I'm pretty sure making a custom like that isn't going to fly- since we already have the scroll summoning jutsu and the technique required to activate it. Teleportation summonings seem a little OP, but I can see other weaker variations of it being made. Perhaps even as forbidden jutsu- or that "spit the sword out" technique Orochimaru does.

If I'm right- don't feel let down, as we've had other summoning customs like this one denied for that same reason.
