[/li][li]Vince can be considered a tall dark figure, his clothing consisting of a high quality black fabric from top to bottom. Topping it off with medium length black disheveled hair hanging loosely around his face, he generally gives off a dark vibe. Underneath his coat he sports a tight fitting long sleeve shirt and sitting below this, a pair of long pants held high by a belt. Over his shirt wrapped around his torso sits a harness with various holsters. To finish things off he fits full gloves and a sturdy pair of boots, both black.
Body Appearance
[/li][li]Standing at 6’3” Vince could be considered a tall shinobi, but his figure is by no means gigantic or overweight. His build is made completely of muscles to a refined state. Though this doesn’t make him entirely all that strong, it does give him maximum control over his tall but reasonably built size. Weighing at 160lbs, this is purely muscle and lacks most if not all forms of fat, which go to suit his healthy and fit form. Black hair scraggily sits atop his head while dark orbs sit below under light black eyebrows.

COGNITION[/u]
[li]Vince is a cool calm person, tending to the rational rather than the irrational. Silence mostly follows his presence unless his voice is needed to be heard, and unlike most Chuunin, Vince currently has no Genin to take care of. Rather he goes about teaching individually or subbing for teachers absent. This goes against his own ideals though, being a member of the AnBu, he would easily prefer to be in their company rather than students. Overall his tall dark frame gives off a cold and calculative vibe, making him appear unapproachable and insocial.

Satetsu Ryuuken (Iron-Sand Dominion)

Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of satetsu techniques lie in the user's ability convert their chakra into magnetic waves in order to control the very grains of iron sand all around them. 'Iron Sand Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of the Zantetsuken clan that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the magnetic waves around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Saton Esshin (Saton Conversion)

Type: Passive / Ninjutsu / Kekkei Genkai

Special: Allows the user to be able to learn and utilize ANY Saton technique, as long as they use their Iron Sand as they cannot manipulate regular sand. Highest known rank determines rank of Saton jutsu that can be learned.
Description: Part of the Zantetsuken's rise to fame and power involved keen observation over members of the Saton Kekkei Touta that resided within Sunagakure. Through this, they would learn to control their own powers. And because of this, all clan members are taught to perform the very same techniques Saton masters perform, but with the added lethality of their own Iron Sand.
Domain: Zantetsuken. Satetsu Ryuuken.
Type: Defensive / Ninjutsu / Kekkei Touta
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Size of sand shield depends on the user’s level of 'Sand Dominion'. Blocks attacks of equal rank learned in a 360 degree radius. Shield is always active as long as enough sand is present to be used, and does not require handseals. Judge will determine whether fast enough attacks bypass the shield each time it’s used.
Description: Although appearing to be one of the most basic sand jutsu, Suna no Tate is a technique that soon evolves into the user’s most sacred defensive countermeasure. Always active, the shield that protects the user is formed from a large sand presence, and does so under its own will. When needed, the user can also use their own chakra to control the sand so that it can act as a barrier. Because the protection is reliant upon how quickly the user’s sand can respond, it is possible a fast enough ninja can bypass the sand and strike the user.
Domain: Saton. Must know Sand Dominion.
Suna no Yoroi (Armor of Sand)

Type: Defensive / Ninjutsu / Kekkei Touta

Special: Armor protection is equivalent to the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank. Can defend from up to one blow equivalent to the user's 'SD' rank, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Suna no Yoroi is a defensive ninjutsu that utilizes nearby sand to cover the body in a defense layer. The user manipulates an almost invisible thin layer of sand to cover their body, allowing them to stop some attacks without problem. For the sand to cover the user's body, they have to use their body's chakra. However, when covered by the sand the user becomes heavier and it is more difficult for their body to maneuver. Though the sand does provide some protection, sufficient strikes will break the armor to expose the user's natural body.

Special: Range of magnetism control, as well as size, shape and rank of items manipulated, depends on the user's highest 'Satetsu Ryuuken' rank. Up to a single metallic item can be controlled per use, plus one more each time retrained. Provides radar against all metallic objects within the user's 'Satetsu Ryuuken' range.
Description: Part of a Zantetsuken's core ability involves manipulating the very grains of Iron Sand through pure magnetism. It is this very power that allows them to take hold of other metallic objects, identifying their magnetic force in order to control it. On top of this, as long as anything with a magnetic signal enters the user's field, they will automatically be aware of tis existence.

Satetsu Shigure (Iron Sand Autumnal Showers)

Special: Range and strength of bullets depends on the user's highest 'Satetsu Ryuuken' rank. Up to 5 bullets can be made, plus 5 more each time retrained. Bullets travel at twice the speed of a kunai, and only get faster.
Description: This gunshot-like attack uses Iron Sand, hardened into microscopic grains, to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast, they're difficult to see. From the moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the enemy. Since the Iron Sand carries magnetic force and cam be hardened indefinitely, defending against this technique is almost impossible.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) [Learned 3 Times]

Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. Please remember that regardless of the amount of clones made, the chakra is still divided evenly amongst all bodies!
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has on them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Domain: Jounin, unless Kage permission or scrolls is/are somehow acquired.
