- Attire: Iaiji has deviated far from the Samurai of Tetsu no Kuni and unlike them wears a charcoal grey kimono with the kanji "空" ( Heaven/Sky, ) sewn into the back in white.
- Appearance: Without the heavy armor that obscures most Samuai, Iaiji is seen as a dark man with an athletic build. Years of training for war, skirmishes and duels have left his body strong and defined. Narrow, dark brown eyes are set under thick eyebrows with short unkempt black hair. Typically Japanese, Iaji is not visibly remarkable.
- Scars: The few visible differences are the numerous scars that span Iaiji's forearms and one that crosses over his left eye which is usually left closed but is in no way impaired. A terrible scar curves over his ribs and to his hip from a fight during a time when he successfully escaped Tetsu no Kuni.
COGNITION[/u]
- Personality:
Lax - Iaiji is never seem upset or disturbed, but rather relaxed. Even during a fight he is seen as playful and sometimes even overly comfortable. Never little bothers the man who's discarded his strict military life.
Loud - Iaiji is often obnoxiously loud which talking, cracking odd jokes or laughing in a crowd. He can sometimes even appear daft, though it's only a facade as to not attract attention.
Disciplined - Even though Iaiji has cast aside his life in Tetsu no Kuni to travel and see the world for himself, he has never put aside his discipline as a swordsman and master of Kenjutsu. Even through his facades a certain discipline is seen in how he walks, talks, or moves. Traits ingrained into the very Soul of the man. - Alignment: Neutral

Special: Allows the swordsman to deflect basic attacks of equal or lower rank, in conjunction with other, more advanced moves within the style.
Description: An offensive nature of fighting, all Battojutsu practitioners will tend to stand in looser patterns, letting their steel fly and attack at often irregular angles. Unlike its defensive counterpart, this form allows for quicker, more deliberate strikes, making it deadly in the hands of a true master.

Description: Commencing from a kneeling position, the practitioner quickly turns and draws to thrust the rear as a simple attack then sheathes. As long as the user is aware of the target behind them, a quick unexpected offensive strike like this usually yields success.

Nibaigiri (Double Cut)

Special: Rank of strikes depends on the user's highest 'Battojutsu' rank. Damage is calculated per strike. Can be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Commencing from a kneeling position, the practitioner rises and draws, making a rising strike on the draw and a dropping strike as he sheathes.The movement is flashy and hard to trace, leaving unguarded opponent's in trouble.

Morote Giri (Two Handed Cut)

Special: Can be retrained in order to stack damage per strike.
Description: Commencing from a kneeling position, the practitioner rises, gathers their strength for one moment, and then strikes with their sword in both hands, performing a single strong attack that is capable of breaking through defenses and delivering massive damage.
