Special: Doubles the Hozuki's speed while in water glob form. Start off with five meters, plus five more for each Hydration rank.
Description:
A twin to the Kyūryū: Suika no Jutsu [Torrent: Water Transformation Jutsu], this technique allows the Hozuki to jet themselves upwards as a glob of jelly water. Following this the Hozuki will aim them selves as a projectile towards their target, crashing into them. Pinning them to the ground before coming back as a whole, where they can end their foe.

Five meters what? The distance they are allowed to travel at double speed?

It's the range they can travel while using the jutsu yeah, which has an addition of five meters for each rank within Hydration. The doubled speed carries on with them during the distance as well until they enter their full form once more.

I think for an A rank technique it is fine. The doubled speed worries me a little, but the fact that it's A rank should make up for it, I believe.

Since this doubles the users speed for a single post can you give it a drawback? I'd say have it to where it takes one post to gain back their full speed.

It doesn't make up for it. Since this is a ninjutsu technique there should be a 1 post cool down to gain back the users normal speed. Thats how I see this working.
