Masumi walked out to the balcony, her eyes looking down upon the center of her village. Prior to this the Mizukage had called for a gathering of all able shinobi to gather at the heart of their village. Her gaze was firm as she looked at the many faces below. It was time to begin restoring order to Kirigakure and first task on her list was the revival of team Hydra. For its power would be needed soon enough.
"Listen my people, if you wish to join a higher calling than you'll want to hear what I say. Team Hydra- my personal squad is in need of new members. In light of this I am starting a tournament. The winners prize? The honor of joining team Hydra. Fight hard!" It was time for the younger generation to step forward and lend Kirigakure their support.
Team Hydra is a specialized team of elite genin who report directly under the Mizukage herself. They are the best of the best. With lack of current members the Mizukage-Masumi has decided to start a tournament of sorts to gauge the prowess of her shinobi.Only 2-3 new members will be chosen out of all who apply, meaning there may be more than one match. To be apart of Hydra is an honor most would dream of. It allows you access to otherwise restricted missions and information as well as unnamed rewards as of now. The 2-3 members chosen will face off against the leader of team Hydra showcasing their effectiveness as a group. Depending on this performance, I may or may not cut those unworthy out. To sign up simply post here, and at the end of the limit I'll post up the matches.
