Special: Using Chakra Flow with the Lightning Release Fuu will immobilize his target or target's with paralyzing wire-fed steel tools [shuriken, kunai, etc]. Upon contact with flesh or armor a paralyzing shock will offer a single post of paralysis, with an extra post added each time relearned. Also when first learned only two tools may be used at a time, with two more added each time relearned.
Description: Upon using a scroll or merely having prepared tools, Fuu will launch steel wire-fed tools towards a target or targets, all the while using his Lightning Release via Chakra Flow to send paralyzing currents through the wires and thus into the tools. And upon contact with flesh or armor his target end up paralyzed. A great means for capture.

Generic Sealing Technique[/u]

Range: Self-throwing distance/what ever the range of a summoned technique may reach
Special: A different version of your normal Summoning Technique, this technique allows a user to not only seal objects, but unseal [use] sealed away objects for use in combat. Rank based, a user may seal away an object or technique of equal rank while also able to unseal [use] a previously sealed object or technique.
Description: A standard shinobi technique that allows an individual to seal and unseal tools and techniques alike. While some will seal away and reuse ninja tools, others will seal away an opponent's technique and perhaps use it against them at a later date by summoning it forth.
Domain: Must know equal rank to what they are attempting to seal away/unseal [use], requires scrolls of equal rank.

Special: An advanced version of the Generic Sealing Technique, this technique allows it's users to summon forth tools at a much quicker rate via having seals placed upon their clothing such as wristbands allowing for quicker use.
Description: Capable of storing countless tools and able to summon them within a flash the user of this technique is capable of catching their opponents off guard. This comes from the fact that the tools aren't visible until summoned and if the seal is placed at an area such as the wrist, can be thrown in much less time than it would take one to pull from their pouch then throw, giving them the advantage. Masters of this technique are said to rule the projectile realm.

Manipulated Tools: Blot Out The Sun[/u]

Special: Allows Fuu to summon forth a volley of "countless" tools. Summoned amount of tools starts out at 300, plus three hundred more with each new rank.
Description: Pulling out a scroll Fuu will procceed to summon an amazing about of tools, to which their "Darkening" effect is the reasoning behind the technique's name. Meant to take out many opponents, as such they can all be fired off in one direction or shot out all around if surrounded. All in all this is one of Fuu's most useful techniques.
Domain: Fuu Sheng. Must know Generic Sealing Technique of equal rank, must have a scroll of equal rank.
