Decided to get in on the village customs contest, sorry for flooding the customs so much, no pun intended. I haven't translated yet but upon approval I'll be sure to do so, translation takes time out of my thinking process so I hope thats acceptable. I have in italics the base jutsu that these advanced jutsu are derived from because I figured it would make things easier to compare. Hopefully this can be done in time for the competition but no rush, thanks for your time spent on this.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Range: Self
Special: Clone speed matches that of the user. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters. For every 4 clones simultaneously detonated over an opponent, the effects of 'Water Prison' can be achieved without needing physical contact. Same 'Prison' effects apply.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, physical strikes fixed on a point within their body will force it to break up into a puddle and join the mass below, able to avoid danger and regenerate anywhere the water exists. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of water that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the water envelops the victim whole, drowning them in the user's cursed water and setting up more attacks of the same nature.

Description: A unique variant of the Water Clone technique that allows a Kiri shinobi to condense water into a replica of themselves. The clone is weaker than the standard Water Clone but when struck it does not fall apart into water, instead it becomes a thick mist that can aid in obscuring an opponent's vision and make subsequent attacks easier to land.

Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

This vision is limited to a few feet however.

Description: An offensive Suiton jutsu that is unique to the Mist Village. The user makes a sweeping motion with their arm and causes any mist they've created to move forwards towards an opponent or move inwards if they are already within it. The mist than changes into water, crashing down on them and bludgeoning them with the weight of the water as well as potentially drowning them in the suddenly created waves. Since the water is only created and not controlled by the user during this jutsu, allies and even the user can be harmed by the rush of water if they are within its range, suffering the same crushing damage as opponents.

Special: Requires a 50 meter area of mist and after use this area fades away, can only hit targets within this area of mist. Retraining allows for a retention of used mist equal to 25 meters per as well as increasing the amount of mis that can be used by 10 meters. Primary effect takes one post and secondary effect takes another post, the user cannot move during this jutsu's performance.
Description: An exceptionally powerful Suiton technique utilized solely by Kirigakure shinobi that requires a large amount of chakra-laden mist in the area. The user performs a series of handseals and then extends their hand to the mist, causing it to transform into a condensed form in specific areas, creating claw or teeth like formations. These formations avoid allies and the user if they are within the mist so long as the user is aware of their exact location but otherwise coats the entire fog with these hardened features which can puncture an opponent easily but the jutsu is not yet complete. The shinobi then twists their wrist and causes the mist to rush around in a violent storm of fangs and claws that rip apart opponents within the mist, though the user must know their general location to be able to land successfully hits as the claws churn in the mist.

Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

However, it also differs in that if attacked it simply regenerates the damage and it does not require the user to maintain a hold to ensure the sphere persists. The condensed mist slowly invades the captive's lungs as they inhale and causes lasting damage to their breathing even after the sphere ends or they escape, physically weakening them by leaving them out of breath for a post after the sphere's effects end, plus one more post for every post they were within the sphere.
