The sun towered over all, but misty sand storm shielded its country from the Sun's pervasive waves of heat. The ground was soft and rasp, layered with a shuffling surface that moved against Masuyo's feet; sand was everywhere, being his first time, he didn't think it'd have been all sand. The sandstorms as well hadn't been all bad, in fact everything had been fairly visible to masuyo as long as it was at least within ten meters of his field of vision. Two massive dunesof of sat idly along the path, both separated by what seemed to be a makeshift road in the middle, the same road Young masuyo trudged along. Masuyo's bare feet marred the mounds of shifty earth, grains of sand stuck and amassed at the bottom of his feet with each advancing step. His entire frame -albeit small- remained hidden from plain view, enveloped from head to ankles in a large, brown, hooded cloak.
Though he commonly traveled with Faust of Kumogakure, he at times ventured off on his own, refusing to limit search to a specific region. Money was everywhere which in turn meant Masuyo himself had to go everywhere to obtain said money, his ultimate goal had been destined to reach its climax. However, before it actually could, he'd been forced to live in the moment which led him towards Kaze no Kuni, and hopefully Sunagakure - eventually. He knew not of the village's location, but determined and incited, he had searched for until his feet bled.
He heard nothing and saw nothing, the road behind him and the road in front of him, empty, devoid of life as he walked through a ghost town."This is one depressing country, so gloomy and dark, can't stand it. Just have to round up what money I can and leave as soon as possible."
