- Shinobi-Gashira -- A Shinobi-Gashira is a position of high regard within the shinobi system. Although each village has its own specific interpretation and name for their 'Jounin Commander', the concept remains the same - it is a special rank between Jounin and Kage, reserved only for the strongest of village guardians. These individuals are Kage worthy but choose to serve the village in other ways, keeping safe its most important secrets, and guarding its most important treasures. As the highest-ranking shinobi within the village, they are sent on important political missions such as ambassadors for peace treaties with other villages.
On the inside, their duties grow. As a representative of the regular shinobi forces, they are a member of the village council, giving them a say in important matters such as choosing a new Kage, going to War, or sentencing particular criminals of the state. They are likely the highest-ranking normal shinobi in the village, but still officially a Jounin themselves. Finally, they are of the few entrusted with such secrets as the location of the village scrolls and weapons, to the point they are usually entrusted to guard these treasures themselves.

Able to delve into a plethora of unique fighting stales, Taijutsu users are more compelling with their chakra than Ninjutsu specialists but less concise than Genjutsu primaries; able to focus their energy to such a precise point that they could manifest unimaginable stength and power in their hits. A diverse class, able to hold their ground long or close due to their abundant prowess into their art.
