"Okina City is being laid to waste by nightly Shadow attacks during the mystic Dark Hour, and the neighboring Inaba has been experiencing odd weather patterns, an ominous TV broadcast and disappearances among young women... yet, ten years after the events in Iwatodai, doesn't any of this sound a little familiar?"
A TALE OF RESURRECTED DESPAIR
It seems that the fabled Dark Hour has returned in a number of areas, the main of which being the heart of Okina City. With Shadows manifesting in the city's station and apartments every single night, it has been causing an increasing epidemic of Apathy Syndrome within the local community, especially among Kaika High students. The bright city being suddenly turned into a vat of disease has hurt tourism, as new cases are reported about constantly on the news. Wasn't the Great Seal supposed to protect against things like this? Shadows were supposed to have become absent from the real world!
Not to even begin elaborating on what is happening in Inaba. After six years of calm, the weather has once descended into patterns of heat waves and ominous chills, leaving residents uncomfortable and unnerved. Not only that, but there are multiple disappearance cases regarding young women in the Inaba area... but with the TV world thought to be purified and Tohru Adachi rotting in jail, the possible causes of this case are unable to be pinned down by even the head detective.

Both storylines have many overlapping events, and you can rest assured that you'll be in for a crazy ride no matter which end of the tale you select.
