Appearance: Short, wild, black hair frames her narrow face. Angular cheeks, pouty lips, slanted, baby blue eyes... Miyako is a gorgeous woman. She's a little taller than her younger sister, but far more curvy. A generous chest, waist, and hips make up this woman's body. She takes pride in her looks, and always takes the time to make her hair look as perfect as she can. Lipstick, just a dab of other things, and she's ready to go.
Apparel: A black jacket provides warmth, comfort and protection from the world around her. Though not able to stand up to kunai and shuriken, it helps protect her and looks good too. A yellow tank top sits under it, hugging her body and showing off what she has. A pair of red goggles sit on her neck. A black choker sits on her neck as well, a kiri symbol placed on it, showing her loyalties. Dark black pants, the same shade as her jacket hug her hips and flow down her legs. A loose, black belt helps hold them up. Black ninja sandals finish the look.
Blemishes or Scars: She has a long, arcing scar that covers her back going from her left shoulder, down and around and across her body, stopping once it reaches her belly button. Her arms have various nicks and cuts and faded burn marks as well.

Personality: Miyako is a hard woman. She's jaded, and sees the bad in everyone before she notices anything good. She doesn't trust anyone, and loves only a few, like her brother and sister. She's also a liar, and almost always conceals the truth, especially if it's about her. She's a go-getter. She wants what she wants and knows how to get it, so she does. She doesn't let anything stand in her way. She hates publicity. She'd rather her little sister Shirayuri be seen in the spot light, and her stand in her shadow. That way, no one can question her too deeply. She also is highly sexual, going from one man or woman to another as what strikes her fancy. If anyone of her lovers taunts her about her scar, she gives them a few of their own. Boil release is very handy for hiding bodies. She also doesn't hold herself to very strict morals. She does what she wants, as long as she can get away with it.

Quirks and Tendacies:1. She tends to laugh loudly and obnoxiously whenever the fancy strikes her- usually to annoy other people.

3. In general, everything she says is a lie. It's hard to tell the difference when she speaks the truth.
Likes and Dislikes:1. She loves the feeling she gets when something goes her ways. She can not tolerate failure.

3. She does love her family, at least, the ones that have the bloodline. She thinks anyone without a kekkei genkai are scum.
[3.5] History Her parents loved her very much, and she loved them in return. She was a happy child, and decently skilled in the shinobi arts when they began her training. She grew up happy, loved, and loved others in return. It was just her, mommy, daddy, and big brother Shiramaru. Everything was perfect. Then, when she was 3, she got a little sister! Shirayuri, the name that she had suggested to their parents. She doted on the baby, and loved her so very, very much.
When she was 8, there was another baby. This one didn't come out as well. Little Miyuki, a premature baby named after her shockingly white hair. Her mother died in childbirth. Miyako, an academy student, was devistated. She started rebelling against everyone, not wanting to believe her precious momma was dead. She acted out, skipping class, staying out late, and just generally behaving bad. Miyuki cried all the time, and Miyako hated her.
As time progressed, she seemed to calm down, though she had a bit of an edge to her. When she was 11, close to graduating, there was in incident. A man broke into their home and tried to kill them. Shiramaru was off on a mission, and the man was about to cut deeply into Shirayuri and Miyuki. Miyako shielded them with her body, gaining the large scar she has today. Her father showed up and fought the man, but was swiftly killed. Miyako managed to utilize her bloodline and melted the man, so intense was her rage.
From then on, she helped raise her two younger siblings, no matter how much she hated Miyuri. After all, she still adored Shirayuri. Still, with her mask in place, she raised them both as well as she could, all the time rage building in her heart. Not being able to spill her emotions out, she began to develop into the hard woman she is today. She dropped out of the academy for a few years to help her two sisters develop more and take care of them until they both were ready. Shirayuri graduated before Miyako did, and then a few years later, Miyuri did as well, even though she lacked their kekkei genkai. Miyako went from genin, to chunin, then eventually became a Jounin when she was 20.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Note: This clone can have a maximum of one HIGH's worth of chakra. These clones are limited to water-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.

Suirou no jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary handseals which causes water to form around the target, shaping into a spherical prison which only allows for severely limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still alow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Note: This jutsu will be treated as seen in the Kakashi vs. Zabuza fight. Once captured by the water prison, the character inside is almost completely immobilized, making escaping from within the water prison very difficult. Any attacks or actions that require substantial, fluid motions are greatly hindered and all but impossible (things like handseals, stabs, punches). Staying within this prison for a total of ten posts will result in the victim drowning.

Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninjas does a string of handseals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target with a bone-crushing force. The alternative version of this technique allows the user to form a large (three times the size of a standard shinobi) shark of water and chakra, which the user can “ride inside” and use as an offense and defense, and dramatically increases their swimming speed.
Note: Though this jutsu has extended range, it must be formed within five meters of the user. Using the alternative version costs a High worth of chakra.

By creating a spark of Fire Release chakra from their hands, this jutsu allows the user to throw multiple balls of orange flame from their hands, which are able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also light the opponent on fire if contact is made.
Note: The explosion created by this technique is slightly less than that of an explosive note. The explosions cover about a 1 meter radius. The four hand seals are good for as long as the chakra is steadily channeled; while this jutsu is activated, no other jutsu may be performed.

Note: Being hit by a flame individually will only cause regular burn damage like any other fire. However if all lantern heads are used to converge at the opponent at once, the flame and explosion is comparable to an exploding note at double the power.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Ninpou - Hitei Mushou is Ninjutsu technique universally known by shinobi across the globe. After forming the needed handseal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth, created entirely of the user's chakra. These small nails can travel towards their opponent at quite a distance, moving at impressive speeds and retain even more impressive accuracy!

Kage Bunshin is an advanced Ninjutsu technique which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's Chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has on them at the time of creation. When the clone finally disperses, any knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Note: This technique is only capable of being learned by Jounin or above. Up to a maximum of five clones can be created. Please note that the user’s Chakra is divided evenly among however many clones they create. Upon being destroyed, whatever remaining Chakra the clone has is given back to the user. Despite having an extended range (virtually limitless), these clones must be created within five meters of the user.

Through the use of their innate ability with advanced cloning, the user will be able to create multiple clones of thrown shuriken. When used in combination with other jutsu, the technique allows the user to quickly overwhelm an enemy since, after performing the seals, multiple copies of the thrown tool seemingly pop out of thin air. The momentum, speed, weight and sharpness is all exactly the same as a regular shuriken.
Note: The user must know Kage Bunshin. Up to a maximum of thirty additional shuriken can be created with this technique.
Kage Bunshin Bakuha (Shadow Clone Explosion)

A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The Chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations.
Note: The chakra within the Kage Bunshin is lost. This technique can only detonate one clone at a time (per post).

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. The technique can only be used once per turn.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanimate object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user can transform themselves into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Kakuremino no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and infuse it with their Chakra, allowing them to blend into the background. This creates an optical illusion where the user is basically invisible to the naked eye.

Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of Chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique requires a small amount of chakra control: if the stream of Chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.
Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking)

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.
