The Nidaime Mizukage sat in her chair, her kage hat shadowing her lovely face as she looked down onto the arena where the finalist had gathered, they were in for a treat, even with the four of them, their opponent was still by far their better. Masumi knew, cause she used to lead the very man they'd go clash fangs against. The cheers of the crowds grew louder as more shuffled into the arena. The area was eighty meters of pure stone, a makeshift lake ten meters wide and long rested in the middle. Upon the outskirts of the arena were the barricade that blocked the onlookers from any wandering attacks. Excited a jolt of energy rushed through Masumi as she stood to her feet, her aquamarine eyes shimmering within the dim light of the sun that pierced the cloudy veil above. "Welcome to the finals of this tournament. The four genin before you are participants who were the better of their class and so have made it here. Three of the four will be chosen to be on my prestigious genin team-Hydra!" Pausing for a moment she looked around at her roaring subjects, a smile touching her face. She could get use to the duty of being Mizukage she thought a moment before finishing up her speech. "Now, their opponent is the only original member left on Hydra other than me, he is Koirua a talented shinobi. Listen well my genin, your task is to demonstrate your ability to work together in either defeating him, or simply holding him. I trust, you'll show me something exciting!"

Waving, Masumi took her seat before folding her arms.

"Begin!"

My body was tingling with nerves before this fight unlike the other one I did not know what to expect out of this. I know i wanted to make this prestige team though to make my family proud. But my opposition the mizukage anounced I had known nothing about, but I figured he must be pretty good if all the rest are dead. I cleared mind then looked up in the sky one more time before I looked back towards the Mizukage. My opposition had finally enter the ring I immedentally started to size him up for what he MIGHT be. He didn't look like much of nothing to me but you can never judge a ninja by his looks or size. He seemed like he was poised and ready to fight. From what i could see he had drawn a small sword and held it with his right hand. What a small blade i thought i could say, But just like the last kid i fought it all depends how you use it. I looked around to my fellow genin and hopped they were going to cooperate and not just go crazy and get hurt. Then i grasped my big blade by its hilt and pulled it out in front of me. I was NW 20 meters of from where the last genin from hydra stopped and ready his self for war. "This can be a life changing event I said to my self as i tightened my grip on my blades hilt. During my time watching them from the shadows of my domain, I analyzed them, picking their weaknesses apart one by one like a pack of famished hyena on fresh venison.

Gene didn't watch any of the fights IC, nor has he met any of our characters, nor has Masumi given him any information about us IC. I'm calling metagame, and I refuse to post until that's fixed.
