Sansutsomu eye training

Since I've never really RPed out as a Dojutsu char before, how exactly do I train up the different ranks of eyes, if that makes sense?
Do I have to RP it out with a GM, or can I simply train it by myself? And, do I have to have special permission before going forwards and learning a higher rank of eye?

Weathering Eye [Fuukamanako]
Rank: C
Type: Doujutsu
Range: Eyesight
Special: Pierces 'C' ranked chakra of Suiton, Fuuton, Raiton and Ranton nature within eyesight. Elements appear in unique colors, usually customizable shades of blue.
Description: The Kekkai Genkai manifests itself barely with minor changes to the eyes ; the users pupils turns an ocean blue, swirling like a whirlpool.

Gathering Eye [Shuugoumanako]

Type: Doujutsu
Range: Eyesight
Special: Pierces 'B' ranked chakra of Suiton, Fuuton, Raiton and Ranton nature within eyesight. Elements appear in unique colors, usually customizable shades of blue.
Description: The Kekkai Genkai manifests itself as being activated by a more intense change to the eyes ; the users pupils turns an ocean blue, swirling like a whirlpool; the iris develops random blue-white lines that appear and disappear like lightning ; the whites of the eye start orbiting the iris and pupil, almost like clouds.

Storm Eye [Sutomumanako]
Rank: A
Type: Doujutsu
Range: Eyesight
Special: Pierces 'A' ranked chakra of Suiton, Fuuton, Raiton and Ranton nature within eyesight. Elements appear in unique colors, usually customizable shades of blue.
Description: The Kekkai Genkai manifests itself as being activated by a serious change to the eyes ; the users pupils turns an ocean blue, swirling like a whirlpool; the iris develops random blue-white lines that appear and disappear like lightning ; the whites of the eye start orbiting the iris and pupil, almost like clouds. Finally, in this last stage of the doujutsu the users veins and arteries turn a whitish-blue and are clearly visible.

You can get it GMed.

You can train it by yourself. However you want

Or you can buy it with your EXP.

Tlo give you direction, you can make your character trying to push herself, learning the second rank to her eyes. She knows there's power to be unlocked, and you can always use an NPC to lauunch "B rank attacks" and she has to try and read them :3. More chakra! More Danger! More stressed out apple! >:3

And for these, you dont require admin permission or whatever. Yer good to keep on ranking up. It's onlly the ones that state so

Ohh, you can't buy it with EXP! But, So you just basically train it up? I'll get a GM to RP with me later on when I get to B/A rank because frankly I don't want to have to write 10+ posts purely of her training ;w;!!

I'm pretty sure it can be bought with exp, unless it works like the diffrent versions of sharigan.

This means the Dojutsu progression can only be learned through training, and not purchased within the jutsu Shops.
