• Apparel - Hero isn't the type of person to worry about his appearance, obviously reflected in his simple apparel. A plain black t-shirt, baggy black shorts, and black ninja sandals are his everyday choice, with the standard issue tan-colored hip pouch attached to the back of his waist. Both of his legs are bandaged from the knee down. The only time his everyday apparel is subject to change is during special occasions or training.
  
• Body Appearance - Vanilla-skinned individual with no visible scars or birth marks, mostly temporary bruises. Other significant features to note are his teal-colored eyes, and light blond hair. His hair is spiked upwards majority of the time. Also specializing in taijutsu has given him an above average muscular body that is well-defined.

• Personality - Kind, energetic, and hardworking are the better words to describe Hiro. He is the kind of youth that aspires one day to become the Raikage through his own means. No amount of negativity will deter him from these goals, and he has a strong belief that with perseverance he can become the strongest shinobi in his village. Hiro will always defend what he believes is right, even if that means fighting for it.
  
  When it comes to fighting Hiro brings out a more collected side of his personality, one that enables him to utilize his full potential. However being young he has his moments where he becomes too excited and messes up occasionally. When down on the ground he believes in pushing in himself to get up again, but once again his inexperience means that his mental and physical endurance still have ways to go.

Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Very Low
Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kakuremino no Jutsu (Magic Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Description: Though powerful, Raiton can become uncontrollable even in the hands of the experienced, forcing its users to focus first on controlling their power in small areas, and then, over time, expanding. Hayabusa Otoshi (Peregrine Falcon Drop)

Type: Offensive / Taijutsu

Stamina: Mid
Special: Most effective when used on extremely hard surfaces. Retraining this stacks 'C' ranked blunt damage, which occurs during impact.
Description: A very deadly and efficient taijutsu attack. While at an elevated position, the user will grab their opponent from behind. Firmly locking themselves to their back, the user will then lock their ankles onto the opponent's neck in order to get their body rigid. Finally, on the descent, the user proceeds to drive and plant the victim head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back pile-driver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

Shunpo (Flashing Light Steps)

Type: Supplementary / Taijutsu / High-Speed Movement
Range: 0 - 10 meters

Special: Shunpo is a high-speed movement in which the user travels in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunpo can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

Notice: Contrary to popular belief, this technique is by no means instantaneous. While a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, you're still quite visible and easily defended against. Simply put, it isn't incomprehensibly fast. Beyond normal, most definitely, but not nearly as fast as it's been portrayed thus far. In order to achieve maximum effect, you'll need to combine it with a distraction of some sort.

Shunpo-Tweh (Light Step Retreat)

Special: Gives the user the option to perform a Shunpo backwards.
Description: Although Shunpo is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the Taijutsu Master can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous backwards move. This essentially allows rapid movement to retreat or create distance between user and opponent.

Goken
Dynamic • Entry (Dainamikku • Entorii)

Type: Offensive / Taijutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Stamina: Low
Special: Entry extends up to 5 meter, and during rush, user's speed temporarily increases; each time retrained, the distance at which they begin their rush increases by 1 meter.
Description: After encountering a distracted opponent, the user leaps towards an opponent from their blind-spot, delivering a quick, deliberate kick to the face that is meant to catch them off guard and knock them out.

Reppuu (Violent Wind)

Type: Offensive / Taijutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters

Special: Affects up to one opponent per kick, plus one more each time retrained, as long as opponent's are within the 5 meter vicinity of the kick.
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user moves low to the ground, dropping and delivering a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet.

Dai Senpuu (Great Whirlwind)

Description: The second evolution of Senpu, the user now charges at the opponent with such force that their kick now delivers considerate knockback power, to the point bones could be broken.

Shoufuu (Rising Wind)

Type: Offensive / Taijutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Sends the victim or item flying up to 5 meters up in the air, plus 1 more each time retrained.
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user will perform a highly swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon they are wilding, sending either or flying in the air.

Kage Buyo (Shadow of the Dancing Leaf)

Type: Supplementary / Taijutsu

Stamina: Mid
Special: If used right after the upper kick, user falls perfectly in the opponent's back blind spot.
Description: A combo technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position

In regards to the 'Karai Shin (Lightning Wrath's Reach)', make sure you post the entire technique. (i.e Description, Domain etc.) In addition to that, it seems you've skipped the other ranks of the Karai Shin without paying the exp due. That's why you're over 500 exp.

Reaching Karai Shin 'B' would cost you a total of 175 exp. (Since D Rank is 25, C Rank is 50, and B Rank is 100.) You can't skip ranks, gotta go through them one by one~
