"Those eyes are something else" a line that the young Shinobi is used To hearing because of his unique set of peepers his eyes hold a very light almost grey tent to them, while his pupils are very slender as those of a reptile would be. Gins eyes are just one of the few things that cause the boy to draw a lot of attention to himself. Outside of his eyes the next thing most people notice is his hair which is a jet black color, he keeps his hair at ears length. Though it grows rather wildly especially when he doesn't keep up with it, he manages to keep it from looking totally fucked up most of the times. Outside of those two things Gin is a rather normal looking kid until he opens his mouth.
Gin stands at about six feet tall, though he is young he manages to keep himself in the best shape a shinobi of his age could be in. His skin is rather smooth with a few minuscule scratches from the life of a shinobi, his skin holds a slight tanned tent to it saving him from the normal pale look as most that share his blood would have.
Both of Gin’s were horrible damaged from the inside out after his punishment was dealt to him for his actions against Kumogakure, now the boy’s eyes remained closed wrapped underneath bandages. The boy’s face manage to heal slightly but the damage was too great to heal completely, his nose is slightly out of place to the left.
Update! Over the years Gin has finally been allowed to fix his face literally, through a technique that he has known for quite some time. Though the boy still loves to wear his ANBU mask, he doesn't see a reason for him to stop wearing it. Also over the years the Gin has grew a couple of inches which put him at the height of six feet four inches, while also bulking up to two hundred pounds. Other than that the boy looks pretty much the same.
Throughout Gin's life he has been one to miss out on the latest fashion, he has never been one to be to concerned with what's new he'd rather wear things that he thinks to be cool. Which is why most days the Kiri shinobi could be found wearing a assortment of different color basic short sleeve and long sleeve shirts depending on the weather. As for pants the boy wears a pair of all black pants, the pants stop just above the boys ankles but for loosely. His socks cover the space between his ankle and his pants leg, whole he sports a pair of all black closed toe shoes.
After his punishment was dealt to him by the Mizukage the boy’s face had suffered a great deal of damage, he felt as if his face was a sign of shame now and though he had the power to fix it he wouldn’t because it would be a sign of disrespect. So now the boy where a newly made ANBU mask, he uses it to cover the bandages he wears over his eyes.

Gin, a unique individual in deed, he is one of the most relaxed Ninja in the Mist village. Though he is young he is a very kind soul , with no foul intentions on his mind seeing as he had nothing but respectable role models in his house hold. Though he is not a evil person, he comes off to be one of the more goofier Shinobi’s in the village. He is a very easy going kid that loves to have a good time and hang out with anyone that loves to have fun. Gin is also much like his Mother when it comes to meeting people which is GREAT, he never has any problems meeting and greeting people. The boy is also one of the best Ninja’s in the village, because even at a young age he understands the value of work ethic
Gin is known to have one of the purist souls he’s a boy who bears no hatred towards anyone around him. He gives off a very friendly vibe when he is around crowds of people, so he often finds himself at the center of attention. But he doesn’t let his natural popularity go to his head, he can also come off as the shy type if someone doesn’t directly approach him, he won’t search for people to talk to. on a lighter note people also view him to one of the sillier Ninja in the entire country.
Gin is known for his goofy antics, ranging from tripping on accident to saying silly things he is the king. He is constantly a victim of tripping over his own feet, he just doesn’t pay that much attention to his surroundings all the time and often trips over rocks and sticks on the road. Gin also loves to makes jokes about things that happen to other people, he’s famous for making fun of somebody for doing stupid things. Which brings me to the next note, his wild side.
Gin is just like any other kid his age when it comes to having fun, he loves to do things that can be dangerous even life threatening at times. He’s is what some people would call a thrill chaser at a young age, that type of lifestyle lead him to finding out something new about his body. He also likes to hand out with other people when they approach him, or ask if he wants to hang out. He is not one to run around the world searching for friends, because he his natural friendly vibe attracts people to him. When it comes to meeting important people there is no one better, even though it contradicts everything Gin stands for when he comes across people of importance he finds it necessary to introduce himself first. He has really good people skills, there hasn't been a situation he couldn’t think he way out off. If it wasn't for his people skills he probably wouldn't be a Chunnin.
Gin was blessed with something far greater than any of the other kids in his generation; it’s something that he could use to be considered a genius at a young age. For that he was also cursed with a spell of laziness, he loves to learn new things hands on. But when it comes to his studies and he often falls behind from lack of motivation to study. Don’t get him wrong he does put in a lot of work to become a better Ninja, it’s just all hands on so he often finds himself of the training field. He is just a different type of Ninja, he has his methods and they work for him maybe one day someone will change that style up for him.
Now a day's Gin has a bit more flare in his personality, he tends to be a bit more direct with people about how he feels. He's still a vary kind person but he's has learned that he can't treat everyone with the same respect, he's learned that's his kindness could lead to his demise if he kept it up.

Gin has recently chose associated himself with some good company within in his Sensei and Genin named Chae, the trio had chosen to take on a task that seemed too great for only 3 Shinobi. They chose to organize an assault on the village of Kumogakure, and there assault was more than successful as they infiltrated the village and robbed them blind. Gin along with his comrades felt that by exposing how weak the village of Kumogakure would go over well with the Mizukage. But that surely wasn’t there case. Instead Akira was infuriated by our actions, he was so angry that he felt as if a punishment needed to be dealt so that he did. Gin was left blind from this incident and though he held the powers to heal himself he knew he couldn’t, he knew that if he did that Akira might kill him.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanime object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user can transform themself into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themself. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area aroun themself with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will dispurse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Kakuremino no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and infuse it with their chakra, allowing them to blend into the background. This creates an optical illusion where the user is basically invisible to the naked eye.

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)

Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique has a dual purpose, since it is the perfect way to increase skills with chakra control - if the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if the stream is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.
Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking)

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repllent force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possivle to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown.

It's a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
Note: By combining this technique with a Chidori enhancement, the user may cause the wire to break the Shuriken apart into multiple sharp slabs that can be directed by the user.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Low - Massive
A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. In terms of inanimate objects, the user can summon up to ten secondary weapons for a Low amount of chakra (per summoning); on the other hand, they may summon up to five primary weapons for a Mid amount of chakra (per summoning).
Danger Close Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low
While Danger Close is arguably the most simplistic of all the Watcher techniques, that does not mean that it is the weakest. To the contrary, it is actually one of the most useful techniques an archer can have, as its primary function is to defend oneself against close-range fighters, the natural bane of all archers. After repeating the same nock and fire motions hundreds, if not thousands of times, an archer possesses the ability to briefly move purely through reflex and instinct, firing off a hastily aimed shot twice as fast as normal.
Note: The user nocks an arrow, aims, and fires one shot in half the time it normally takes them to do so. This ability can only be used once per thread.
Shotgun Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
The technique is one of the hallmarks of the Watcher style, firing more arrows than a normal person would believe is possible. It's been said that with proper mastery of the technique, the user can fire up to six at a time with all the ability they fire a normal one.
O.S.O.K. Rank: B Range: - Type: Passive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
Mastering the art of bonus tension is one of the many overlooked fundamentals of being an archer. By holding out past the point of firing, one can enhance the arrow far beyond its initial damage. The technique, therefore, is aptly named “One Shot, One Kill” due to its frequent tendency to pierce through defenses and outright kill an enemy.
Note: This ability allows the user to pierce any traditional armor, and wooden constructs such as large trees (up to three feet thick). This ability can be combined with other Archery techniques; however, the chakra cost will stack.

Tier 1 - Static Focus: Master of lightning based chakra, shinobi who favor the art of raiton are capable of using their body's own electrical current as a weapon. Once every two turns, masters of this level may "jolt" any number of victims they come in contact with, numbing the effected area for a post. This unique ability costs no chakra; however, using it again before the "cooldown" has reset will result in the user paralyzing their body entirely for two posts.
Tier 2 - Electrical Circuit: One of the aspects which makes raiton so powerful is its versatility, which masters of this element know quite well. The same electricity which chars flesh from bone can also be used to power a house for days, and likewise, a body. Once every other turn, the user may absorb a single raiton-based attack, assimilating the chakra into their own (which will stack ontop of their current pool state for the remaining duration of the thread, or until used; this means that if the user has one massive left and absorbs a mid worth of chakra from an attack, their pool will be at one massive, one mid). Unfortunately, this cannot be used on devastatingly powerful raiton attacks (i.e kirin).
Tier 3 - the Lighting Fang: Taking their mastery of raiton chakra even further, the user begins to understand how to effectively charge external objects. While not a perfect understanding, they are capable of charging a single object in a coat of raiton-based chakra, dramatically increasing its cutting strength (on par with chidori). These objects can leave the user's possession after they've been charged (i.e you can throw them), but lose their charge in the following post. This ability can only be used once every three posts, and requires a single Mid worth of chakra. If the user already knows chidori and all of its sub-techniques, this feat can be performed once every other post with no cost.
Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Matoudai Zeusu (Strike of Zeus) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.
Jibashiri (Earth Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Raiton- Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After soaking the ground/opponent either with a Suiton technique or a conductive surface, the user will charge their palms with electricity and unleash the current into the ground. It will run along the earth and towards the opponent in order to shock them.
Purazuma Booru (Plasma Ball Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: x2 Mid
A highly strategic raiton jutsu, the Plasma Ball allows the user to create a thick sphere of Raiton around their body, able to shock anyone that comes in contact with it immediately. Though no other jutsu can be cast while sustaining the shield, it makes up for it by becoming an ‘ultimate’ shield of sorts from regular, simple techniques and attacks.
Mekurumeku (Blind Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption:
A basic yet effective Raiton technique, the user focuses a bit of chakra all over their body, letting the lightning gather and then quickly exploding, effectively providing a blinding light that leaves all within the range blind. Useful for disorientation and quick get-aways.
Raikyuu (Lightning Ball) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid; x2 Mid
A very simple and effective Raiton technique known throughout, the user either takes twin weaponry or their own appendages, focuses their chakra into their center, and forms a ball of pure lightning. This newly formed threat can either be smashed into an opponent’s face, or tossed from a nearby distance. Repetitive exposure to the shocking has been known to leave its victims stunned.
Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.
Hiraishin (Sparking Electric Needle) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Raiton- Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the ninja can then raise their arm into the air and gather electricity. A bolt of electricity can then be used to travel through the user’s body and into the opponent’s body in order to paralyze them.

After performing the needed handseals, the user will wave both arms through the air, leaving Raiton chakra behind in the shape of bow and arrow. The lightning arrow can then be shot at an opponent and stun them from afar. By taking extra time to focus their energy, the arrow can be re-shaped for distance, rather than power.

Raiton • Kaminari Shibari is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. The use will call down three bolts of lightning that will then implant into the ground in a triangular shape around their opponent. These Raiton infused pieces will then create electrified fields between themselves to form a triangular shaped prison. The field can be penetrated by a more powerful Wind Element infused weapon or a jutsu of stronger force.
Ichiren Inazuma (Chain Lightning) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: High
An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder,' the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim, up to three, within a thirty meter radius. The user outstretches their hands, so that the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.
Karasuhebi no Jutsu (Shocking Snake Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: High
Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.
Note: Upon latching onto the victim, the snake can deliver shocks rendering the captured area numb for the entire time the snake is caught on. The duration this snake is "usable" is two post.
Chidori (One Thousand Birds) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High
One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Note: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Note: This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Chidori Eisou (Thousand Birds Sharp Spear) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.
Chidori Senbon (Thousand Birds Needles) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: – Chakra Consumption: High
The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form ten small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.
Kaminari Ookami (Thunder Wolf) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: High
Utilizing the Lighting Element the user will charge an electrical current into their hand. Using this charged and condensed amount of lightning, the user will send out a wolf made of lighting to attack their target. Unfortunately the wolf pulls lightning from the user’s palm limiting the techniques range.
Note: If wolf is able to bite into an opponent, the electricity can paralyze the foe either in just the limb itself or spreading through the body depending on the length of contact.
Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Strike Armor) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive; Supplementary Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High to cast, mid to sustain
A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.
Note: Under the effects of Raiton no Yoroi the user has an increased speed as well as strength made even stronger by the piercing capabilities of the lightning itself surrounding the user.
Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) Rank: A Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 3x High
With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the Raiton Bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness Raiton-based techniques.
Note: As strong and durable as a normal Kage Bunshin while also able to move freely, cast Raiton jutsu as well as paralyze upon contact and/or destruction.
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: x2 High
Similar to the ‘Lightning Armor’ technique, this jutsu allows the user to be both defended and guarded by their own lightning. After a series of seals, lightning from the sky falls onto the user in a steady stream and the user begins to spin in place rapidly, suspended slightly in the air by their own chakra. During their spin, a vortex of lightning and raging winds comes forth, birthing from the top the head of a dragon comprised purely of lightning. The dragon can attack anything within its range, either directly with a snap of its maw, or indirectly by passing next to its target and sending smaller bolts from its side. It moves at frightening speeds just as long as the user keeps spinning.
Note: User is defended by the effects of Raigeki no Yoroi, and can even absorb enemy Raiton attacks to power the dragon and restore their chakra. User must be spinning to keep dragon active. Bolts in general do not distinguish between friend or foe, and the dragon can only attack one general target at a time. Chakra restoration is equivalent to below one tier absorbed. ( Low = None, Mid = Low, etc).
Myaku (Static Pulse) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 13 Chakra Consumption: x2 High to cast, High to maintain
As its name implies, the ‘Static Pulse’ allows the user to deliver several quick pulses of shocking Raiton chakra, intended to latch onto any living chakra networks, invade them, and shock away until nothing is left. This is allowed because the caster coats the region of the technique, thirty meters, in a thin layer of his refined Raiton chakra. It spreads perfectly along the ground at fast speeds unless one has special eyes to pierce through such movement. Although brief, several can be shot at once, repeatedly, keeping the enemy at bay in a last minute ditch effort. Excellent when outnumbered.
Shishikyu Funzen (Shocking Tiger’s Wrath) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: x2 High
The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the Raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of Raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Creates a single large, 1 meter tiger comprised of pure Raiton essence. The maximum duration this tiger can be sustained is two posts. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn.
Raimuraito (Limelight) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 20 Chakra Consumption: Massive
Raiton • Limelight is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Regarded as one of the ultimate Raiton jutsu, Limelight is created through the simultaneous Raiton manipulation of several shinobi at once. To begin, each ninja will take their place in one of the four cardinal directions. The ninja will then activate the jutsu, sending Raiton from their location over the center of the target. When all four lightning arcs converge, they combine to rain down massive destruction on the area directly underneath. The jutsu is rumored to be powerful enough to totally turn a village below into ash, though some of that is peer-to-peer exaggeration. The jutsu requires all four ninja to activate; if one of the users is taken out, the technique will fail.
Raikiri (Lightning Edge) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 3x High
Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body. It is a more refined and powerful version of Chidori, Raikiri is capable of piercing through nearly any substance (up to the full length of the user's arm). Presuming the strike is not fatal, this technique paralyzes the opponent for a full turn. On top of this, once learned all Chidori sub-jutsu can be performed under the power of Raikiri.
Note: Other than its penetrative strength, this technique also ha a high probable cost that paralysis will occur to those struck by the full onslaught of this technique.
Orochi Daija (Zeus’ Leviathan) Rank: S Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 25 Chakra Consumption: Massive
This technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually slither – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, size of a large summon, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can withstand up to one 'S' ranked strike. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user with a range equivalent to the serpent's total size.

Kuroi Kaminari (Black Lightning Seal) (Seal Placed on his upper left shoulder) Rank: SS Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 (to activate); 2 (to deactivate) Chakra Consumption: 2x High per turn
The seal of Black Lightning comes in the form of Kanji, tattooed anywhere on the user's body which, while dormant, does nothing. However, with a set of three handseals, the seal's power is activated and shimmers with a bright white border. From there, all Raiton-based techniques are consumed by the seal's black aura and converted into ebony constructions, boasting drastically increased feats of power. Even the most simplistic of Raiton techniques become overly lethal while under the influence of the Black Lightning, giving its user a very steep edge over their opponents.
Note: This technique significantly increases the power of all Raiton-based jutsu, including their speed and cutting strength. High-end Raiton techniques that are under the influence of Kuroi Kaminari are capable of piercing even the most profound of barriers, including the incompleteSusano'o.
Raiton: Kuropansa (Lightning Release: Black Panther) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
After activating the seal of Black Lightning, the user can conjure a large (easily twice the size of a fully grown adult) black panther from their Kuroi Kaminari. They can then direct this panther wherever their desire, including fairly great lengths from their person. Being comprised purely of the user's Black Lightning, this panther's entire body possesses a cutting strength that is even greater than the fabled Chidori.
Note: Kuroi Kaminari must be active in order to cast this technique. Furthermore, the user is incapable of moving or casting any other jutsu while the panther exists in play.
Saragi no Mai (Snake Pit Dance) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid (storage cost), Low (recovery cost)
This technique allows the user to "store" their weapon within their body. At will, the user is able to regurgitate the weapon from their mouth or summon a snake from their mouth with the weapon inside said snake. Best of all, this technique also allows the user to retrieve their weapon from any distance by transforming it into a snake and letting it slither back to its owner.
Note: Only one primary weapon may be designated to be affected by this technique at any given time. Damage to the user's body does not damage the weapon.
Jatai no Daija (Snake Scent) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 (hold) Chakra Consumption: Low to cast and sustain
Snakes are wonderful sensors, able to locate things within their surroundings through changes in temperature, as well as the intermingling of orders within the micro-cells in its mouth, and finally, vibrations created across the air as received by their tongues. As such, the user’s birthed with the snake blood have learned to hone this ability, able to spot disturbances in their surroundings at all times.
Note: This ability can actively track targets up to thirty meters away. However, sensing becomes severely inhibited when the user is within ten meters of considerable amounts of either Hyouton (Ice), Futton (Boil), Katon (Fire) or Youton (Lava).
Gen’ei-Hebi (Snake Heat Tracking) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 to activate and deactivate Chakra Consumption: Low to cast and sustain
Pit vipers, pythons, and some species of Boa possess the ability to “see” the radiated heat from a warm-blooded animal through special sensors located between the nostril and eyes. Like many Kage-Hebi techniques, this ability is based off of these snakes. With this, they can see heat and via activating an infrared sight. This helps in tracking targets in the dark, or when they are hidden by physical objects.
Note: This heat-vision essentially replaces the user’s standard vision. This means that the Kage-Hebi will be incapable of seeing things which lack heat.
Udehebi (Arm of the Serpent) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain
This technique is an add-on to the Nan-Kaizou technique all Kage-Hebi are known to possess. When a Kage-Hebi extends their limb, they are able to transform said extended limb into a large anaconda-like snake. This grants the users extended limb extra durability due to being a large snake while at the same time enhancing the extended limbs strength.
Note: Only one limb may be transformed at a time. This technique was created by Yuri.
Senei Jashu (Hidden Shadow Snake Hands) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Senei Jashu is a signature Kagehebi Nintaijutsu technique which allows the clan member to manifest a bundle of quick-striking snakes that extend from the user’s sleeves. The Kage-Hebi extends their arm and shoots out snakes to attack a target, having them move at impressive speeds and strike with their fangs. Though basic, this variation has been known to subdue even the strongest of foes with a single snake bite. Note: By default, the user can summon up to six snakes from their sleeve. Likewise, these snakes can infect a target with the Kage-Hebi’s Tier 2 poisons.
Jagei Jubaku (Snake Authority Spell) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Using their snake charming abilities, the Kagehebi can extend large snakes from their sleeves by way of the Senei Jashu, enveloping the target in a flurry of snakes which will coil around the them and bind of impact instantly. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve, and only a giant burst of chakra such as the Gates may break free of the snake's hold, which constricts onto the victim's skin as if the reptiles were comprised of pure iron; digging into the skin and biting, a most horrendous way to expire.
Note: Only one snake may be conjured per sleeve (a maximum of two).
Nan-Kaizou (Soften Modification) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 1 limb: Low; 2 – 4 limbs: Mid; Whole Body (torso): High
Nan Kaizou is one the most essential Kage-Hebi Nintaijutsu technique, as it allows a ninja to make their body extremely malleable, much like a snake. It was originally developed for spying activities, but perfected in the hands of the Kage-Hebi and their natural snake-infused blood. When used the clan member can stretch and twist their body at any angle, allowing them to surprise their opponents, spy on situations normally out of reach, and react much like a snake would. The only drawback is that while malleable, their bodies are highly susceptible to damage in this form as their bone structure is no longer ‘normal’.
Note: The maximum distance the user may stretch their body is twenty meters.
Jatai no Sasori (Venom Fangs) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Snakes are one of the most venomous creatures of the animal kingdom, an important attribute for survival and dominance. In the case of the Kage-Hebi, this trait has not been overlooked. With intense training, the clan member can learn to produce a uniquely strong poison which can be added to their clan jutsu in order to leave their victims helpless. Note: Victims struck by this specific venom will bleed out in a total of ten posts, unless the wound is healed by a medic.
Senei Ta-Jashu (Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 2x Mid
An advaced version of Senei Jashu, the Kagehebi now controls a massive amount of snakes at once in order to subdue their opponent. The user extends their hand in the direction of their target. A torrent of snakes erupt from their sleeves and fly forward quickly. Once extended the snakes can wrap around and bite into the target to hold and bind them.
Note: By default, the user can summon twelve snakes from their sleeve. The user must first know the Senei Jashu technique. Likewise, these snakes can infect a target with the Kage-Hebi’s Tier 2 poisons.
Souja Sousai no Jutsu (Twin-Snake Double Assassination Technique) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 2 (one with each of the user and victim’s hand) Chakra Consumption: High
This forbidden technique is a murder-suicide attack, killing both the user and the target. The user makes a one-handed seal with both their hand and the intended victim's. Two snakes are then summoned from the user's sleeve, biting both their wrists and killing them with deadly venom.
Note: The handseals for this technique must be formed with the user and the victim’s conjoined hand.
Mandara no Jin (Myriad Snake Net Formation) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: Massive
Using their ties to snakes, the Kage-Hebi will release a torrent of serpents from their mouth, bursting forth towards their target at high speeds as well as replicating in amongst itself. This wave will rise and rush towards their target, increasing in size and speed along the way. These snakes can also open their mouths to extend whatever type of main weapon the user is currently equipped with. Only a powerful enough wave of force can stop the network and destroy the snakes.
Note: The wall created boasts an impressive count of 1,000 snakes, though they aren’t large or impressive in size (roughly one meter long and three inches thick). These snakes cannot be controlled and travel in a straight line, and perish two posts after they’ve been created. The wall created is roughly ten meters high and twenty meters wide.
Yamata no Jutsu (Eight Branches Technique) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: Massive
The iconic symbol of a Kage-Hebi's dedication to the path of the snake and their willingness to sacrifice the very things that make them human, Yamata no Orochi is a Nintaijutsu technique that uses the clan members fine tuned chakra control and their dominion over the power of the snake and their bodies in order to generate a gigantic, eight-headed white snake. Birthed from their mortal body, the snake grows rapidly and, due to its large size, can cause massive destruction within seconds. Finally, as a sign of mastery, the user himself can appear within any one of the eight mouths belonging to the snakes, allowing them to use whatever main weapon they have equipped order to strike their targets quickly and fatally.
Note: The size of this transformation is comparable to other large summons, and can be sustained for a total of three posts. This technique can only be used once per thread.
Tenshourinne (Rebirth-Replacement Skin Shedding) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 90% of the user’s chakra
The pinnacle of all Kage-Hebi arsenal, it allows the clan member to experience a near total rebirth of their physical form at the cost of a large amount of chakra being used. Should a significant portion of their body be damaged in battle, the Kage-Hebi can emerge from their unscathed mouth and cast off the skin of their former body. This new body will not bear the damage of the previous incarnation; however over-use of this technique will greatly weaken the user. This jutsu can also be used as a form of Kawarimi, allowing the Kage-Hebi to avoid an attack by leaving their previous skin behind.
Note: This technique can only be used once per thread. The user must have at least 2x High worth of chakra remaining to perform this technique.
