The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
Kai had lost control again, his black scale like marks wrapped around his body like a pulsing red serpent. His eyes consumed in golden wrath the very area around him had taken notice of the power unleashing and indented the very ground with a crater. He was sick of everyone looking down on him for the massacre at Wynona Point.
The pulsing anger was evident in his mark the past few days it had begun glowing like a wrought iron bar slowly being heated till it was burning red. Kai left the village so he wouldn't run the risk of hurting anyone while he let the power flood out of him in waves of dark energy. Black bolts and violet waves surging out carving the very ground around him.
Akiko rode on the back of her puppet, the serpentine Oroboros, guised in the shed skin of a great serpent. Invisible strings of compressed chakra guided the movement, transporting the young chunin through the land. She had all her gear on her, no matter how absurd that may seem from a certain perspective. As she swept through the landscape, the base of Akiko's skull began to tingle. To put it was bluntly, it was that extra sense that could be developed via combat, alerting her to danger. And danger she indeed noticed, in the form of a figure not far off, some malevolent energy wrapping itself around him and scaring the ground. Curiosity overwhelmed her cautiousness, and Akiko slowed her puppet's movements so she could get a better view of him.
Heavy grinding groans came from Kai's throat as he slowly stood back up straight while wisps of dark energy swirled around him. The crimson energy pulsed along his black scales while he looked around his crater with black and gold eyes. He could feel the surging chakra rippling through his body enervating his muscles and chakra system, as well as his natural senses to a minor degree. However it was those minor enhancements that signaled the hissing approach of the foreigner.
He looked toward the direction of the girl riding the snake before a disturbing Glasgow smile split his lips open into a grin. His hands would move into forming handseals hidden from the girls sight while visions of blood and destruction danced in his mind while he felt his skin writhe as if snakes were moving under his skin. He needed to kill he needed that blood to sustain his control over his cursed blood. A dark gleam shimmered in the black of his eyes visualizing the girl wound in his serpents.
As the person didn't move at all to act Kai would have time to continue and finish his seals while he felt his skin writhe inside and out. Once the set of seals were complete he would rear his body back before throwing it forward and opening his jaw wide as a massive flood of snakes poured out. The obsidian serpents flowed out multiplying over themselves creating a wide wave of scaled serpents moving fast in a vast current to plummet over the girl and her own serpent, biting and slipping into her body to feed on her through any orifice. With a sick sense of blood thirst, Kai would watch the girl be consumed in the vast feeding flurry.

Using their ties to snakes, the Kage-Hebi will release a torrent of serpents from their mouth, bursting forth towards their target at high speeds as well as replicating in amongst itself. This wave will rise and rush towards their target, increasing in size and speed along the way. These snakes can also open their mouths to extend whatever type of main weapon the user is currently equipped with. Only a powerful enough wave of force can stop the network and destroy the snakes.
Note: The wall created boasts an impressive count of 1,000 snakes, though they aren’t large or impressive in size (roughly one meter long and three inches thick). These snakes cannot be controlled and travel in a straight line, and perish two posts after they’ve been created. The wall created is roughly ten meters high and twenty meters wide.
