Ruthless Toru may seem like a pretty boy and all that jazz, but this shinobi is a ruthless killer. He doesn't hold back for anyone or anything, which will get in his way to the top. Especially when it comes to missions or any form of exam, though it may not deal with killing -- he will make sure to find every way to be the first and not second. Don't take him lightly, even though he seems nice.
Wears his heart on his sleeve Many may not get this, but basically he doesn't hide his emotions. He puts them out there to be seen, so if he wants to cry, he will cry. But that rarely happens, besides that you don't have to worry about being two-faced with him. Toru makes sure everything is out in the open.
Friendly Though he is ruthless, Toru still shows signs of companionship. He is a pretty cool person to be around, he doesn't mind having friends to stand by him through thick and thin. He favors loyal friends mostly.

Data: It’s tough to find a babysitter in Kumogakure no Sato. The offices of Kumogakure no Sato has gotten that complaint several times. Sadly, we can’t encourage our non shinobi Kumogakure young adults to take up babysitting as a part time job. Which means there is really only one solution on getting more babysitters within’ Kumogakure no Sato. We give the task to our ever endearing shinobi. That’s right; we’re asking our newly appointed Genin to take up this task. Watch a Kumogakure adult’s baby while that adult or couple go out enjoying their time once in a blue moon. Have fun changing diapers.

Data: It’s no secret Kumogakure no Sato is monumental. The travel from one end to another for a mere citizen takes hours. Because of the prolonged trip in traveling from one point towards another for a citizen. The Kumogakure no Sato inhabitants require the aid of the Kumogakure shinobi to quickly deliver objects with hastened speed. Usually what takes hours for the residents is cut in half for a Kumogakure shinobi. So go out and deliver whatever it is our natives need delivered.

Data: Some people have said that the gloomy feeling within’ Kumogakure no Sato hasn’t gone away. The people still look upon our grandiose village and still feel depressed. It really hurts hearing that so the Kumogakure no Sato shinobi have decided to do something about it. Various areas within’ Kumogakure no Sato are blank. Concrete walls, smooth mountainous areas, and various other areas. They have been pin pointed by Kumogakure as to where a shinobi may paint. Don’t go and paint where you’re not suppose to but have fun on the pin pointed locations!

Data: Though Kumogakure no Sato is starting to thrive under Aburame Shouta’s leadership. Some of our inhabitants are still without food and water. The basic and daily essentials to survive, they’re lacking. So the Raikage has set up a program. This program is simple, each and every day during certain hours the Kumogakure no Sato shinobi serve the unlucky individuals of Kumogakure no Sato food. This simple and welcoming program is further helping our starving villagers. Hopefully they’ll get back upon their feet soon enough. Data: It seems some wild dogs broke out of the village vet and are terrorizing the village. The pack of four dogs were in the vets being treated for rabies, but have escaped and are on the loose. If anyone is bitten by the dogs then they could contract the disease, so it is of the most importance that the dogs are brought back into the custody of the vet clinic. Your mission is to capture the dogs (one dog per mission) and return them to the vet, but make sure you are not bitten, or any villagers.

Data: One unfortunate disadvantage that Kumogakure no Sato extends is sometimes the jagged peaks drop rocks amongst the Kumogakure no Sato passageways. Sometimes they’re simple small rugged rocks and other times they’re promontory boulders. Sadly when the immeasurable boulders land on Kumogakure no Sato’s passageways it falls upon the Kumogakure shinobi to clear the avenue. With the war ending there are a large amount of pathways that need clearing, unfortunately. So go clear those streets.

With those desolated times over it’s time we clear those mines before they backfire upon us. There are several areas with mines laying dormant waiting to be triggered. Data: A while ago during Kumogakure birthing stages a man once made a bet with a Jounin. The man bet the Jounin that the shinobi’s current students couldn’t climb Mountain Gekitsuu. Mountain Gekitsuu is the highest mountain within’ Kumogakure no Sato and is rumored to be the started point for the famous Kumogakure no Sato village. Anyway, the Jounin accepted the mans bet because the shinobi had insurmountable faith in his Genin. Long story short the Genin climbed the mountain and returned. The Jounin won the bet and all was well. Now it’s your turn to climb Mountain Gekitsuu, and prove to Kumogakure that you aren’t just some shinobi. You’re a Kumogakure no Sato shinobi.

Description: Over time spent with intense magma exposure and control, the skin of the user becomes resilient to weapons to a certain degree. With this prolonged exposure to the heat, their skin becomes rough and rugged, like that of leather, but to a much more durable degree. As such weapon attacks from bladed weapons such as kunai and swords become less effective against the clan member.

Special: At 'C' rank, the user may control his or her body temperature only to twice the average human body temperature. (97.6 degrees F., aka up to 195.2 degrees F.) The 'B' rank version allows use of other more offensive techniques (3 times the average human body temperature). Only the most skilled are able to master A rank, which opens a wider variety of techniques (4 times the average human body temperature).
Description: Upon reaching the age of 5, all children of the Airontoku are taught the basics for manipulating and controlling body temperature. A key essential for all members of the clan, such a technique has various stages which allow higher temperatures to be used.

Utsuru (Pyromancer’s Aura)

Description: The user allows their body to radiate heat from them and no longer holding their body head back, the temperatures around them begin to increase as well. With each passing turn, the air temperature increases by 50 degrees F from the current temperature. Of course, the area affected is at the highest temperature near the center of the aura (closest to the user) while the outer rims are substantially cooler. (The farthest rim of the aura is 50 degree’s cooler.)

Kekkei Touta

Fushokuzai (Corrosion Disolvance Factor)

Special: Lava control radius equals 10 meters, plus 10 more each with each new rank attained. Level of corrosion is determined by highest rank learned.
Description: Youton, the marriage of Earth and Fire, yields a new and truly terrifying substance - lava. Birthed from the user's very chakra control and the simultaneous binding of these two substances, the Corrosion Disolvance Factor exists as the user's corrosion gauge. Essentially, as their control over the kekkei touta grows, so will the strength of the corrosion of lava, as well as the size and area of control. In their most basic state, the Youton user is able to summon a fixed amount of Lava within an designated area, and further the birthing by controlling the substance to their will.

• Youton no Tate (Shield of Hard Magma)

  Type: Offensive / Kekkei Touto
  Range: See special!
  Special: Size of lava shield depends on the user’s level of 'Fushokuzai'. Blocks attacks of equal rank learned in a 360 degree radius. Shield is always active as long as enough lava is present to be used, and does not require handseals. Judge will determine whether fast enough attacks bypass the shield each time it’s used.
  Description: Although appearing to be one of the most basic lava jutsu, Youton no Tate is a technique that soon evolves into the user’s most sacred defensive countermeasure. Always active, the shield that protects the user is formed from a large molten rock presence, and does so under its own will. When needed, the user can also use their own chakra to control the lava so that it can act as a barrier. Because the protection is reliant upon how quickly the user’s lava can respond, it is possible a fast enough ninja can bypass the molten and strike the user.

  Special: Size of the gesyer and strength of corrision, depends on the user's 'Fushokuzai' rank. Limited range for jutsu is 20 meters.
  Description: Ōityue is a offensive ninjutsu technique, utilizing the Youton release. After forming the needed handseals, the user would need to be touching the ground (feet, hand, etc.) allowing their lava to move to the area of their liking. The lava can only go 20 meters, and after that the area will begin to heat up, allowing the enemy to realize something is going on, and with a quick command of the index finger pointing upwards; a massive geyser of lava will shoot up.
  Domain: Youton. Must know 'Fushokuzai' 'C'.
  
  
• Baku Youshouha (Bursting Lava Collision Wave)

  Type: Supplementary / Kekkei Touto
  Range: 0 - 40 Meters
  Chakra: Very High
  Special: Strength of corrosion depends on the user's highest 'Fushokuzai' rank. The user will spew out large amounts of lava from their gullet, and a wave of lava will begin to flood out the designated area. Only the user can ride the waves, which will double their speed for a moment. Similar to the Water Version of this technique, flooding size depends on how much time the user spent spewing out the lava.

  Description: Baku Youshouha is a supplementary ninjutsu technique utilizing the Youton release, if used correctly. After forming several necessary handseals, the user will summon forth charka, take a deep breath, and release large amounts of lava from their being. Eventually it will begin to grow into a large amount of lava, which can destroy a small village, forest, barriers, and cause massive flames. If needed the user can apply a little more charka to ride the wave or walk upon the Lava asi if it was just simply water to them.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Special: User can only release themselves from illusions of equal or lower rank. Chakra costs is equal to the Genjutsu being dispelled.
Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Domain: Universal Ninjutsu.

Enkou Shinka (Essence of the Sacred Flames)

Range: 0 - 50 meters
Chakra: Mid
Special: Allows the user the ability to create, control and move Katon (Fire) chakra of their own for multiple purposes. Degree of heat and effect of flame depends on the highest rank known.

Description: Katon, the birth of the flame itself. With but a mere thought, masters of the flame learn to birth their fire over large expanses. Intense training opens the door for other techniques, but they all rely on one simple core - the user's ability to birth a flame from a distance.

• Endan (Fireball)

  Type: Offensive / Katon Ninjutsu
  Range: 0 - 10 meters
  Special: Fireball measures 5 meters, and can travel 10 meters in a straight line, plus 10 more each time retrained. Explosion measures 5 meters from impact.
  Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

• Katon Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Clone Technique)

  Type: Offensive / Katon Ninjutsu
  Range: See special!
  Special: Clone speed matches that of the user, and can go anywhere the user can. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters.
  Description: With this technique, the Katon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid physical attacks pass through the clone, burning instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blast of flame that aims to take over the nearest opponent available in the form of napalm.

Doton Ryouuken (Earth Dominion)

Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 50 meters
Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.
