On the bottom of the kimono, it has black octagon shapes decorating the outfit. She has bandages around her left upper arm as well as both her calves and wears a standard shinobi black sandals.

[Intelligent] She is more on the side of 'think about it first, then act', using her head more so than brute force. Using her quick witted-mind to analyze a situation, understanding what the possible outcomes could be and even acting on it before most realize what had happen. Define the problem, analyze the problem, create possible solutions, select the best solution, plan the next course of action.
[Tongue-Lasher] She isn't afraid to stick up for her own self, even defending her own body if she must. She isn't quick to temper, luckily, but she knows how to put someone in their place if they've stepped over the line one to many times and can become a bit aggressive if provoke. Pressing other people's buttons is her specialty. She will speak her mind but knows how to keep it shut as well when it calls for it.
[Friendly] With a smile like hers, she is quite the friendly shinobi towards others that are friendly to her for all the right reasons. She enjoys chit-chat with strangers, listening to their stories and sometimes she may forget exactly what she was originally going to do! Time flies by when you're chatting away! Tier One - Dream within a Dream: Although Genjutsu is a very powerful art, its fervor is very much so dampened by the fact that once it's been revealed to be nothing more than illusion, combating the art is relatively easy. However, illusionists are known for their trickery -- not their brawn. For a single increment of Chakra (equivalent to Genjutsu recast + Low), the user may immediately recast their last Genjutsu (so long as it was either broken via pain or Kai) or a lower rank Genjutsu (cost equivalent to new layered Genjutsu + Mid) free of handseals. This can lead victims to believe that they are stuck in the Genjutsu, regardless of what they do or have escaped but in fact have not.

The user can determine how they want their binding to appear; for example, one user might cause the binding to appear to be punji stakes pinning the target's arms to their torso, while another might make it appear as though a snake is constricting the target. The user will perceive this as though it is reality; for example, they will hear the hissing of the snake. However, they will not feel pain unless the user has a means to do so.

When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per three turn. While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.

This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.

Floating Bubble Technique

Utilizing the Water Element, the user will create a single, particularly large bubble after performing the necessary handseals and jump inside of it. The user can also make the bubble camouflage to hide from anyone who is after them. This bubble can also support up to one additional person.

Homatsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will blow a dozen bubbles (which are no larger than their palm). These bubbles can move to surround their target. Even the slightest amount of physical contact with an object is required to make these bubbles burst, resulting in a small but powerful explosion (comparable to an explosive note) when they do. Likewise, the user can make them detonate on command with a snap of their fingers.

Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

The user can also make the bubble camouflage to hide from anyone who is after them. This bubble can also support up to one additional person.

This technique allows a kendo master to purge all of their experience into a surreal body movement. This movement allows them to analyze their opponents completely within the users range by studying others and the user tensing their bodies for sudden movements.
Notes: This is fully dependent on role-play movement but just gives the ability to perceive attacks, but not predict. Simply put, this is nothing more than a greater clarity during battle than most shinobi; it will simply offer the user a marginal edge, dependent on the execution of the role-play in question.
