At the peak of physical beauty Masumi stands at an average height for girls, her body matured into womanhood. Housing aquamarine eyes, pale skin, sharp teeth, and a moderate amount of makeup it isn't hard to confuse Masumi with that of a full-fledged woman. She may appear mature, but she is very much still in her youthful days with many more ahead of her. She has ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark-blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bang are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her chest, just below her chin. Her eyes are light green. She dresses in a long-sleeved dark-blue dress, that falls just below the knees.

It seems to be closed at the front with a zip and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her upper arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh shirt that covers more of her upper body than her dress, but stops short of covering her shoulders and still leaving a sizeable cleavage. She also wears shorts in the same colour as dress and, underneath those, mesh leggings reaching down over her knees. Around her waist, she wears a belt with a pouch attached to the back on the left.Furthermore, she wears high-heeled sandals and shin-guards reaching up over her knees. Because of her bloodline she has no blemishes whatsoever except for the three black tomoe upon her right should, close to her neck.

Masumi's personality over the course of her life has changed gradually as all people; however the most noticeable changes have occurred since the destruction and restoration of Kirigakure. The hardships, and trials of Masumi's history have shaped her into a hardened warrior. She is cruel in battle, showing no mercy to those who dare bare fangs at her, her village, her friends or anything she holds dear. With cold, unmerciful eyes she'd kill without a moments hesitation. Although she can be seen as a demon on the field of battle she is more relaxed off. Her mood switches quite easily from tense to somewhat mellow. Overly blunt, she is a very straightforward person never one to beat around the bush. Hand in hand with her cruel nature most can find the Mizukage very strict in her orders, she believes to govern one must do so with a strong hand. Masumi's curse mark has tainted her, causing her to become even more sadistic in fighting and in her actions with others, this is an aspect that has been increasing with time and a fate she herself cannot escape. Masumi is a drinker, she loves to drink although she can barely hold her alcohol, it takes but only a few cups to have her drunk, her attitude taking a much more lighter tone than her usual stiff self. Other than that, most would find the Mizukage cunning or even devious, she doesn't operate by a morale standpoint, but one that garners results. She is neither evil nor good, she's simply an individual who does as they please and how they see fit. Often seen teasing she at times can appear quite nice, utilizing this facade to trick others and also entertain herself.

Description: A special weapon forged from only the rarest of materials and only the most masterful of craftsmen, it's quality is above other standard-grade, shop-bought weaponry. Red Wave takes the form a sleek, medium-sized sword. The grip has a gentle decorative hand that bends forward at the end with a crimson tassel dangling from the pommel. Instead of a crossguard, there is a U-shaped decoration covering the first three inches of blade, with a flower petal design just as it meets a red string wrapping. The string is wrapped thrice around the hilt, with a three-loop bow on one side and a folded paper decoration on the other. Red Wave's blade is black with a silver-edge. Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Description: Tekidan is a suiton ninjutsu that allows the user to condense water into a pressurized form. Spherical in shape and no bigger than a ball of a palm, one would think this to be a harmless technique; however, this could not be farther from the truth. Easy to conceal, light, and enough force to be considered deadly, Tekidan when thrown violently explodes engulfing a radius of 0 - 10 meters.

Special: Adds additional [D] rank damage by discarding shards within a 10 meter radius. If one avoids the 10 meter lethal radius, they will at least become injured by the shards of pressurized water exploding forth; also shrapnel travels 5 meters from the explosion's origin each time retrained. Can be learned 4 times.
Description: Within the actual sphere water becomes further condensed, taking on the physical characteristics of metal. As the sphere explodes, the shrapnel is sent out over a 10 meter radius, from the origin. Essentially, this progression adds an additional ranks worth of damage to the original technique. After covering the additional distance it reverts back to simple, normal water.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters. For every 4 clones simultaneously detonated over an opponent, the effects of 'Water Prison' can be achieved without needing physical contact. Same 'Prison' effects apply.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, physical strikes fixed on a point within their body will force it to break up into a puddle and join the mass below, able to avoid danger and regenerate anywhere the water exists. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of water that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the water envelops the victim whole, drowning them in the user's cursed water and setting up more attacks of the same nature.

Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Special: Only one person can be trapped at a time. However, every time this jutsu is learned again, the user gains the ability to imprison one extra person with an additional prison. Water comes forth from the ground right below the user and moves fast, without warning. If target is running across a surface of water, the prison moves twice as fast. Same effects as Water Prison apply.
Description: Suitenhoufutsu is a suiton ninjutsu technique which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target, like Water Prison, yet without requiring the user to keep it steady by keeping hand contact. After the user does a string of hand seals, they summon the water, and can then use this water to drown his target, keep them imprisoned, or even torture.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and as a result, amounts are measured by height, width and length.

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

Suiton – Araumi! (Water Style – Riptide!)

Special: Regardless of the ability to stand upon water, this technique is used to drag foes down into a body of water - whether it be an ocean, lake, or pond. Upon its affection the foe will be forced down to at least a depth of 20 meters, considering the body of water is deep enough. Forces behind the current make it extremely difficult to resurface, without a massive effort to do so. This ability expands 30 meters upon the surface, pertaining to the affected area, meaning if the foe is upon the water within 30 meters of the user, they will be drawn down into the depths. Can be retrained to add 5 meters to the total range for a maximum of 4 times
Description: Araumi is a suiton ninjutsu that allows the user to draw his opponent down into the depths of a body of water. Upon casting this technique a massive whirlpool forms in a thirty meter radius, drawing all within its grasp under. The whirlpool draws in anything from half its total range. This technique is rather tricky to spot as it takes one full post for the whirlpool to completely form and if two riptides ever met, a massive whirlpool would be created as an area effect doubling the range.

Suiton – Hakyû Kôka! (Water Style – Ripple Effect!)

Special: Around the caster, in a circular pattern, water begins to explode upwards from the surface in rings. This causes projectiles to be thrown out of the way, as well as an opponent to be forced back or thrown into the air at the mercy of the caster. No hand seals required if upon a body of water, one must only stomp their foot.
Description: Hakyû Kôka is a suiton ninjutsu that allows the user to blast water up around them in a ring formation, protecting them from either a foe or incoming projectiles. These ring walls of water rise up to 5 meters within the inner rings and 10 meters in the outer rings, thus giving a ripple effect. If a foe would choose not to evade then they will be tossed into the air by the sheer force of the water exploding forth. These rings are exactly a meter apart; therefore, ten defensive rings are created each time. This follows upon the same lines as walking upon water, meaning it does not require seals, but still requires chakra to perform.

Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique)

Special: Due to the nature of the attack, the dragon can strike available aerial targets as well. If the dragon’s head is severed from its body, the lost appendage reverts to its natural water state and the remaining severed stub attached to the water source can re-grow once more. Only focusing a strong attack on the head will defeat it for sure.
Description: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is one of Suiton’s strongest ninjutsu, mainly because of its impact force and its ability to attack enemies in the air and on the ground. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike at their target. Upon striking its target and ensnaring it in its aquatic maw, the dragon explodes with great force, flooding all nearby and providing an ample amount of water for more Suiton techs, should any enemies remain standing…

Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique)

Chakra: Mid
Special: As Hozuki deplete in Chakra and Stamina, they lose their ability to control their liquefaction and thus begin reverting to a puddle-like state. Jelly puddle moves slow on land, half the user's normal movement speed, but fast under water, twice the user's movement speed. When first learned, the Hozuki is protected from physical attacks through auto-liquefaction, and can sustain their jelly form without achieving contact with any form of water for up to one turn, plus one more each rank above 'D' is earned. Once the Hozuki reaches water, their jelly timer is reset; if not, they are forced to revert to their humanoid state and suffer double-chakra drain as a result of to the forced transformation. All Hozuki are susceptible to Raiton and Hyouton, to the point jutsu used on Hozuki from these are raised by a single rank damage-wise, and when struck, they are unable to liquefy properly - however, they can neutralize Katon and Youton with attacks of equal rank.
Description: The core technique behind the bloodlimit and the door to stronger, more powerful attacks, this jutsu allows the Hozuki to totally transform their body into a condensed state of water, so dense that the user can withstand even the roughest of physical attacks, yet so malleable that on a whim, they can also decompose into mere puddles. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified, be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack from a liquefied state Maintaining this form requires that the clan member keep themseves constantly hydrated, but in this form the can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing and merging amongst the liquid. And best of all - by liquefying their whole body at will, it makes it impossible for the Hozuki to receive damage from physical attacks. Automatic liquefaction occurs instantly whenever struck by non-elemental physical attacks, allowing the Hozuki to reform their body as water around the attack until danger is clear. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like, dormant state until consciousness is regained.

Description: A very basic yet essential technique, this allows the Hozuki to use their bodies as mediums for the birthing of Water jutsu should they lack the environmental advantage, or some sort of carrying device housing water. Because they themselves are made of water, it makes accessing Water jutsu near instantaneously - just keep in mind not to use too much, or the user will simply weaken themselves!

Description: Once the Hozuki begin to understand their blood and how to control it, they learn to combine their ninjutsu powers in order to give their 'jelly' special properties. In this case, the Hozuki's very essence transforms into an acidic poison, corrosive on contact and highly invasive upon sensing foreign bodies. The best part about it all is that the Hozuki's color does not change one bit, giving no indication that they are wielding cursed waters. When combined with other clan techniques, this essence alteration can be highly effective for combat.

Special: Strength of absorbed attack depends on the Hozuki's highest 'Hydration' rank. Up to one blow can be absorbed per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: As the Hozuki further their understanding of the control over their liquid essences, their skill in altering their density composition enhances. In this case, rather than simply breaking up into a puddle of water when being struck, the Hozuki learns to absorb the blow, increasing their watter pressure so that the weapon or limb is stuck within. To the opponent, it'll feel as if they had buried their weapon/hand in sloppy mud. By reforming around the impact point, they are able to trick their opponent into coming in for an obvious attack. From this point, they can finish their opponent off, or capture them for later use.

Funshutsuzerii spewing jelly

Description: Furthering their control of their special jelly, the Hozuki is able to spew a wide arcing stream of said jelly from their mouth. Because of the Hozuki's physical makeup, hand-seals are not required in order to utilize this ability. The jelly spewed will be emitted like a arcing jet that engulfs a 5 meter width when first learned. Its properties directly reflect Gisan-Hisan.

Special: Doubles user’s maximum movement speed by creating a steady film of jelly water under the Hozuki's feet, allowing them to slide efficiently. When sliding over water, chakra cost for the slide is reduced by one consumption level.
Description: One of the Hozuki’s greatest advantages comes from their very essence, their viscous jelly substance able to instantly provide the user with a limited yet versatile source of suiton. In this case, the user is able to mold chakra on the same path that’s used to keep their appendages in place, allowing an extra amount of chakra to constantly cover their feet. This chakra allows the user to essentially slide or ‘surf’ across the ground at steady speeds for as long as the user’s chakra network can sustain. Because the water provided comes from the user's jelly, they can ride on any form of surface inclined or flat, as long as they have the chakra and said areas do not pose threats to the Hozuki's life - i.e. fire, thunder, etc. A telltale glassy streak is left behind, a smear of jelly revealing the traveling Hozuki’s next destination.

Gousuiwan no Jutsu (Strong Water Arm Technique)

Special: On top of the technique's base rank damage, the boost adds additional damage equal to the Hozuki's highest 'Hydration' rank. Can be used on any appendage (arms or legs), but can only be used on one arm or leg at a time, and once pumped up, the Hozuki cannot transfer it among limbs unless the technique is canceled and re-used. Pump-up lasts up to one turn, plus one more each time retrained - after that, regardless of it being cancelled or hitting its limit, a cool-down occurs equal to the same amount of turns the user kept the 'Water Arm' pumped. Cool-down applies to the particular limb used, leaving the others open for use.
Description: Using their ability to transform their body into water, the Hozuki will reform their limbs, be it arms or legs, into a more muscular form. The muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened by the moisture gathered from the whole body, and as it is compressed into the entire arm, it provides boosts equivalent to an instant pump-up. This stronger limb allows the clan member to deliver more powerful blows with either a weapon or taijutsu in conjunction with the boosted limb. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The trade off for such difficulty? The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.

Description: Once the Hozuki began to understand their physical composition an build they are able to manifest spikes from their body while still maintaining their physical appearance. The spikes that extend an jut from their body spiral forward, akin to thin senbon, a multitude form an shoot out, their numbers ranging anywhere from 50 senbon sized spikes to 100. Spikes only protrude from the Hozuki and are not projectiles. These water spikes are able to pierce B rank defenses an move at the speed of a kunai.

Special: Causes blunt damage as well as impact and radius damage from the gathered inertia.
Description: Abruptly, the Hozuki propels themselves forward, their entire body elongating into a large bullet leaving but their head and arms as they move at twice that of a kunai. Mainly used as a frontal assault to stagger or hopefully leave enemies at a disadvantage, it is also great for positioning. Can only be used in a linear fashion.

Special/Description: By further understanding the capabillities of their body's sticky jelly composition the hozuki clansmember can apply chakra to their body and mouths to spray out a large amount of sticky jelly that hardens on touch like fast acting cement. Should an enemy find themselves in this net they must expend a little over a B rank amount of chakra to escape the jutsu. If they do not escape being covered by the jelly they risk having their mouths covered, their lung breathing space reduced, and being stuck in place.

Consumption lasts a single turn and is inescapable, that is, unless the opponent can somehow produce a burst of chakra greater than the one overtaking them. Can only consume homanoid targets of comparable size on land - however, underwater, or in the presence of large bodies of water, the Hozuki can devour almost anything.
Description: A highly effective combat technique due to its high element of surprise, this deadly jutsu is best reserved for close combat situations. In a moment when the Hozuki spots their opponent's opening, their essence suddenly shifts forward at frightening speeds, no longer resembling a human and instead reverting into a giant blob. Their aim is to envelop the victim, smothering them so that they drown in the dense waters, feel their bones break due to the pressure, and even poison them by using their unique jelly.
