It was early morning, when things had started unfolding in the home belonging to Kaito and Rin. Initially everything had seemed completely normal. There had been relatively clean around their home, enough so that she didn't feel the need to wake up Kaito. There had been enough warm water in the shower that the morning routine had gone undisturbed, as she enjoyed a good twenty minutes of private time washing herself thoroughly. Lightly dressed, she had gone to the fridge to get herself something to eat, when all hell had broken loose. Kaito had consumed the last of her bread and milk. It meant that she couldn't finish her breakfast, nor have milk in her coffee, and if something could ruin her mornings, it was having obstructions in the first hour of being awake. Rather than deal with Kaito immediately, she had gone to the front door while cursing under her breath, making sure to slam it hard enough that the lazy-good-for-nothing-breakfast-muncher wouldn't continue sleeping peacefully. From there, she had been marching down the stairs, locking all the doors behind her, before she was out in the open. Completely oblivious, all that she was actually wearing, was a several-sizes-too-large sleeveless white shirt with the image of a teddybear on the front, accompanied by flipflops and panties. The shirt was large enough that it almost became a dress, reaching just above her knees. The girls ravenblack hair was gathered in a makeshift ponytail, in that it was clear she hadn't paid the most attention when she had tried to grasp all locks. It meant that some of those dark locks had escaped the grasp, and she looked a little fuzzy and out of place. As if it was several hours too early for her to be up. 

The sun had recently risen, and the horizon still carried many different shades of red and orange, stretching across the sky-canvas in spectacular fashion. The shimmering color was only made more vivid by the pressence of several clouds, spread sporadically across the scape. At such a sight, the young Uchiha female had to stop up for a moment. The fresh air was tickling with every breath, while the calm serenade of loving birds was creating a sweet music. The running water from the nearby well, the sound of doors and windows being opened to welcome in a new day. Within this splendid scenery, there was nothing which Rin could do but let go of her earlier frustrations and anger. Taking in a couple of deep breaths, she felt at peace. The march had been exchanged with a brisk walking pace, as she moved towards the marketplace of Kumogakure. Even before she arrived, the sweet scent of sugar and flour being expertly mixed, then baked for just the right amount of time, reached her senses and wettned her appetite. It didn't take long before she had exchanged some Ryo for a freshly baked bread. One of the first of the day! Armed with a loaf of bread, she then headed to the convenience store to claim herself some milk and jerky, so that she could have herself a meal. Sitting down on a bench near the outskirts of the market, Rin leaned back and looked towards the sky. Perhaps today wasn't going to be completely awful afterall.

The clouds roamed free as the sun had began to rise. It was clear as day from atop of the roof that he laid upon. Resting with his arms behind his head and his body at ease. He wore the hat that symbolized the Kage of a village. His Kumogakure hat resting atop of his face, covering only his front. The Raikage had hid it from the cloud that which held those who had fallen in battle. His father spoke of the meaning behind cloud, it is because the cloud is not an easy feat to reach. It's of those who have ascended after falling in battle with honor, watching over the village and protecting it from those deemed enemies; therefore, hiding us, the village, from plain sight. Such rubbish. The Raikage didn't enjoy looking at the clouds, but couldn't compel himself not to. He only looked at it ever so often to see if his father would be there, waiting for him, waiting to speak with the actions that he has taken for this village; although, he wondered, is his father judging him from the clouds? What would he say about the current strength of his child, would he ridicule it or would he praise it? It didn't matter at this point for he couldn't focus on the past but rather the now. The story of his tale is only just beginning, for both the village and those that resided within it. For today's wear he sported the following: A black, long-sleeved fishnet shirt with a white hooded, no sleeve, lengthy sweater that draped down his lower back. For his bottom wear he wore a pair of black slim-fitted pants with his footwear being a pair of white knee-high boots which his pants leg's were tucked in. As for accessory he simply wore his black eye-patch over his left eye leaving his right golden hue open. He stood, stretching his arms as wide as he possibly could, and jumped down from the roof that he stood on that was several feet high. And what do you know? After jumping down, an not realizing where he was, he was in the market district of the Village. Looking up at the sign above him, he was on top of a convenience store. "Whoops, looks like I did it again. I need to stop wandering around the Village when I'm thinking to deeply, it's not healthy," he said with a light chuckle to himself. Turning around for a moment, he saw a girl sitting upon a bench in nothing but what looked to be...sleepwear? He wondered if the woman was homeless, a bum perhaps? He could at least try helping the woman out as the Raikage, right? Walking over to the girl dressed in sleepwear, he would ask of her, "Yo, are you alright?" He asked the young woman. She looked to be of at least in her early teens still, so what had she been doing in such a place? Tipping his hat to reveal himself as the Raikage to the girl he would slightly raise it to introduce himself, "I can't bare to witness a beauty such as yourself in distress, how may the Raikage be of assist?" He asked.

Placing the package of bread in her own lap, she worked on opening the pack of jerky. Placing the plastic at the corner of her teeth so that she could bite into it, it took a couple of attempts to get it open enough that she could pry the hole bigger with her nails, until she ultimately got the package open. The bread was a whole other issue, as she didn't have anything sharp on her to slice it with. So she ended up simply breaking one end of the loaf off. To anyone looking at her, it must've seemed incredibly strange. To her, it was simply a morning where one coincidence had led to another, and Rin really had not considered that she was appearing like some homeless chick just barely having enough to get herself a meal. All that however, changed when she was addressed. Tilting her head to the side, with a good bite of bread and jerky being chewed, she blinked a couple of times while looking at the stranger. Quite certain that she had seen him before, she attributed the fact that she couldn't remember to having woken up and not gotten any coffee. Narrowing her eyes a little at him as he asked his question, she inquisitively
tilted her head to the side, simultaneously swallowing the first bit of her meal. "I'm fine... thanks?" Raising an eyebrow, it was rather obvious that she had next to no clue why he was addressing her in the manner that he was. Why would anything be wrong?

A beauty in distress. Raikage...? Narrowing her eyes even more due to suspicion, suddenly they shot wide open as she rose up to bow before him in a hurry. It was clear that she was well mannered, and knew that his person, lord Raikage, Saya Otonagisakurai. It was during this little bow that she realised why he was asking wheter everything was okay. In the morning anger that she had bore towards Kaito and the lack of sustenance in their fridge, she had gotten out of there too fast to get herself properly dressed. The realisation struck like a bolt of thunder, as an embarassed blush errupted on her cheeks. Stuttering as she spoke, she was trying to explain herself. It was extremely rare that anyone of importance approached her, and on the one day where it actually happened, she was dressed like this?! "L-lord R-raikage-sama!! I can assure you t-that this is all a coincidence! Y-you see Kaito took all the food in the fridge, a-and..." Stopping herself mid sentence, as she realised she was rambling, it took quite a bit of selfcontrol, snapping out of the nonsense. Rin realised that he likely didn't have the time, nor the willpower, to listen to some stupid rambling. Taking a deep breath, she calmed herself down. Adjusting her shirt so that it was at least properly covering her underwear, she cleared her throat. "..Lord Raikage-sama, everything is fine. I just had a minor accident this morning. I am Uchiha Rin. Do let me know if I can be of service to Kumogakure." Once more bowing her head forward, this truly was embarassing. Being caught sitting on a bench so early in the morning with food anyone could've ordered. He must've thought that she was homeless or another form of a bum. On the bright side, he had been kind and hospitable enough to approach her anyway. It seemed that the Raikage was a benevolent and likeable character, so perhaps he would understand the predicament that had caused her to be so out of place this morning. At least, that is what she hoped. If anything, he might've even known of her prior. There weren't many Uchiha's in Kumogakure, so hopefully he knew enough to conclude that this was a unfortunate coincidence.

Oh dear, she was quite an ecstatic, just the Raikage's type. She was sweet, yet held an aura that could ensue wrath upon thousands of men. Such a young woman to be so fiery. The Raikage would press the top of his right index finger atop of his hat and the tip of his thumb on the bottom edge of his hat, tilting it upward to get a better look at the beauty. But what did he see? All he simply saw was nothing more than a fragile girl that reminded him of the anemone flower. He would pat her upon the head as she bowed once more, motioning his hand left and right with a smile and said, "Haha, it's quite alright, Anemone," he called her. She reminded him a lot about the anemone flower just by her looks, it was quite funny yet beautiful. That was her nickname from now on, but would she like it? "Ah? An Uchiha? How interesting, haha. Your name is Uchiha, Rin. A once feared clan, you're quite lucky to be given such a name. I remember my first encounter with an Uchiha on a mission, quite a battle he gave me. I don't know how I came out alive." He would rub the back of his head giving a nervous chuckle. "The Uchiha are quite feared for their eyes, if I recall your clan is quite strong within the usage of Genjutsu. That's one of the things, to me at least, that I feel should be most feared." The Raikage would smile, placing his hand upon her shoulder now and said, "I'm glad you are a member of my village, that's all you can do to be of an assistance. Be happy, an care for this "Kaito" person you speak," he said, "So Anemone, tell me, have you awakened your abilities as an Uchiha yet?" He asked staring at the clouds above.

"That would be I, Lord Raikage-sama." Rin replied softly, shortly, letting her eyes wander to meet with his. It wasn't strange how his attention was placed on her family name. Whenever she met someone new, it seemed to be the only thing that they noticed. There wasn't much about the girl herself that was impressive. The family name however, was impressive. Sighing softly at his questions, it was as if he was intentionally intending to remind her that she was a failure. Clearing her throat lowly, she broke their eye contact to look off to the side, seeming a little embarassed perhaps. ""I'm afraid that there isn't much about me that could be feared, Raikage-dono. I've not awakened the Sharingan, nor do I have any other talents within the skills of my clan. " Rin wasn't even knowledgeable on how the eyes were supposed to awaken. To everyone that she knew of, they had simply awoken on their own. Mostly when the user was facing death, or something else traumatic or stressful was happening. Biting her lower lip, she tilted her head  to the side. It was a dream, but she was going to claim such power for herself eventually!

"B-but I'm sure I'll figure out the secret to the eyes, sometime! Then I'll be able to proudly represent Kumogakure, and become a Chuunin, right?!" Smiling warmly and enthusiastically, it seemed that if nothing else, at least the tiny Uchiha still had hopes for the future. It was clear that she hadn't given up, and from the damage to her hands, it was clear that she was training herself harshly in an attempt to become stronger. Perhaps Rin would, one day, grow up to be a strong kunoichi that could assist the village. It was her dream, at the very least. Loyal to her bones, she was hoping for the best.
