Inuzuka

Several Inuzuka techniques are classified as Taijutsu but use handseals or mention the use of chakra. My question regarding those techniques. Do they use chakra or stamina, or is their cost determined like nintaijutsu as the techniques are a combination of the two after all? Examples are below.

Description: The basis of all Inuzuka jutsu comes from Shikyaku no Jutsu. After forming the needed hand seals, chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance, granting them animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By continuing their flow across their body and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits. When under the effects of this jutsu, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, and endurance.

Juujin-Ōgi: Tensōga (Beast Human Secret Technique: Heaven Twin Fang)

Special: Pierces through 'S' ranked barriers. Because of the stress and strain placed on both their bodies, this jutsu can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: The final evolution of 'Tsuuga' is, naturally, the most destructive. Delivered in a mighty, extravagant fashion, the Inuzuka and their canine jump into the air and begin spinning wildly, using their chakra reserves in order to spin as fast and as hard as possible. After gaining momentum in the sky, the drillers use gravity in their favor and nosedive into their target, tunneling them in far into the ground creating a large, deep hole in that can break through most defences.

It's nintaijutsu although we haven't updated the clan yet. That's why some of the jutsu require hand seals. Hand seals unlock tenketsu points which release chakra required for the inuzuka's taijutsu techniques. Hope this answers your question.

Alright, that answers the question, but that brings up another.

Due to it being nintaijutsu, can we chose whether we want a taijutsu or chakra mastery once we have 1000 exp?

If I understand nintaijutsu correctly then, for example, C Rank Shikyaku no Jutsu will take up a mid amount of chakra and stamina. A taijutsu primary below 5000 exp will have a low stamina pool and a very low chakra pool, meaning that the C rank Shikayaku will exhaust them unless they have the chakra mastery, and specifically for that reason I ask if we can chose between taijutsu and ninjutsu mastery because that is the only way I can think of that C rank techs and above could be used until reaching the next pool level.
