Description: The Chuunin teachers at the academy are nearing the final stretch. The young trainees are soon to be shinobi. Come to the academy and share your stories on being a shinobi and see if the young ones are cut out for their future destiny.
Obective: Speak about the world of the shinobi in the academy.
Reward: 100 EXP and 500 Ryo

Hikaru woke up the next day and headed back over to the academy. She would give a few more demonstrations today and for the rest of the week hopefully. When she got there, she started everything out with a few more spars.

Similar spars had left her with the claw marks on her arm. Thankfully, she knew this student would not do anything except what she told it to, unlike that wild other one. A single incisor was pressed against her thumb, breaking the skin and causing a bit of blood to bead on the surface. The liquid was smeared along the ground as Hikaru made some markings for training purposes. The student would have to make it past that mark by using replacement jutsu. It was a hard thing to do, but she was going to make them get it down soild.

After the atmosphere had cleared of clouds and it was easy to see the blood markings, the student stood, the more than ready to heed her sensei’s command. A flick of the wrist to the student, and the training began. “you need to focus on the place you want to end up,” murmuring to her students. Her digits moved, indicating where she thought the students should concentrate and shoot for. Manipulating the actions and thoughts of the students to move naturally was easy enough, but that wasn’t quite what she needed to do. \

She also had to make sure that they knew why they were doing what she was telling them to do. If they didn’t have common sense then there really was no point in furthering their education. Someone once said that ignorance can be decreased with time, but stupid is forever. That was a sentiment that Hikaru lived by every day of her life and it was the key factor in determining who her friends were and the choices she made.

In any case, she lectured the students on the importance of this and that until they were all getting headaches. Even Hikaru started getting tired of hearing herself talk.

She had told herself long ago that the key to teaching kids about specific movements was to guide them ever so slowly. They weren’t skilled enough to make their imaginations a reality and that was a shame in itself. Her tongue pressed out between her lips, wetting them as she focused. Again, the movements of those nimble fingers directed the student’s appendages to move, but they did not stop. Squinting slightly, the redhead pressed more emphasis through her words; through them, not into them.

Using her voice as a sort of tendril of thought, she spoke to the students as they formed the handseals and pictured themselves over by that tree log while at the same time throwing the log directly backwards. If this didn’t work, then nothing would. Thirty minutes later, it was time for the moments of truth. The students stood in a line and Hikaru pulled out some kunai. They would either get sliced by this blade, or they would escape unharmed.

The Uchiha wasn’t worried as much as they were. She had done the best that she could and she was sure that they were trying their best as well. She took one kunai and threw it at the center child. He simply formed some handseals preemptively and replaced himself with a log like they had practiced. The kunai landed right into the log which was great!

Hikaru then threw her second kunai at the one on the left, then sprinted towards the log she was supposed to replacement jutsu with. The girl student did two replacements in a row. Once to absorb the kunai’s impact with the log, and twice to put herself away from Hikaru. They were learning!

The third student was equally capable of applying the skill in the midst of combat. If there was anything to be learned from any of this it was that Hikaru was a beast.

Well now that they had learned two academy jutsu since Hikaru had demonstrated their importance, it was time to demonstrate the last one. This one would be walking up trees. Nobody in the group appreciated it like they should so Hikaru tried to put it into terms that kids could understand.

“So what are you going to do if there’s lava coming your way and there’s a nice wall next to you? If you stay on the ground, that lava’s eventually gonna get to you. The only option you have is to climb this wall. But wait! It’s covered with oil so you can’t get a good grip anywhere! Now if you can put chakra on the bottom of your feet like a real shinobi, you can just walk up the wall and laugh at the lava user!”

Hikaru hoped that this stupid example would work and it did. She just hoped that when they actually came across a lava user they wouldnt’ be stupid enough to be content with getting up a wall. Mostly because the lava would just eat up the wall and make it collapse. And most likely, they would end up falling into the lava anyways. Oh well, it didn’t matter for this session anyways.

Hikaru spent the next few hours teaching them the basics of how to make their way calmly and slowly up a vertical surface without losing focus. She made sure to make them realize that they would eventually have to use the technique anyways, so just learning how to do it was best. Without the basics you can’t suceed!

At the end of the day, Hikaru bid her students good day and walked on to the mission center to claim her reward for her hard day’s worth of work. Maybe she’d be back tomorrow!

Description: Deep within the Hyūga Compound, originating from one of its many households, a young, strong, and seemingly delusional man with a strong case of paranoia has imprisoned several young woman in his manor. Seeing them as possible threats to his prospecting Shinobi career, he’s threatening to eliminate them publicly. Due to the delicate nature of this assignment, the Hyūga Head have decided to allow an outside force to resolve the issue seeing as conflict within the clan could cause municipal complications. Be warned, however; the target is armed with both the Byakugan, and an irrepressible need to defend himself—stay alert.

Hikaru was making her away through the mission center when she found out that there was a woman beater in Konoha. Not only that, but it was in the Hyuuga compound somewhere. She took the mission and ran out of the building so that she could set things straight. Nobody was going to stop her from bringing justice to the man! She was so happy that she was allowed to beat men up if she wanted.

Along the way, she ran along side a dojo that she used to attend. It was a fine institution where skills are refined. If they truly excel physically and or mentally, recruits are recommended to go over to another higher level dojo where their abilities would be better appreciated. Otherwise, nobody is kicked out and the classes are taught at the student's learning pace. The only failures are the ones that cannot assimilate into the lifestyle and they are allowed to integrate into other parts of the dojo system. Even so, most teenagers that she knew ended up going to the academy for self defense training at the very least.

She only thought to mention this place in her mind, because the Hyuuga compound was nearby it or so she remembered. She quickly presented her mission details to the guards and they let her in.

"Be careful, he lives in a big house which could be full of traps. We would send a clan member to find them all for you, but we suck dick."

For some reason they didn't feel the need to take care of their own business. Municipal consequences her ass. If they wanted to reconcile with a woman beater then they were all shit as far as she was concerned.

"Alrighty then, he's gotta be around here somewhere. They said he lives in a mansion or something so I should be looking for something big. No homo."

The Uchiha spotted an extremely large house, and started making her way towards it. That was when a sharp sound broke the air, as if a trap had been set off. Hikaru jumped backwards, and dodged a few senbon that had buried themselves into the ground before her very feet. She wanted to proceed, but would she care enough about the mission to destroy the surrounding wildlife? She didn't want to cause mass destruction, so no, she wouldn't be blowing stuff up at least out here.

The possession of her level of skill as a shinobi was about average at her age and truly a boring sight for anyone else. As the sounds of more traps going off settled, Hikaru gained the feeling that this guy wasn't all that great at setting traps. It begged to ask why they requested a Jounin. A lower ranked shinobi would probably think it was easy.

However she did end up getting hit on the right shoulder with a pretty jagged rock. She was in pain all over, but she could manage to go on, and continue into the home. For the oddest reason, the door itself wasn't booby trapped. Or maybe it had been trapped but since she used a chidori attack at it, it just keeled over. Luckily, the house itself didn't catch fire.

The thought of losing to such a powerful foe was embarrassing, but the Uchiha knew that a battle like that would never happen again. Now that the village of the leaf was on their side or something. Hikaru looked around with her keen eyes and tried to figure out a plan. She had no idea where the women prisoners were and it'd take hours to search every room one by one.

Hikaru could probably be granted counsel of her thoughts as she meditated on the subject. Maybe she could even figure out how to use the house to her advantage just like she had seen in the movies. It was such a shame that the women were being kept in here like this. But now with her new power of chidori and the other jutsu Hikaru had, the women were pretty much safe. Unless the man started to kill them. That would be really bad actually.

As she progressed up a flight of stairs, she dodged a few barrels that were rugged to spill oil all over the stairs and light them on fire. Well that was a close call, she thought as she walked along side the wall. She actually started walking on the wall because it was pretty much impossible to rig. She made her way up some stairs and looked through every room that there was. Before entering a room she was sure to cut her way through the walls.

This was important because as usual, there was no way anybody was going to booby-trap stuff like this. Hikaru eventually found a room with a woman staying in it. She was lying on the bed naked and chained to various places around the room. It was kind of sexy, or rather she would find it sexy if she was a dude. But she wasn't, so she was content with just seeing this as blatant abuse. The Uchiha approached and beckoned to her,

"Hey girl, are you okay?"

The woman simply rolled over in bed. Her mouth was taped shirt. It was a bit of a nuisance, but the Uchiha ripped it off. After she did so, she listened to what the girl had to say. She needed to find out more information about the house before she proceeded anyways. Everything up till now had been luck.

It turned out there were at least four more women in the house, but their locations were unknown. The madman was supposedly in the basement locked away with the current woman that he was having relations with. It was disgusting and vile, and Hikaru would have no part of it. She took out her kunai and broke the woman's restraints. She then carried the abused woman all the way out of the house and gave her to the guards. They just looked at her as if she deserved what she got and called for paramedics.

Hikaru was scared what would happen if she got caught herself. She could probably make the other Jounin come with her then again, she didn't want to have to deal with them since just her fear was putting her at a disadvantage. She had to master herself or she'd never succeed. The girl's eyes went from tree to tree as she pushed off and started to the next. She swatted at a small insect that had moved into her enormous eyesight. This caused her to look to her right and notice movement in the distance where the mansion was located.

Hikaru could see that something odd was happening at the house. Some figures looked out of sync and her body still incorporating worthless combinations of punches and kicks. A shirt looked as if she had spent the good part of the afternoon chopping at the tree. The It was kind of disgusting to see the beatings happen herself, and she would put a stop to it or her name wasn't Hikaru Uchiha, Jounin of Konoha. Silly man, he would pay one way or another. The Uchiha yawned, which pushed oxygen back between her teeth. It made a less-than-attractive hissing sound, which calmed her down enough to proceed.

Hikaru jumped through the open doorway and kicked the man aside right as he was about to beat a screaming women. In the corner of the main room, he had apparently drug up three other women who were chained to each other and various places along the wall. The woman standing up was bloody, as if she had been cut intentionally multiple times over the past few days. Hikaru couldn't stand looking at her but pointed outside,

"You need to leave now! paramedics should arrive at the guard post within the next few minutes. You ladies," Hikaru said pointing to the other three women, "will have to wait for me to free you. You don't look like you're able to go anywhere on your own anyways."

The standing woman complied and ran out of the house as best she could. That was when the man got to his feet and brandished a machete at Hikaru with a dazed look on his face. "You're next bitch," he said as she waved his knife back and forth. Hikaru could tell that he was drunk and probably a pretty poor fighter. It was sad that someone with no skill could keep all this up without getting overthrown by his prisoners.

"I'm not going to kill you, but I will beat you to an inch of your death. That's just a statement. Even if you give up right now, your fate will be the same. Prepare yourself."

Hikaru said those words and ran forwards and used a chidori attack out at him after performing a few handseals. The man jumped aside or rather twirled aside. His clothes caught on fire but it didn't seem to bother him. He simply ripped them off and started to stagger towards Hikaru ever slowly. Hikaru pointed her finger at him after performing more handseals and shot Hikaru.

Her stature was sly and blunt. She had no reason to try and remain a secret since she knew that the opponent was probably as harmless as a baby moth. The man had obviously been practicing punches when Hikaru arrived. Hearing very small footsteps, she made sure she was on her guard, but didn’t know how this man was going to attack. She assumed that he was unskilled as a drunk, but that said nothing about his strength as a man. He swung with his left, crack, right, crack. Hearing the noises as the blade smashed into pottery and the like, Hikaru tried making some more observations

This man only looked maybe a few months older than herself, maybe less. She didn’t have any weapons out, and usually if someone was going to kill someone else they wouldn’t doddle for very long. At second glance, Hikaru could tell this was a very strong man. He was at least twice as physically capable as Hikaru. Maybe today wouldn’t be so easy after all. Hikaru decided that she was going to bust out the chidori.

As the man lunged out at her, Hikaru back flipped backwards and formed a chidori as she did so.

She then sprinted towards the man who held out his blade cockily. She simply split the blade with her own technique and cut the man's arm clean off. She then swooped down and stabbed into his crotch. He wouldn't be having any more intimacies. Ever.

The man sprawled on the ground, bleeding profusely. He would live, obviously since medics had just arrived at the house. Hikaru helped free the captured women and went off to the Hyuuga guards. She was going to yell at them since they hadn't done anything about any of this except ask for some random Jounin to do their work for them. Some people had no morals.

Description: One of the goals of the Hidden Leaf is to provide an inhabitable, forthcoming environment for its citizens. To birth the notion that all can walk through the streets without the fear of conflict and criminal transgression; however not every citizen feels such a way. Word has spread and eventually got back to the Hokage himself which talks of a young man whose name is unknown; his crime—the illegal distribution of pharmaceutics. While small scale in comparison to other larger affairs, this, if unattended to, could become the gateway for more illicit acts of the same crime and ultimately spread like a potent virus. Your mission is to find information about this name’s whereabouts and bring him to justice. Death will NOT be acceptable.

Hikaru's new mission was to deal with some contraband. Or rather, she was supposed to track down the boss man. Because of this, she found herself wandering around the slums, twirling some weaponry around as she did so. That was when she heard a sound. She jumped to the side of a building as soon as she could and looked around to make sure that nothing was about to jump out and try killing her.

As Hikaru released her tools, she listened again for the voice. It wouldn't matter since Hikaru was using every path possible as an attack route. In this cloud of devastation and confusion, Hikaru herself would follow. She planned to then attack whoever was here with a speedy strike to the chest that would launch him or her into the air. Suddenly, some exploding tags appeared on the ground, probably dropped from above.

Hikaru dove to the left, away from the tags as fast as she could. As the tags exploded, Hikaru traveled safely away from the fire, unharmed due to her quick shinobi reflexes. She thought she could see her adversary well, so she continued with her plan. She had no idea who this person was, so she would refer to him or her as Heta. She would also call her a girl because things were simpler that way in her opinion. Her left limb was extended upwards towards Heta's vest. Hopefully that would lift her into the air with enough force to start her attack.

Yes, she was a true shinobi warrior, but she was not interested in causing the deaths of others. In her entire career, she'd only knocked people out, and that was because of necessity, not for fun or anything. That was her only thoughts on the situation due to the strain of using the sanity. It took her too much to concentration mentally when doing any physical works. Still she knew that she would have to make this battle progress quickly since it would cause her to be late for other things. Hikaru was a busy shinobi of the hidden leaf village.

She didn't mind, it helped when it came to making herself stronger. However the figure started to form handseals and produced a water jutsu. When the water traveled into Hikaru, she lost concentration of the sanity as well as all hope of attack. She fell backwards, and was tossed face over heels into the brush. She didn't have much to think or say since it would be the last time she saw the light of the sun for awhile.

The body of the small Uchiha lay limp, hugging the ground. She was knocked out, her figure drained of its chakra as well as its will to continue. Normally one would have been able to work through such, but Hikaru was still a girl. She may have had prior combat experience, but she was no godly shinobi.

"I don't know who you are, but you're going down!" Hikaru shouted as she prepared herself for what was to come. This fool was going to learn what it meant to defend a drug boss. Crime would pay or her name wasn't Hikaru Uchiha, Genin of the great village of konoha!

As the waters rolled over her, Hikaru thought of her "family" in Leaf, but that was before the darkness swelled around her. The cold wooded area was surging with running water. As the flood waters subsided, Hikaru's almost lifeless corpse lay sprawled out. The only good news was that she wasn't dead. She was indeed tired and when she would awake, she would find a note attached to a kuani saying that she should stay out of things above her league.

She would be soaking wet, but her return would be well deserved. She had taken on an individual with the ability to perform jutsu with little injury to speak off. The only damage that she actually incurred was the high volume of chakra that she used during the fight. Well at least she now knew what she was up against.

Even with her advanced control of her chakra, she had not stood a chance. She had held the upper advantage for a few brief moments but with the surprising water jutsu attack, Hikaru was outclassed. She had suffered worse, but she had not been use to the new level of pain that she had suffered. In time, she would learn to control it, but for now: Sleep was her only reprieve. The Genin had become the loser and failed so far but she would win in the end.

Hikaru got up after resting for a while longer and started mulling over a plan in her head. She knew that where she last ended up must have been some important area or else it wouldn't have been protected by such a strong guard. She also knew that she stood no chance in facing someone with that caliber of jutsu. At least not yet. No, she would need to figure out something using her brain instead of her chakra this time.

Perhaps she could sneak through the area by causing a distraction elsewhere. She knew that the guard at least some of the times was on the roof of that particular building so maybe she could try sneaking around that building itself. Or maybe the operation was in that building or something.

There were so many possibilities but not much time to test them all out in. Well, she was going to just wing it. She just needed to run away if she got caught this time.

And so, Hikaru found herself trying to sneak around the building in question. She realized that this was going to be an extremely hard thing to do especially since she wasnt used to stealth. Her only powerful technique was chidori and that made so much noise it wasnt worth considering most of the time. Anyways she made sure she was transformed into a large cat as she started wandering around then nearby roof tops to the tall building. She was even more certain that it was the place of interest once she saw people move in and out of it with bags all day,
