The Seisui So'U Ryu  ("Clear Water, Blue Rain Style) is a sword technique that is called the "Invincible Sword Style" for several reasons. This technique originated with one man, and like a family tree, it grew. Created by the infamous swordsman Meikyo Ugetsu, he created this style while training in the rain. With each swing he reach a state of realization in regards of the nature of the Rain. He made a philosophy to the phenomenon that rain has an effect of calming, cleansing and as well as torrential and mercilessness. As the technique was passed down, the more the tree grew. It is common for a generation to add a new form to the Seisui So'U. The Seisui So'U Style is a notoriously deadly sword style that is only passed down to worthy successors. Each 'form' of the style is only shown once to the student - if the student is worthy to succeed, he only needs to see it once to remember how to use it from then on. It originally only had one form that was passed down through generations of successors with each successor creating and adding their own forms resulting in many branches of Seisui So'U Style. However, as new forms were created, the weaker branches deteriorate, and others disappear as there is no worthy successor; hence, this style can be called the perfect, flawless style.

Mastery


Tier One: Stepping Out in the Rain

This Level is for the one initiated into the Way of the Rain. The user has learned to collect water at faster rate via Shuugo Uteki including rain and mist to enhance and utilize their techniques partially with each swing (Takes 1/2 post to gather). They can also gather water particles around a fixed source of water within a 2 meter radius around their person. Though this level isn't the peak of the style, this tier of mastery is essential to have under their arsenal. Cost of techniques are reduced by 1 rank in chakra and stamina consumption. Attainable once Tier One Mastery of Suiton; Liquid Pathways has been achieved.



Tier Two: Downpour

Once one has learned and has been immersed in the philosophies and principles of the Rain, the practitioner can further take their techniques to newer levels. This level is attainable once Tier Two Mastery -'From the Air to the Ocean'  has been achieved. Time to gather water w/ Shuugo Uteki is reduced by 1/4 a full post. The user can also channel and assimilate water around a 4 meter radius to the sword as long as the sword is in motion. It can even attract condensation from the air via light to heavy fog to forge and coat the blade. With this level of mastery of gathering, the practitioner can also gather other liquids such as oil, syrup and other liquids with heavier density than water. However this does not include over substances with chakra infused with it and with objects that has a liquid state (i.e. Youton, Ranton, etc.)

Howdy, old friend, it is me, your lord and savoir, Circa. Now I know that I already mentioned this to you via Facebook, but just throwing it out there for all who may see this and want to comment the same. You are going to have to change the edits that you have made to the template. It needs to be pretty and vanilla, and though this may be somewhat more appealing to you, we have to go by the rules. I know this is a WIP, but if we get it changed now, it will make the port over to customs as simple as copying and pasting it. Like my own custom here.

Also, though you have taken my advice on the name changing, lets go ahead on working on removing all ties in all of the descriptions from Hitman Reborn! and changing it into something that fits the site in it's entirety. We also talked about masteries, you should have to attain one mastery in another art to attain a mastery in this art, not sure if one could even get six masteries. Regardless, it just makes the whole ordeal of obtaining total mastery over this art that much more difficult.

You have a lot of techniques here, lets limit it, severely, though I know you want to be able to acquire all these techniques, it's not like you will be able to get em all at once. So, lets start with five techniques, remove the rest for now, and let's make these as sharp as possible!
