Messatsu!]

Spending alot of money? Sounded like he had a gambling problem, or at least something close to it. There had to be more to the story other than just excessively spending money, but, in the end Ji realized it hadn't been his business to pry. However, on the flip side, his following words caught Ji's attention as he soon spoke with a level of conviction that he registered as absolutely respectable. Allegedly he had been out on his own for a couple of months, finding his own path and making his mark on history wherever he could. Ji related to that side of the story as he had done the same, albeit in a shorter frame of time.

Suddenly, he hopped down from the tree to respectfully have a conversation face to face, eye to eye - at least he had manners. With the enemies dispatched and made short work of, Ji's eyes relaxed themselves as they returned to their ever so normal ocean blue colour. Granted, the guy naturally inquired about who Ji had been in turn. Without much hesitation or reluctance, he shared what little bit of information he deemed presentable.

"My Name is Jiseidai Kekkai, but Ji will do just fine. New guy in town and also the leader of this country's village. I just got here not too long but if you need a place to stay you're more than welcome there, but it isn't in its best condition. Lots of repairs are being done hehe. "

Ranshi would cut the flow of Chakra to his eyes as the boy began to talk, he figure there was no need to further was his Chakra because the boy didn’t seem hostile at the moment. The Uchiha would place his hands behind his back as the boy in front of him continued to talk, but one thing that the boy said that caught Ranshi’s attention was the fact that he said he was the leader of the country. ‘Well if that isn’t something remarkable.’ The boy thought to himself as Ji continued to talk, Ranshi wondered how much of the truth the boy was telling. But he wouldn’t think much of it as Ji had offered the boy a place to stay, a slight grin would cross the boy’s face.

“Really? You’ll let me come to your village? Do I have to pay you or something?”

Ranshi had been offered to come to someones village before, but he hadn’t taken the chance because he wasn’t sure of the man who was taking them. ‘I hope this is the right Idea.’ The boy thought to himself as he made his way towards him extending his hand towards the smaller boy, he would attempt to shake the boy’s hand as he spoke again.

“Yeah… Yeah It doesn’t matter if I have to pay, so should we be on our way?”

[Messatsu!]

Ranshi, he turned out to be a friendly person, or so it seemed. Regardless, Ji always enjoyed the company of those who knew how to show kindness towards others instead of spreading the evil seeds of hatred that, for generations, plagued the entire world. Additionally, he seemed excited about finding a new home, or simply just having the privilege to lay his head & body on a warm bed and pillow. The mere fact that Ji had been able to provide something to that degree and have it appreciated was a feeling he always enjoyed and never could get enough of.

"Yeah, no worries. Oh, here, you'd need this if you want to get in without any problems. . ."

He paused momentarily and reached inside of his robe to retrieve his own Amegakure headband, one he never really wore at all. Why did he, he everyone within the village walls recognized him as it's leader without it after all. Nevertheless, he looked at the headband and then up to Ranshi before launching it towards him with an underhand toss. Thereafter, once he approached, Ji reached out with his own hand and accepted the handshake as a sign of primordial trust and comradery.

"Unfortunately I cannot, return to the village as I've got somewhere to go. I'm glad I met you but I'm a bit behind on what I needed to be done. The village is a straight shot from here, you can't miss it. When you get there, contact Uso if he hasn't left by then."

Once spoken, he turned around upon both heels and darted off further into the country side that'd been Ame no Kuni, ready to take care of those bandits once and for all.

As Ji reached into his robe Ranshi wonder what he would be pulling out as he approached him, ‘Hmm.’ The boy thought to himself as Ji pulled out what seemed like a headband, Ranshi didn’t expect that the boy was serious about his status in this country. A slight grin would cross his face as he proceeded to shake Ji’s hand he felt a feeling of friendship between them two, as if they had created a bond with the handshake. As the Ji began to talk once again Ranshi would begin tying the headband around his left shoulder, as he made sure it was secure and Ji finished the Uchiha had a couple of words of his own.

“Ehh, Thanks bro. I really appreciate this. But I have to repay my debt to you I’ll assist you with them bandits.”

Ranshi would say as he took off behind Ji, He didn’t exactly know what he was getting his self-involved in by following him but it didn’t really matter. Plus he didn’t really know the way to the village, so he didn’t really have a choice in the matter.

“I think I could help out.”
