Body appearance: Well sculpted not too weak and not too muscular, the physique of his body allows him to move with accuracy and to hit his targets with exact precision. Obtaining this stature it took him years of hard work and training to obtain the desired results for his appearance.
Apparel: The garments worn by Sai is not only for style but as well as for comfort, the design on his vest is that of a dragon his favorite mystical creature of all times. As for the mask that covers his face, its just to add a bit more flare to his style of uniform. The bandages on both his left and right arm not only covers up the scars that trail up his arm but its also used as support for when training or in battle. Thus his appearance is the ultimate go getter.
Blemishes & Scars: As far as scares go Sai has a few fair ones from attempts on taking on challenges that were either out of his league or WAY out of his league. With that said he as a straight across cut on his forehead underneath his head ban that almost fully healed, a X like mark that was obtained at birth hence his birthmark. And last but not least a few cuts and minor bruises all over his body that are also nearly healed too, he is just one big wreck that loves to take up a challenge.

Fun- Sai is the type of person who likes to go out and have fun, he is always willing to try new things at least once before he decides he doesn't like it. Overall Sai likes to go on adventures to discover and learn new things.
Helpful- This is the one of the biggest and foremost important part of Sai's personality, he loves to lend a hand wherever its needed. It one of the many thing that he loves to do.
Funny- There is always one person whom cracks jokes no matter who the person is nor situation, Sai is the one guy who cracks these jokes under those circumstances. But like they say there's a time and a place for things, and he knows where and when to do things
Determined&Dedication- The most important part of his personality or should I say cherished part of it is his personality is his dedication and determination. Once accepting a task no matter how big or small it is he will see it through to the end, facing it alone or with others he will see it through.

Quirks & Tendencies: Funny thing about Sai is he has a bad sense of timing as to when to crack jokes especially when someones having a bad day. Using jutsus not for their intended purpose he sometimes use them in ways were he aggravates the intended opponent to anger them, in doing so he makes them strike in blind rage taking advantage of said rage.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Special: Bullets are fired from the mouth, all at once in the form of straight lined stream–like fashion. By default, 5 bullets can be fired at once, plus 5 more each time retrained. Must hold seals while firing. Bullets pierces 'C' ranked barriers and below, and move at the speed of a kunai.
Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and as a result, amounts are measured by height, width and length.

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

Black Clouds Technique (Kokuun no Jutsu)

Special: Oil automatically raises offensive Katon and Raiton jutsu by a single rank. Highly combustible, it rains down upon the general area of the target, making it easy to create large fires.
Description: One of the many advantages of Suiton is its ability to assist other elements in their power. In this case, the user summons forth flammable oil so that they can use this in conjunction with other jutsu. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and will rise into the sky. In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Acadamey Jutsu
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kakuremino no Jutsu (Magic Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Description: Kekkai • Tengai Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique named a barrier jutsu due to the field of chakra that it disperses around. After having their hands come together, the user can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch their opponent, the user will know their position immediately.

Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)

Special: When first learned, the user can control up to 5 projectiles/secondary weapons and send them flying up to 10 meters. However, each time re-trained, their control number goes up by 5. For every 20 projectiles the user can control, consumption goes up one rank.
Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. With only a single handseal, they can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Hitei Mushou (Flying Nail Mist Pierce)

Special: When first learned, the user can spit out up to 5 chakra nails in an an arc like manner, traveling at the speed of a well thrown kunai. Re-training this jutsu adds 5 additional nails each time. For every 20 needles the user can make, consumption goes up one rank.
Description: Ninpou - Hitei Mushou is Ninjutsu technique universally known by shinobi across the globe. After forming the needed handseal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth, created entirely of the user's chakra. These small nails can travel towards their opponent at quite a distance, moving at impressive speeds and retain even more impressive accuracy!

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Chakra: Low
Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Unviersal TaijutsuSennen Goroshi (One Thousand Years of Death)

Special: Anal launch extends up to 5 meters, plus 1 one more each time retrained.
Description: Though it is often referenced to as an "Ancient Supreme Technique", Sennen Goroshi serves more as an insulting shock technique rather than a skilled Taijutsu technique. The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.
