Mission Codename: Epsilon
Rank: S
Description: With the ongoing amount of soldiers being produced in this mass of arms races around the continent, one man has an idea just brilliant enough to end the race with a clear victor. A man from overseas, Oliver Wilheim, has made his way across the ocean in order to share his technology to a private sector of buyers. While we do not know what he is selling, where he plans to hold this buy, or who is invited, we do know that we want in. Wilheim has been brought over by a known warlord in Snow Country. While we do not have intelligence further than this, we can only assume that this meeting will be heavily guarded, despite its secrecy. Your mission is to document the buy, and if you have the opportunity, take a sample of the product that Wilheim has brought with him for the buy. This mission will be deemed top secret. Any affiliation to Kumogakure cannot be known. If you are caught, you will be deemed a rogue agent, and will be persecuted as such by Kumogakure Oinin. Having now known this, the details of the mission are as follows.
Oliver Wilheim - Codename: Tantalus - A rather wormy older man, he is a foreigner who has learned to speak our language through various business deals with both black and clean market businesses. A genius in his field, he has specialized in exploratory biology since his graduation from academy. Having discovered much of what we know in exploratory sciences, he is a household name for many physicians and scientists. Given the importance of his work, it is important for him to remain alive during the course of Epsilon. He has been in contact with a warlord from Snow Country, and plans to sell a newly developed finding through his connection. This is an incredibly high stakes bid, and will attract not only other warlords, but certain military personnel as well. This will be an excellent chance to view who has been planning to be major players in this arms race, and have a leg up on them for the next quarter.
Tadahatsu Manda - Codename: Niobe - Not much is known about Manda other than the fact that he is a warlord who resides in Snow Country. Having taken command of much of Snow Country's military business in the lieu of Yukigakure's current state, he has amassed a military force of considerable proportion. Given Snow Country's technological advances, as is his military force. While we do not care whether he lives or dies in this process, he has never done anything to harm our village, so there is no real reason to harm or sabotage him.
Warlord Compound - Codename: Cauldron - The compound has been documented as one of the most fantastic structures built by man. Shaped as though a massive halo, the actual structure is elevated seventy meters above the snowy ground, and is only accessible via one of the seven legs which supports it. Each leg has a freight elevator that can take people to the actual structure. Nothing is known about the halo itself. Each leg is heavily guarded by various armed troops, that while are not the most skilled, are easily capable of overcoming an overzealous enemy. The legs of the halo are no where near each other, which means that if kept discreet enough, it can be infiltrated without promise of enemy backup.
Mystery Product - Codename: Epsilon - We do not know what it is, what it looks like, what it's composed of, or how to obtain it. All that we know is that if it is attracting as many belligerents as we assume it to be, then we want to know more about it.
