A heavy rain pelted down upon the land, and it would undoubted mess with the senses of the traveler (Gin), due to using sound as a way to guide themselves about. Though, he needn’t worry about such a trivial thing, because where he would have been going, destiny would lead him there. Within the heavy sky above, thunder roared within the clouds, and lightning flashed faintly within them as they surged through the puffy white pillows. The traveler would himself nearby a village he wouldn’t know was there, no matter what sense of his he could have used for the detection--nature was against him. 


The village which had been only about twenty meters from his destination would seem to most like a nice place to go, if they were able to find it. For, even if the traveler had eyes, it would be hard to see through the torrential downpours of rain. Luckily enough for him, several people from the village had been out and about, looking for others who might have been lost within the rain and couldn’t find their way back. There were four of them, and each dressed appropriately for the weather. 

One of the four had seen the traveler, and rushed to his aid, after seeing his bandages and immediately thinking he was in some sort of danger because of it. Quickly, they would take him by his hands, and shout out to him. “Hey! Are you already, mister!” By the voice of the one holding his hands and speaking out, the traveler would be able to tell that this person before them had been of the female gender. 

“I’m from a village not too far from here! If you come back with me and my unit, we can get you out of this mess! What do you say?” And with her question posed, her face, though you cannot see it, would be revealed, looking as if she were gazing into your eyes. All you would be able to feel is her arm touch against your hands, and her smooth skin. What will you do, what will you say?

‘Shit fuck this rain.’ the boy thought to himself as the rain fell from the sky with extravagant force, it was something that that the boy hadn’t been prepared to deal with. It was actually quite an setback to his travels because it had been causing his hearing to be slightly dampened, he would grimaces a bit as he walked through the rain without his mask. The water falling against his face was dampening the bandages that had been covering his eyes, it was starting to irritate the boy’s skin quite a bit. ‘I gotta find some cover.’ he thought to himself as he continued for a moment before hearing the sound of people nearing him, from the sound of it Gin could guess that it was a small group of people coming his way. He would continue walking a long for a moment while he kept a careful ear open to the people, it had seemed they had been looking or something. 

“Hmm.”

As Gin heard the sound of a womans voice loud and clear over the sound of the rain hitting the ground, he’d turn in her direction. He couldn’t make it her full figure because of the rain but he knew it was a woman because of the voice. As she inquired about him being alright he had wondered why she would ask such a thing before remembering the soggy bandages that he had tied around his eyes. Hebi would look down upon the girl for a moment letting the sound of the rain fill the air, ‘I guess this is just my luck.’ he thought for a moment. But before he could even answer the woman’s question he felt a soft hand grasping his, he would slightly grip her while she tugged on his arm.

“Where is this village...... Who are you?”

The boy would host a rather confusing look upon his face as the woman began to tug him along, though he knew that he couldn’t be too picky about who helped him at this moment because of this rain. ‘I guess I can try my luck with this one.’ He thought for a moment because it hadn’t been many times in his life where someone offered to help him and didn’t screw him over in some type way. ‘I just gotta get out of this rain.’ It would was the only thought the Chunnin had in his mind while he was being pulled along, he made sure to keep his ears open though because he was after all dealing with strangers.

“Do you think now is the time to be worrying about that stuff?!” The female stranger shouted to the traveler, though only because she thought that the rain would make it harder for you to hear her. Of course, she hadn’t known of any of your abilities, believing you just to be a random wondering person. With that said, she would begin to pull you back into the village, with a bit of force, I might aid. By how strong she was, for a petite girl, you would probably think she was some burly muscle bound man.

She would undoubtedly drag you into the village if you had resisted at all. After a while, the traveler would find himself entering the villages’ gateway, which leads to a large open housing which connected the gates to many houses, shops, and whatnot in the village. The inside of the village would seem to be primarily made up of trees, and large trees covered the roof of the village, making sure not even a drop of rain had gotten through. Despite how the village was made, it was as large as any normal non-shinobi village would be. 

The village was lively, and it would seem as if the people within had lived their lives normally, not worried of what had been going on outside of the village. Though, to a shinobi like yourself, you could have felt it in your blood that there was something supernatural about what was going on with that storm. As if it wasn’t created by nature, as most people would believe. But, you are out of it now, so no need to think too much about it, unless you wanted to. A lingering mind while in an unknown place could get you killed, though. 

You would notice that, despite the moments you had been within the village, the female stranger had yet to release your hands—not because of some attraction toward you, but she had simply forgotten of your existence and how your hands felt like nothing beneath her might. That is, until she had turned back to face you, shocked at how she had forgotten you were here, and immediately releasing you from her grasp. “H-Hey there. . . . Oh, I forgot to ask for your name, stranger. Obviously you aren’t from around here. . . . Since you seem to be standing there. . . Like some sort of blind bat.” 

She said it in a serious tone, but it had a playful element to it, despite it coming out in a blunt way. She hadn’t known of your aliment, and there for she was ignorant of your pain and what you had gone through. Of course, it was your duty to inform such ignorant people. But, then again, you didn’t have to. 

Everything that you decided to do was your choice, though just remember—you don’t possess the eyes of the Sharingan to see the future, or the eyes of the Byakugan to read emotions which influenced chakra. So, her reaction would be completely known by you until it was delivered. But, at least you were free to use your senses as you see fit.

‘Shes got some grip.’ Gin thought to himself as the girls grip grew a bit tighter on his hand, he had started to second guess if she was even a woman at this point. But it was too late to pull away from her soft hand as she had seemed to be dragging him through the intense rain storm that was going on, as she answered his questions he would reason that she was right about it being the wrong time to inquire such things. Gin would just follow the girls and her platoons lead as they pushed through the freakish rain storm, it wouldn’t take very long for them to get to village it had seemed as if it was pretty close. As they arrived inside of the village gates the girl continued to pull him along while the boy held an open ear to the area around him, his ability to hear was the one thing that wouldn’t allow him to be completely blind in the situation. 

‘This place is pretty well put together.’ the boy thought as his sonar like sight allowed him to see what exactly was going on around him, he could see just about everything and everyone within twenty meters of himself. ‘It seems like these people don’t even care about the storm that’s going on outside.’ Gin thought to himself as he watched as people acted if nothing was going on outside, he couldn’t help but to wonder what exactly was causing a storm of such proportion because there hadn’t witnessed anything like it before in Mizu. But as the girl had finally released her vice grip on the boy’s hand his thoughts would be pulled away from the thoughts of the storm, he directed his attention back to her as she asked a question. And as she finished out the boy would laugh a bit, ‘It’s on natural I can’t mad.’ he thought or a moment before answering her question.

“Well my name is Gin, and I’m not from around here. I just got caught up in that freakish storm ya know? I hadn’t planned to encounter anything like that on my travels through Mizu. Though I wasn’t’ really standing their until I heard your voice...... By the way I think now is a better time for me to find out your name?”

The young shinobi would speak in a similar tone as the woman did, he hadn’t want to disclose to much to someone that he had barely even known. He knew that it wasn’t every day that he stumbled across non-shinobi villages that were built as this one was. He hadn’t been sure what to expect out of this situation, but he did know that it was a relief to get out of the storm though it peaked his curiosity. Gin would slide his hands into his damp pants pockets as he awaited the girl to answer his question.

The girl, who had aided the traveler to the village, had watched him carefully, paying attention to his style of dressing and his figure in general. As he would speak, letting her know who he was, she nodded in reply to it. Though he had told her why he was out there, and that he had never seen such a storm like this one, he wouldn’t come across the topic of his bandages. It was something that was just out there, and plainly visible, but maybe he had his own personal reason for why he would cover up his eyes. 

Perhaps he was simply trying to hide his identity, and it wasn’t really any of her concern. So, she would let it go, at least for now. Gin, the travelers’ name, had been interested in learning her name, and of course, being polite as she was or seemed to be, she would give him what he wanted. “My name is Rekka, nice to meet you, Gin-kun.” She would then turn from him, and look out toward the village before beginning to speak again. 

“This is Ki no Sato (Tree Village), and you can probably tell how it got its name. You may wonder why such a village like this exists within Mizu, and that’s because it is a part of the Amemori (Rain Forest) of Mizu. If you’ve ever happen to hear of it. Well, anyway, follow me. Since you are a newcomer, I have to introduce you to the leader of the village. Can’t have anyone he doesn’t know running around the village.” 

She would once again take you by your arm, showcasing her monstrous strength, and drug you through the village as she would have dashed through it. You two had been heading for a large tree trunk in the distance, it had connected with the foundations of the multiple trees which created the village, just like its gate.

‘Rekka huh.’ Gin thought to himself as the girl turned away from him, ‘that’s a nice name.’ The shinobi thought to himself as he noticed hear turning away from him towards the entrance of the village. Gin wouldn’t move much as he analyzed the girls every move while allowing his ears to stay open, because he was still in a foreign village so he couldn’t afford to let his guard down for even a second. But shortly after the girl had turned away from him he would noticed that she began to speak once again, her words were gentle and polite. Gin couldn’t hope but to get lost in the womans soft voice as she explained the name of her village, it was a place that he had never heard of himself. But it was obvious where it got it’s name from, ‘I guess I wondered into a totally different part of Mizu.’ Hebi thought to himself for a moment as the girl went a little more about village before gripping the Shinobi’s hand once more. ‘Damn.’ the only thought the boy could muster up as the girl gripped his hand once more, the grip that the girl had only made Gin think about what kind of girl she actually was. 

Though he wouldn’t have much time to think about it as she tugged at his arm once more, she would begin to pull him by the arm once more dragging him through the village. 'I wonder if she does this to everyone she just meets.’ he thought as he was being dragged through the village, the Chunnin would of course keep his ears open allowing himself to see everything around him. He watched as the various people around the village continued on with life without a care for that storm, 'I guess it must be normal for them.’ He thought for a moment as Rekka continued to pull him towards a rather large tree trunk in the village. 

“Alright though it sounds good to me.”  

He’d say in somewhat of a nonchalant voice.

The young female, Rekka, she ventured through the village with the traveler within her very grasp, making leaps and bounds over people and on top of roofs and cart tops. If you could see her very movements, you could say that she moved like a shinobi, or a kunoichi rather, moving gracefully and swiftly. The traveler would probably feel like he had been on a crazy roller-coaster ride with her. Not before long, though, the duo would finally reach their destination at the large tree trunk which was located at the heart of the village. 

The two were standing before a large door, looking like it weighed a great deal. “So, here we are, Gin-kun. What do you say; should I knock or just knock it down? Actually, I’m sure knocking it down is more fun.” The young female would then proceed to cock her right arm back, using her left hand to help her support the punch she was about to unleash about the door. And, within a mere moment, her power with clash with the durability of the door—and she won. 

Her punch was so strong that the locks upon the door would snap and break as it swung back with great force, creating them an entrance into the tree. “At least ‘he’ will know it’s me who’s barging in now.” She said with a light giggle before moving within the tree. Venturing inside, the duo would come across an open area that allowed the rain from the outside to come in. It had all been pouring down upon some sort of weird looking system, which would cover a ten meter diameter. 

It looked like some sort of Fuuinjutsu, at least to some people. The young female crouched down to the symbol, and placed her hands upon it, causing it to glow a bright light, illuminating the entire room. The earth would rumble and shake, but only the two within the tree trunk would be able to feel such a thing. As if there was some small scale earthquake happening.

‘Shit.’ Hebi thought to himself as he felt his self being pulled through the village, though he could see everything through his supernatural hearing it still felt like he was blinded. Rekka had pulling the boy through the village as if he was supposed to know exactly where they were going, so at times he found himself losing his balance as the hurdled over each obstacle.  Though it wouldn’t take them very long to reach their destination as the girl slowed her run down to a walk, would pull up right next to her as they stopped for a moment. ‘I think she believes I really can’t see.’ Gin begin to move his fingers around in her hand a little as the approached the large tree, with a door in it’s trunk as the approached it Gin wouldn’t say much of anything. But the sound of the womans soft voice would hit his ears like music, he look down to her once more as she asked him about how she should go about entering. 

“You shou--”

His words were cut short by the girls motion, her arm quickly went in one fluid motion delivering an ear racking punch to the door. 'Got dammit.’ Gin would grimmice slightly as the sound was quite loud though he didn’t have much time to worry about his head, because he was sure that the girl had just broken into the leader of the villages house. The boy’s hand would make it’s way to the back of his head to scratch it a little, 'This isn’t the regular village girl.’ He thought to himself as he marveled at her display of raw strength she had shown somewhat effortlessly. As the doors swung open she’d say that at least the man would know that they were here, he’d shake his head before following in her footsteps into the base of the tree. As they entered the sound of running water could be heard quite clearly, Gin could see just about everything in the room on his sonar gram like vision. 'This is pretty amazing.’ He thought to himself for a moment while he gathered his own thoughts. 

“Wait a minute what’s that?”

Gin would say as he felt the ground begin to rumble slightly, he could feel the vary ground beneath him shaking. 'I wonder if. Oh.’ The boy thought to himself as he noticed the girl crouching down placing her hand on something, he figured it had to be some type of seal or something because the ground hadn’t begin to shake until she did so. He’d place his hands in his pockets before looking back to Rekka.

“So where is ‘he’ at, and you sure he’s not going to be mad about his doors?”

Gin would ask the girl in a somewhat lax tone of voice.
