Once more I stepped to the plate after having defeated an enemy but moments ago. Now I were within a world of war… surrounded by a stadium who’s crowd cheered me on from the get go. Silver optics transgressed upon the boys figure analyzing every piece of him as my hands rested to my sides. Air pushed through my blazing locks as I awaited the first move.

It was sad that he had this guy as an opponent, it would be a shame to have to put him down, but hey, a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. As the annoucer signaled the start of the with a thundering, video game esque "Get Ready! FIGHT!", Hiro's digits clapped together and twisted at incomprehensible speeds whilst dashing forward rushing in on his opponent. With great speeds his chakra outstretched, latching up to his opponents own, "Hehe gotcha bitch", he thought, knowing that the world around his opponent began to twist and turn rapidly like piss and water being flushed down the toilet. After dashing forward about 5 meters his body turned to a 45 angle and vanished. Appearing diagonally from his opponent. "

Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Affects a single victim within a 10 meter area, plus 10 more each time 'C' rank is retrained; 'B' rank adds an additional viciim each time retrained.
Description: After performing the needed seals, the user then targets a person with in range of the technique. The person targeted first shows signs on the technique immediately. From their point of view, the world that they’re looking at is twisting and turning rapidly in different directions, making it very hard to see. After a while disorientation kicks in and the person may feel nauseous and dizzy.

The proctor began ’go’ in a rather awkward way. Me and my opponent would have started hand seals simultaneously. A good amount of chakra took place within my right forearm as I’d begun to string the fabled sequence. But as I’d done so an overwhelming feeling would overtake me as my eyes scanned the boys movement. He vanished before me out of sight.. not that it’d matter. I would be taken by surprise as everything seemed to swirl around me without any knowledge of how it happened. Was I drunk? No… it couldn’t be. Only moments before my opponent had strung his hand seals I’d felt fine… just what sort of trickery was this..?

Sparks flared upon my forearm as I turned to and fro from left to right. Everything was a bit scattered but I needed to make sure of my opponents position just in case he were too close for me to let loose my counter.

Never the less with his opponents world shot, his position-for the most part- obscured his his dove quickly into his packs, searching for odds and ends, only to whip out a mutated shuriken which had been thrown past his face by roughly a couple of meters before it exploded into a conflagration of rustic flames (5 meters) all thanks to a quick explosive seal. "

This was it, I could feel it. The energy pulsated through me quickly as my opponent threw his next attack unknowingly to me, I was facing forward… not like it mattered. It would leave my opponents hands towards my figure as I’d begun to bend down and though it may have been aimed at my face it would surely miss that trajectory placement as I smashed my fist upon the ground whilst bending my back. There would be no time for the shinobi to cast a seal. It would only take less than a second for the hit to go through… my thirty meter range with rai-retsu could tear through the strongest of men in the heat of battle. This technique was meant for multiple targets though I only needed it for one.

It would no doubt stun him.. but it would also shock me in return because I hadn’t used it immediately… but it wouldn’t be a very hard shock just one big enough to wake me out of the illusion I’d been placed in. I could feel the chakra push out of my knuckles like a cup tipped over a balcony. There was no escaping the jutsu. I just needed to keep my hand along the ground long enough to turn my head to see where it was my opponent had gone. If, by some miracle, the projectile were still to detonate it would throw my body even more towards him… but I don’t think that would be the case. I pushed my chakra reserves out…. I would stun him for a good minute even if it meant draining my chakra. I needed the perfect time to strike.

My hues locked upon his figure now without letting my hand go. Though my right hand surged chakra through to the ground my left would aim at taking danzo in preparation for my next move.

Rai-Retsu (Lightning Burst)

Type: Ninjutsu / Offensive
Range: 30 Meters
Chakra/Stamina: Mid - High
Special: Stuns multiple targets at once. User must stay immobile with their fist on the ground for jutsu to stay active. Everytime retrained range grows 5 meters for a total of 30 meters.
Description: After the required hand seals the user will withdraw enough chakra into either of his/her arm(s) and will feel a burning sensation along the rim of their skin but not an unbearable amount. Sparks of lightning lash out from the users arm after activated and if contained within the post-limitation (see special) the user will end up stunning themselves and depleting their chakra if it is not used immediately. Just after gathering up the needed amount of chakra the user will then slam their fist upon the ground sending a vibrating pulse through the ground which can stun multiple enemies at once.

The aimless second(s) his opponent took to search and ascertain his position did nothing more but donate seconds towards Hiro's window of opportunity. This meant that his seal indeed detonate in time, but at the cost of being stunned by his opponents affinity for lightning, what a bitch! He still remained standing even after being stunned but his opponent, he wasn't looking too good. After passing seconds his genjutsu always induced nausea and high tier's of dizziness (see technique), even if he'd recover from being stunned himself he'd been so far gone out of his mind to even properly launch an attack, if he planned too anyway. Surely the explosion would have caused so severe damage if not death given the area of the explosion. Not only that it would have interrupted his flow of chakar through the ground, but it would have released hiro from the electrical torture as well, reducing the overall potency of the stun only to a second or two.
