- Apparel: Tsukiko's clothing reflects calm though paired with her serious personality it has made many a boy stammer when met with unforeseen backlash from their jokes and play. Her clothing having a deceptively relaxed feel, she can commonly be seen wearing a blouse bearing a stripe-like black silky strip at the top and flows down as the rest of it is a pristine white, kept spotless by the toiling hands of her mother. Below her blouse she wears rather tight black shorts that go down to about mid-thigh, as to not restrict her nimble movements. Though she wears many things, the appeal of this makes her wear it more commonly then any other of its kind.
- Body Appearance: Tsukiko has always had a small frame and now, taking in to effect that she fifteen years old, she is still lean, having slender arms, and a lithe body. Standing at four foot nine inches and surely not growing any taller judging by the appearance of her mother and father, Tsukiko has had to deal with the constant reminders from her peers that she is short, promising a lifetime of awareness for her little problem. At first glance, Tsukiko's elegant and silky, raven black hair takes the spotlight, hanging straight, falling to slightly above her mid back. After the hair comes the eye's holding something that her parents never held in their gaze.
A pitch black, an enticing deepness that is more likely to give you a brief reflection before you were meet with a cold stare that chilled to the bone, forcing you to look away. These eye's, holding the key to the pride of her clan, are a turning point, a show that Tsukiko's life will grow into something great with time. - Blemishes & Scars: Tsukiko has what many of the Uchiha with the possibility of sharingan possess. A superior physical appearance making them seem surreal. Her pink lips had the perfect quirk, drawing the eye's to them whenever she spoke, her skin soft to the touch and clear of blemishes and scars. Though she doesn't come from the Uchiha clan, one could guess that she might off appearence alone.

- Personality:
Tsukiko has a rather quiet personality. Not because she's shy, or because she thinks she's better than her peers. No, she has only developed this personality from her peers rather disapproving, if not jealous, views of her natural ability. She tends to be a loner by choice at this point in her life, learning to hold her own in fights at an early age due to the clan's intense regimes and the many young academy students who thought themselves better. In fact, Tsukiko has only ever considered two people to actually be her friend since her birth. One being her academy teacher that had taken the time to help her so much, and the other another Akegarasu that was slightly younger than her within the village.
Tsukiko is serious to a falt in and out of battle, and it shows in how she fights. Even in training fights she tends to not hold back in her ability, so she enjoys sparring people of higher ability than her own. This seriousness was etched into her by teacher after teacher the Rain village would give her who didn't exactly tolerate horseplay. She speaks only when she deems it necessary and rarely relaxs enough for her attitude to revert back to it's natural happy-go lucky self. Her planning and intellectual skills have led to many people thinking she will take the lead once she acquires a team, but the fact is she doesn't really want to take lead. She would rather follow in an attempt to show she doesn't believe herself better than her peers. Though she is rather serious and quiet she will speak given reason to, and when she does she will speak her mind, not holding back on "how stupid" she thinks something was or anything to the like. - Alignment:
- Allegiance: Tsukiko finds a great deal of loyalty to the Mist village if for no other reason than her parents constant teachings throughout her life. It was one area that they have proven to be better teachers than any of the great instructors she was given by her cousins. In her mind one that would betray their village is on the same level as the men that kill in cold blood and with no reasoning. As such her nature tends to get a little hostile near missing ninja and the like who have up and left their village. Even more hostility forms to those that have left the mist village, and at the top of this chain rests the Akegarasu's that have forsaken their village for personal goals. The village is her home and she will fight to keep it safe with everything she possesses now and in the future.
- Quirks & Tendencies: Lacking many quirks as they are are called. Tsukiko does have the tendency to go out at night and watch the moon and stars. It's the only time of day she particularly enjoys, being that she can be a bit carefree in her relaxation.

Chakra: Mid
Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summonsed the first time, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.
Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Special: Effective in blocking and returning ninjutsu and taijutsu of equal rank. Push-back distance starts off at 10 meters, and increases by 10 more with each new rank acquired.
Description: No one knows the power of Fuuton more than a Fuuton specialist, and this technique was designed by those that met reality sooner than most. Varying by skill and rank, this technique allows the user to take hold of any offensive jutsu used upon them, as along as the attack’s nature allows for whatever is thrown to be controlled. With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

Kamaitachi (Cutting Whirlwind)

Special: Size of tunnel opening measures 5 meters, and wind blasts can travel 10 meters; each time relearned, the mouth grows by 5 meters and the blast itself travels an extra 10 meters..
Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon or limb, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon/arm. Once it strikes the user, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.
