Bonds (Private--Seiryuu)

[Kaguya Byakko]

The day was young and the sun set low in the sky as it began to make is ascent above the village. Soft light spilt upon the Hidden Rock as the village was beginning to bustle with the usual weekend activity. Men and women began to crowd the streets in increasing numbers that would only grow as the day progressed. Byakko was about to become just another face in the crowd, but at least he would have his younger brother there to accompany him as he made his way towards a less populated area of the village. The walk wouldn’t take long and would hopefully turn out to be a nice leisurely stroll made more accommodating by the gentle breeze that had begun to sweep through the mountains and the village itself.

Silence would envelope the two remarkably similar siblings as their stroll carried them throughout the crowded streets of Iwa that would soon dwindle down to nearly no one. Without making a sound, Byakka would glance over at his younger brother and flashed a smile underneath his masked face. Although he knew his smile couldn’t be seen, he was sure his brother would return the smile in just the same manner. But instead of waiting for a reply, Byakko would make an abrupt left bringing them to an open square with a bench only steps away from them.

“Tag you’re it,” Byakko would yell as he gave his brother a firm push with the intent of knocking him off balance.

He then proceeded to sprint towards the bench just in front of him where he would stand upon the wooden seat. He pivoted around to watch and see if his brother would amuse him by accepting his playful challenge.

As Seiryuu walks down with his kaguya brother Byakko he notices how seemingly peaceful it is. As he sees his brother glance at him Seiryuu turns and smiles under the cloth covering his mouth.
Byakko then pushes him and yells tag, as Seiryuu sees Byakko turn to see if he is going to play, Seiryuu accepts his brother's playful challenge and chases after him. When approaching him he pushes him softly and runs and jumps on to a rugged high rock and yells, "Your it Byakko, come and get me if you can".
