APPEARANCE:
Long, beautiful blonde hair is often the trait that people think of when the Shodaime Kusakage comes to mind. Sprouting from the top of her crown, it elegantly tumbles down in large waves and curls, falling somewhat below her rear in length, although given the thickness and buoyancy of it, should one straighten it all out, chances are it would probably measure much longer. She doesn't style it, preferring to have it worn naturally instead, it sometimes almost appearing as if it has a life of its own as a result of this. Her hands can often be seen weaving through her hair, or pushing it elsewhere behind her. With long, thick blonde hair being a dominant trait of the Kikkawa family that she holds, another is the bright blue eyes that she also bears. Or - from far away they tend to be perceived as the lightest shade of blue that one could ever live to behold. However, if you somehow manage to get in close enough proximity with her to gaze right in to her eyes, you may be able to see small, barely noticeable flecks of light green that taint her blue pools. More often than not, when drawn or painted by artists for official photographs or for magazine or newspaper articles, she's perceived with pure blue eyes, missing out on this minor detail. However, luckily for them, it isn't something she's too concerned about.
Her long blonde hair frames a pretty face, youthful and striking still, even having since left her twenties. Smooth, supple skin covers her entire body, and her face remains free from blemishes or any unsightly wrinkles. The Shodaime prides in her appearance, and although it seems as if Kikkawa genes have blessed her with a youthful appearance, allowing her to look as if she was in her late twenties at the best, she isn't one who likes the idea of getting old, especially with her husband, Kouketsu, being able to defy time itself with his abilities, rendering his appearance as flawless as it was when he was in his twenties. The Kusakage has aged, as all people do; but it hasn't changed her much, although if anything, she merely looks a little bit more mature. But; when prompted by any entertaining comments, she tends to always show that same girlish smirk that she's worn for as long as she can remember. Her eyes are slightly larger than the average, making her eyes just the more striking, nose and mouth being perfectly proportioned, and brows carefully styled to suit her face shape. As with most Kikkawa, her chin is slightly pointed, although not to the extent where it looks strange. With milky white skin and slightly pink, soft cheeks, her appearance is usually likened to an angel, across the years having earned the reputation of being called such a name by the children of Kusagakure, young girls of which especially who view her as a princess, or a queen. Along with these above traits is a toned hourglass figure, although - given the clothing that she wears, although her perfect figure can usually be seen after being emphasized on by her garment choices, skin isn't something that the Shodaime shows much of.
Blanche tends to wear clothing in the the style that she's always worn. (See above image for reference) Although these days she tends to wear flat boots in lieu of heels given that she has to chase an energetic child around the place, she often wears her trademark black heels, the sound of which are often a call for others around her when meeting with her. The clothing itself always tends to be black and white - the only exception being the Kage Robes of which she rarely wears, which bear the color green - and is usually tight fitting around the waist, chest and some amount of her hips to, accentuate her figure. The material that the clothing is made of seems to be almost be some kind of latex - a strange, shiny material that's resistant to water and other liquids. Another standard piece of her uniform are her black gloves that rise up past her elbow. Specially crafted so that she can perform medical techniques and those of the akadou with them on, she rarely ever takes them off, and usually only does around her family. There's no particular reason why she does this; it's merely become habit. The only part of skin that the Shodaime does show to the public is that of her upper neck and face, the rest being covered by garments, gloves and shoes. Finally, she wears her shinobi headband at all times, unless stated. It's location is around her neck, proudly tied.
